I started renting a property off Sandro in April. From the minute I submitted the application he was extremely helpful. He has been excellent answering any questions whether it be via email or by phone. I have had to put in a few maintenance requests since I moved into the property and he has also responded within 24 hours and any issues have been fixed asap. i just recently joined Infinity and my property manager is Sean Kim. compared to my previous agent Sean and other staff in Infinity is just so much easier and friendlier to talk to and he/they always reture my phone call and solve any issue in a prompt and efficient manner. most of all it only took him less than one week to find a new tenant and secured a new lease for my property. i'm very happy that i chose Infinity to be my property manager.

At the end of lease.. they copy paste the same format to all the tenants saying nothing is cleaned with huge list of items. The worst real estate in NSW

Jeff is the property manager for the apartment I am renting. He's always been lovely to deal with and deals with any issues I have as soon as they are raised - I get a call that afternoon or next morning from repair/maintenance to book in a time. If only every property manager was this good!

You will lose your rental bond without your consent. The reason why you could not see not many negative reviews is the agency is monitoring review constantly. You will see their unmasked true face very shortly

Infinity Property Agents manage my apartment in Mosman and I couldn't be happier with the service that they provide. Michael and his team always go above and beyond to look after me.

WARNING: If you are a seller you will probably like these people, but if you are a renter like me be warned:
They deduct $$ from your bond for unnecessary pest control. Only after we raised a dispute with the Tribunal did they give in.
The Tribunal dispute made also clear that Infinity asks for a commission for organising the pest control company (and most likely they get a commission from cleaners they recommend also) that they initially wanted us to pay, but that they tried to hide because it does not show up on the receipt they sent us, which I believe is ILLEGAL (after raising our dispute with the Tribunal, Michael Kurosawa of Infinity first tried to settle with us by having us pay for the actual pest control and not the commission they get).
Because they lost our dispute, they then decided to withhold our refund that we overpaid in rent. It took more than a month before they paid us back the refund, and only after repeated requests and another threat with a Tribunal dispute.
THESE PEOPLE CANNOT BE TRUSTED!

I am thankful to their professional agent. He helped me to find the best home at good rates. I would like to recommend this real estate company to those who need good real estate services.

My wife and I have always found Infinity Property Agents to be very professional and friendly. We highly recommend them.

Seven days ago we moved out of 1309/39 Macdonald street, Erskineville. They charged us $220 for pest control. According to the tenants' union website tenants are only required to have the premises professionally cleaned or fumigated if it is necessary to rectify an issue. I mentioned this to Bruce Le from Infinity. He could not explain and identify the issue that needed to be rectified, but he still went ahead with charging us $220 for pest control. We are still waiting for a receipt for these costs or what the issue was that required cleaning. Interestingly, the place was fumigated AFTER I asked Bruce Le for a receipt. We are also still waiting for a receipt from the cleaners Infinity recommended. My recommendation: Don't deal with these unprofessional people at Infinity.

These guys are really professional, they follow up the application promptly and are super flexible. Keep this wining approach.

Have to change my previous review of this agency who turned out to be very unpleasant to deal with and my wardrobe full of festive gear got all smelly with mould and I could not get the smell out and had to throw the clothes out.They do not care about people living in the mould infested unit as long as the rent is paid.Your complaints fall on deaf ears.

Michael and his team are outstanding at their jobs - they do what they promise. We first met Michael when we bought a property from him; his professionalism inspired us to ask him to manage it for us. Through this we came to deal with his team who now manage different properties for our family, applying care and thought to ensure both good returns and satisfied tenants. Effective communication, prompt action, totally trustworthy. Without the team at Infinity, I don't think we would have been as willing to take on more properties - and keep them. This company is fantastic. I have a very good experience in this company. As an international student, it's difficult to find a good agent to rent an apartment. I used to lose a lot of money on rent. It's very lucky to meet Jack Yu. He helps me a lot. He is warmhearted and conscientious. When I was consulting and looking at apartment, he always meet the need of me. From my first meeting with Michael to discuss leasing my property out - I knew I was in good hands. Infinity made the process incredibly simple and were always available to answer any questions or concerns I had (and given this was my first property - there were lots of questions!).

