This is one of the most efficient and fast-responding agency I know. Josh and Samantha are awesome! The customer service level is top notch. They made the transition of getting insurance and transferring insurance a breeze. I must point out a few things I ve noticed. Samantha is always working on her off day, the weekend and even at 9pm. I get home last some nights, and I remember that I forgot to call. So I ll send an email, not expecting a response due to the hour. Sure enough check my email a few minutes later and Sam has responded. Josh has a compassion to help and assist his clients in a way that you can tell it s genuine. I was looking into getting home insurance with them but every time I called I had to leave several voicemails before I could get someone to return my call. I finally got someone to quote me on Insurance and Jessie said that she had it and would send me and e-mail and call me back just in case I had any questions. I would always get e-mails 2 days later and would never receive a call. As someone who is not even a customer yet and I'm getting treated like this has me concerned of what it would be like to be a customer.
