Years long Mercedes customer. I have always supported this brand. This customer service is bad and, above all, uninterested. You go to the questions and take care of the customers. The higher management (superiors) can not comment on criticism. The description usually takes 3-5 working days. I waited a full 4 weeks. The cause ? Of course a technical problem. This technical problem will take another 5 weeks to complete. This has turned out to be a lack of staff in hindsight!
I had to call dozens of times and in the end I was forced to reach the top CEO's. They reacted to the luck and the description took place a few days later.

Before I buy a car again I will compare the Google reviews. This incompetent performance damages the reputation of the automotive brand.

I want to rewrite a lease contract to someone else. The person received the application from Mercedes Financial Services on December 19, 2017. Since then I have called three times to inquire about the status of the process (review of the documents) (once on December 28th 17, once on January 8th 18 and once on January 17th 18). Mercedes gave me the answer on the first two calls that the application had reached them, but was still being worked on. The third time, they told me that the application is no longer there and the employees can no longer find it. I have to organize everything from scratch again, I find the service of Mercedes Financial Services not a service but just kidding. Therefore no stars, just inform everyone about what's going on.
