Years long Mercedes customer. I have always supported this brand. This customer service is bad and, above all, uninterested. You go to the questions and take care of the customers. The higher management (superiors) can not comment on criticism. The description usually takes 3-5 working days. I waited a full 4 weeks. The cause ? Of course a technical problem. This technical problem will take another 5 weeks to complete. This has turned out to be a lack of staff in hindsight!
I had to call dozens of times and in the end I was forced to reach the top CEO's. They reacted to the luck and the description took place a few days later.
Before I buy a car again I will compare the Google reviews. This incompetent performance damages the reputation of the automotive brand.
