One would think this dealership, Infiniti of Ardmo...
One would think this dealership, Infiniti of Ardmore, was honest because of its "upscale" location. However, that is not the case at all. FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY AND EDUCATION, PLEASE READ!
First, they sold me a 2010 Certified Infiniti without sharing the full CarFax Report during the sales process. Second, I paid $29k+ for this car and it was at approximately 36,200 miles at purchase, and the car was promoted as being "certified" as explained by my Sales Representative (he did not know any better).
This review would have been better in so many respects; however, I write this honest review as my "certified" EX35 is presently siting in their Service Department yet another time (4 times now since June 28, 2013; Purchased on June 28, 2013) for a problem that cannot be "duplicated" or was previously fixed one of the other 4 times it has been in Service. I will admit that Service is great as they work hard to settle matters, but Sales is horrible!
I have owned my 2010 EX35 less than 90 days, maybe even 60 at this point, and it already needed a new Infiniti Motor, and a new Rear Window Motor. Oh, it also had Rear Break and Vehicle Stability Control issues the 3rd week I owned it. Yet, the Sales Representative told me that the brakes were "new." I guess he meant new to me! At the very same time, the Rear Window Motor "died" and I was unable to roll down the Rear Passenger Side Window.
At this point, I decided to request the full Service Record from the Service Department. To my surprise, this car had been worked on at their Auto Body Shop, Bush Collision, prior to sale (I can post the report for all to see as verification). There is NO mention of this or any of the other defeats they found with this car on the CarFax report prior to sale! By the way, I paid for the full CarFax Report and it only states "maintenance and oil changes."
SO, HERE IS MY WARNING: IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CAR DEALER, PLEASE ASK FOR THE SERVICE RECORD AS A CONDITION OF THE DEAL! DO NOT GET IMPRESSED BY THEIR LOCATION; IT MEANS NOTHING. THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR PRODUCT SO PLEASE BE DILIGENT ABOUT REQUESTING ALL THE RECORDS BEFORE SALE!!!
