Seven days ago we moved out of 1309/39 Macdonald street, Erskineville. They charged us $220 for pest control. According to the tenants' union website tenants are only required to have the premises professionally cleaned or fumigated if it is necessary to rectify an issue. I mentioned this to Bruce Le from Infinity. He could not explain and identify the issue that needed to be rectified, but he still went ahead with charging us $220 for pest control. We are still waiting for a receipt for these costs or what the issue was that required cleaning. Interestingly, the place was fumigated AFTER I asked Bruce Le for a receipt. We are also still waiting for a receipt from the cleaners Infinity recommended. My recommendation: Don't deal with these unprofessional people at Infinity.