The fees are amongst the most competitive on the market and for the personal level of service that they provide it's probably the best value around. My property manager's Tricia & Sean always kept me well informed of how things were progressing and were always quick to respond to any queries I had. It was even a pleasure to speak with their friendly receptionist when calling the office.

And in the end - I got the rental price I wanted and the lease commenced at exactly the right time so I wasn't left out-of-pocket whilst trying to find a tenant.

I'd definitely use Infinity's services again and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a Property Manager.

Poor communication, unprofessional and rude agents. Beware.

I ve been their tenant for the past 7 years in Macquarie Park.
6 months ago, I reported the shower tap was broken, flooding and the hot water wears off quickly. I ve been following up this issue but they ve consistently ignored me until I decided to leave the property last month.

During the vacating process, the property manager, Bruce Le was disrespectful and unprofessional. He did not introduce himself. He just suddenly sent me photos of the bathroom floor and range hood that needed attention and demanded to call him back. When I tried ringing, he kept canceling my call.

When we finally spoke on the phone, he still did not introduce himself so I asked who he was and only then he said he was the property manager. He reported the rangehood globes were blown and we need to change it. (I didn't know there were globes there ever since I lived there). This was a Thursday. I requested we change it the next time the property agent, Chen Wu will do an open house (Saturday) because my roommate and I both working on shifts until Saturday and they're located in Alexandria. I asked if we could meet halfway to get the key from him. He refused and urged we should come and get the key from their office. My roommate contacted Chen Wu and was willing to meet in Chatswood but Bruce Le forbid him to do this.

Bruce Le had this 'rule' saying YOU ONLY HAVE 48 HOURS to replace the bulbs or he will call an electrician and will it will cost us $110.

THERE IS NO WAY IN THE CONTRACT nor in Fair Trading NSW that states this. If someone could show me, please.

I explained we are nurses and work shifts but he did not consider this, so one of us had to skip work just to give in to this demand.

There was also poor communication with their cleaner. They insist we use their own cleaners (Magic Cleaners) but they did not clean the bathroom floor with their professional cleaning agents and Bruce had to make us do it, that is why he sent the photos of the bathroom tiles or else he will get the additional cleaning service from our bond. Rather than communicating with their cleaners, Bruce had to ask us how much the cleaners charged us and if he is to take that from our bond.

After this experience, I do not recommend this property agency.

We purchased a property from Infinity 5 years ago in Sydney and it was obvious from the outset that we were dealing with a very professional, efficient organisation. Michael and his team managed the property for us for the entire 5 yrs and recently sold it for us. The Management and selling process was seamless and handled with efficiency and integrity at all times. We would not hesitate to recommend Infinity for buying, selling or managing your property and will be our first point of contact for any future property dealings.

Very professional. Very helpful. Fast to respond to queries. Good feedback on the states of the rented property. Take good care of the day-to-day management of our property. Seem responsive to the needs of renters and the importance of landlords responding promptly to any maintenance issues that arise. Fast to organise new tenants, when the need arises.

Michael and his team was referred to me by a good mate of mine, and was definitely one of his better recommendations. Being a first time landlord, I was a bit clueless in the whole procedure, and thought this whole thing would take up a lot of my time. Boy was i wrong.

Called Michael Friday, saw him Monday (I was busy that weekend), get a call from Sean Kim from his office on Tuesday telling me tenants moving in next Tuesday.

Bare in mind, they handled everything as well in between for me, from landlord insurance (Thanks to Kimiko) to the blinds and door stopper (Thanks to Sean). Everything felt professional yet easy with them, from the initial greet, to the final tenanting stages. I felt Michael was upfront and honest on the outcome of the situation, and was not pushy at all, pointing out things which i would have never thought of. His team, Sean and Kimiko were brilliantly fast and efficient. Both contacted me instantly and made the process seamless, with all my queries answered and taken care of instantly without delay. Sean especially was great, he ensure the tenant details got forwarded on to me and always waited on my approval before proceeding. (He did have to remind me a few times as well, which i am very appreciative of as i am not always around to reply)
