Wrapped up our night here and what a super cool cigar bar! Owner was very friendly and truly enjoys what he provides to his guests. Staff was also helpful and friendly. Look forward to visiting again in the future.

Attended the Philly Comedy Club and had a great time! The service and waiters were very respectful and attentive. Will definitely be returning!!!! Great hookah and selection of drinks, loved our waiter he was very helpful
Great atmosphere, very relaxing place for a drink and a smoke. They always have different shows going on and the staff are amazing. My new favorite spot to escape to!
Went for the Whips and Chains even was awesome. Unfortunately the set up of Old City bars is not very conducive for performances. But the ladies made it work as best they could. Had a hiccup with tickets and the wonderful manager assisted with a solution! Hookah bar! Smoking permitted. Never smoked hookah? Whatch out for headache
Went for the "Christmas at Hogwarts" event and it was great! The bartenders were wonderful and attended to all the guests as quick as they could, and there were a LOT of us. The atmosphere was so relaxed and nice to have conversation in. There is a smokeroom in the back, so if that's not your thing it's better to stay up front.
This place wasn't bad until closing. The atmosphere was good. The music was excellent. Then I was arbitrarily asked to leave at closing when there were plenty of others to choose from. The bouncer told me that he would fight me outside and the owner stated that he would put me in the ICU. None of which happened. Don't write checks that your ass can't cash.
Disappointed. Went a few years ago and it has really gone downhill since then. Music wasn't very good, and the place had no energy. Prices were higher too. Cover charge was far too high ($10) for nothing going on. I don't expect this place to stay in business long. Extra star only for the friendly staff and interesting decor.
I've been to Hookah lounges all across the country and Infusion tops them all! Great service, geat drinks, and the Hookahs are second to none. Admittedly the prices are steeper than your run of the mill hookah lounge or cafe, but as with anything you get what you pay for.
If you're looking for the Walmart experience, this place isn't for you. But if you're looking for the Barneys of hookah, I highly recommend you stop by!
So much fun you'll think you're breaking the law! Thanks for the good times and kudos on the stellar sound system and that awesome live band karaoke! Bartenders were so much fun too. We will definately be back.
Would never go here again....was there for less than 10 min and the owner and the bouncer puts their hands on females pushed us down the stairs and screaming for us to get out because a girl in the bathroom was arguing. I guess since we were black it was automatically us. Prejudice bar. The bouncer took my sister phone and waved it all around threating to throw it across the street.
I've never given a 1 start review but I wish there was a 0 star option for this management. This was, by far, the worst experience I've ever had with the staff/management in any establishment. In short, they don't have set prices for anything for their benefit. They will try to take advantage of people and bully you into giving them money that you do not owe them. If you want the full story, read on.
I had called 2 weeks ahead to book an event for my friend's birthday. They gave me options of bottle service, private room, or just an area towards the back of the bar. It's worth mentioning that there are no details of prices on the website other than a vague range of prices for bottle selections. On the phone, I decided to book 2 couches for the night. I was told they need $100 deposit per couch which would go towards our check at the end of the night. No mention of any minimum number of people or minimum amount of money required to spend that night.
On the night of the event we were greeted by the gentleman I had spoken to on the phone. He said, since there were less than the number of people we had planned for, we didn't need 2 couches. We would all fit in one. We're a pretty easy going group of people so we complied and crammed 7 people into one couch. The other couch that we had booked was taken up by other people. Our final check came to $256 (which was more than the deposit).
Out of nowhere, we hear that they will keep 100 out of the $200 deposit we gave them because we didn't have enough people. It shouldn't even matter, but it's worth mentioning that the club was the emptiest I've seen any club on that street on a late Friday night. Yet, we are being told that we have to pay a surprise penalty which was never communicated to us. He then realized he never told me about this absurd rule, so he brought in his manager to talk to us. The manager didn't bother to say hello. He started his first sentence to us with this: "You guys are paying us the $100. You can contest it. You won't win. And I'll write you up for theft."
