We did a loan with Excelerate Capital! Unexceptional Fast Turnaround! We closed our escrow within 30 days! Everyone is super friendly and helpful! Their pricing is unique and they do stand for their quality work. If you re looking for a lender, I would entrust this place to do your loan.

I was able to listen to their amazing hold music for at least an hour while they kept trying to transfer me and no one picked up.

They have a phone number listed, but nobody answer the phone. They also have a recording for you to leave a message, but mailbox is full and can't take messages.
I'm very disappointed.

They are unresponsive and slow to review for funding. Days later still waiting......clearly don't care about meeting Close of escrow dates and don't care about parties involved in the purchase transaction

I came in as an intern and they were quick to teach me the ropes of an HR assistant. I was always able to asks questions about every subject in the mortgage industry which helped me get a better understanding of the people we were hiring. If you need guidance they are there to help but if you feel competent to take the lead, they will let you do that as well.