I worked in the service industry before and I tend to treat restaurant/bar staff with a lot of respect. This was the first time I needed to raise my voice and stand up for myself and my friends. I asked him again why we're having to pay a penalty for something that was not communicated to us. He said there was a $300 minimum that we didn't meet. So now we have 2 different reasons that were created on the spot by these guys as to why we owe the $100. So I ask him, where are any of these rules written? When did any of your staff mention this to us? He started being hesitant because he didn't have an answer. He said things like, "It used to be on the website, but the website is being updated so it's not there right now"....yea, right. After a few minutes of this, when he realized we couldn't just be bullied into paying something we didn't owe, he tried a different tactic. He tried to guilt us. He said that he would take it out of his staff's paycheck, in hopes that we'd feel bad. We weren't going to leave on those terms. So we stayed and insisted we keep talking about it until it was sorted. We weren't in the wrong. We weren't trying to take anything from them. They were unrightfully trying to take money from us. Eventually, he admitted it was their fault for not communicating to us that there was a minimum and gave us our money back. It was a terrible end to my friend's otherwise quite pleasant birthday.
Needless to say, we will never be returning here and will tell all our friends to beware of this terrible management.
My husband and I went to see a comedy show. The comedians were pretty funny and then we stayed afterwards to see a burlesque show that was fun!! The staff were really friendly and the bartender gave me a really good drink called Southern Peach when I told her I wanted a sweet, girlie drink. It was so good I had four of them. They do permit smoking there if you don't mind it. You can even order hookah's and cigars. They only offer appetizers but the food comes from Cuba Libre so it's pretty good!!!
I love it here! Its has a very high class atmosphere with the just right amount of party and wow the hookah was so delicious. you get exactly what you pay for, delicious service from servers who look great! we all had a great time at this hookah lounge.
This place is really sexy but lighting is great. The waiter was really amazing and friendly But, drinks are beyond overpriced and watered down. Hookah is horrible, my husband's cigar was dry. No dj and $10 entry fee. I was so excited to go here and then let down. This place is way too sexy to be so dry.
Great local entertainment. Dint expect comidy central or theater. But local(ish) artists putting themselves out there. No frills bar lots of wiskys and some specials
Overrated. And they charge gratuity regardless of party size. Not sure what the hookah bar options are like in Old City, but this place seemed inflated. Their cocktails run $16 (no, we're not at Parc in Rittenhouse Square enjoying cocktails before dinner). Their hookah runs $45. Pretty sure we've gotten the same quality or better hookah in Manyunk and U-City for $30. It's funny actually, because I always tip between 22-25% (unless the service is nonexistent), but the presumptuousness of charging 20% gratuity really rubs me the wrong way. I worked in food service; I earned my tips. Tips aren't a mandate. Just as a rule of thumb (and I'm not referring to a situation involving large parties) I will not support businesses that take away my right to tip. It is the patron's right to tip. It is not the server's right to receive a tip. Go somewhere else. I'm sure there's a better option in the area. Honestly, bc of the location, I'd bet the 5 star reviews of this place are given 8 drinks in on Saturday night. Seriously, not impressed at all.
This place is a scam $10 dollar cover charge for an empty place on a Saturday night... The hookah is trash and the DJ needs to retire...PSA THE PICTURES ARE STAGED THERE THIS PLACE IS A GHOST TOWN
Decent place, a little on the pricey side and security still charged my lady and I $20 for admission with less than an hour before closing.. As a result my tab was over $100 for hookah & one Heineken.
Great place to chill and just have a good time. My friend and I can't wait to go back again. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and helped alot when it came to making choices for our first hookah experience. Thanks guys!
Love this place. I always go here for edm,dub & house music on Tuesdays! Best place to turn up when you work weekend :( lol. The ladies are friendly, the bartender makes sure your ok and the rest of the staff are lay low and cool. Glad I found this place for some Electronic/House beats
(October 2017) This place has a great atmosphere, a cool bar and TERRIBLE SERVICE. I've been here 4 times. The first time I went here I loved it. The second time was ok but the last two times the service was so abysmal I'm not going back. I originally gave this place 5 stars but now I wouldn't recommend going here.
If you are going to charge outrageous prices at least have good service. It was $50 dollars for 3 waters and a hookah. There were only three of us but a 20% tip was included.(our server did not deserve such a nice tip)
I'm a very patient person but this place wore me down. The last three times I went here no one came around with fresh coals for our hookah. The last time I had to ask multiple times and it took them about 10 mins to bring it. It wasn't even busy. After the coal arrived we never saw our server again. We wanted to order some cocktails but after no one came around all we wanted to do was leave. We had to go to the bar and ask for our check another three times before we got it. Unfortunately the bad service doesn't seem to be an isolated incident.
Bag check policy is absurd. I waited in a half hour long line, only to be told I wasnt allowed in because my bag was too large. If your bag has drawstrings; no matter how small the bag, dont go here.
If you are looking for a hype night with dancing... This is not the place you would like to be. If you are looking for more of a chill night and you do not care if the place is empty then this might be for you. However, mixed drinks are not strong. You can barely taste any alcohol. Definitely over priced for these water down drinks. The waiter never showed us our physical bill to verify that our charges matched what we ordered. Not somewhere I will continue to go for a fun night.
Very cool atmosphere with a warm ambiance, crafty cocktails, friendly staff and the owner is so welcoming! We always have a great time. They recently started live band karaoke once a month, which I highly recommend attending! The band is awesome.
Great place with great leather couches and wonderful and wide selection of drinks. Introduced to this great place from our Grim Philly tour guide during a haunted pub crawl for our anniversary. Loved sampling some great bourbon. Relaxing but fun atmosphere. It's also a smoking lounge but it wasn't Smokey at all while we were there--good ventilation. Looking forward to going back. Staff friendly and the Philly comedy club performs there too. Definitely try it
NICE CHILL PLACE ALL SAFE WAS FRIENDLY STAFF. ME AND MY WIFE'S 1ST TIME HERE WE LOVED IT HOWEVER WE CAME FOR THE BURLESQUE & BDSM SHOW I GOT VIP PASSES WHICH I DIDN'T GET NO VIP TREATMENT I WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE A MEET AND GREET AND THEY ALSO SAID THEY WOULD HAD BEEN SELLING TOYS. WASN'T WHAT I EXPECTED TO BE BUT WE MADE THE BEST OUT OF IT AND HAD FUN. I WANNA GET A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO YELENA SHE WAS AWESOME!!!!
5 stars only because SB the bartender was amazing and very attentive, the other worst staff, especially the other woman that never introduced herself was rude. Thank you SB for making myself and my guest feel great tonight! Hookah is good too
Chris and yelena were so fantastic. I will definitely visit again Chris should be a bartender. He made wonderful recommendations and I will visit again because of his wonderful customer service skills. 20/10 would visit again.
Went with my cousin after having an awful service experience at another establishment. SB was so sweet, attentive, funny, and helpful in our decision for drinks to choose from. We really enjoyed our time there and SB even mentioned what nights to come that get busy, nights that are more chill, different events to attend like the comedy show, and karaoke. I'm from out of town but always make it a point to come here, especially for the great staff, service, and drinks!
Infusion hookah was one of the worst experiences I have had when it comes to going out. Make sure your wallet/bank account are loaded before you go to this place.
This place charged only guys at the door for covers, which to me seems a bit sexist. In order for my group to smoke hookah we had to spend 150$ or we were not allowed to sit at a table. In addition, we were charged about $12 for well rum and cokes with very little rum. That is a bit steep, even for the location in philadelphia. I don't know why the workers were rude either, especially after we had already spent so much at the place. I hope tourists don't come and judge philly based on this place because it was that bad. DO NOT RECOMMEND
LOVED this bar! Such a dope atmosphere. I went to one of their fresh fruit cocktail lessons and had so much fun! Matt and Jung made the experience so great! Can't wait to go back!!
It was good overall....drinks are pretty high...but it's a nice place....idk if they have any specials for drinks or happy hour....if they do....then I come threw when the drinks are a tad bit lower
Awesome chill atmosphere, the bartenders are such beautiful classy young ladies, Chelsea and SB took care of us. The cocktails are worth every penny. Definitely come on Wednesday for the whiskey specials!
This hookah lounge has decent service but my overall experience was unpleasant. It was incredibly expensive ($10 cover charge, $30 hookah, $7 drinks) and, in addition, they won't even give you tap water! You must buy a bottle of their water for $3. Secondly, the seating is very uncomfortable and you are not permitted to sit at the couch area as it is for "customers who pay over $125." Because of these reasons among others, I felt their methods of business were highly unreasonable and I will not be going there again. I'd much rather go somewhere cheaper, that will provide a simple cup of water, and will seat you comfortably.
