I seriously can't say enough good things about this place. Anytime I come here for service or to diagnose anything, my tech and service advisor always take the best care of me and my car. Speedy service, no nonsense, no bs sales pitch, get treated like family yet always professional and courteous. Everybody here super friendly, some are enthusiasts that actually own Infinitis that are fun to chat with. Rob (tech) and Alan (service manager) are my go-to people, always treat you right.

The entire staff at the Infiniti of Ardmore, including the Service Advisors were all customer focused, courteous, and friendly. When speaking with the Service Advisors, they were knowledgeable and concerned about my vehicle. They were able to diagnose my problem and complete the repairs in a timely fashion. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Snacks were also provided. I ve been a customer for over twelve years and will continue to have my vehicle service there.

Ardmore Infiniti has superior service customer relations and some of the best vehicles on the planet. I made a last minute appointment. They added mms and didn't take long servicing my car. They also have me another vehicle to go to lunch. AWESOME!

Bought my G37 there. Love the car- the buying experience was fine. I also bought an added warranty called Certified Plus. I have had trouble filing a claim to get a scratch fixed that should be covered by the warranty. Called the dealership 4 times now and have gotten no help- no response. (Patrick, John or Brian!!!) It's kind of unbelievable that they'd sell this expensive car, then not back up the service. If you buy a car there- don't expect them to support you later on...

Today was disappointing at Infiniti of Ardmore. Too many extra costs for my 18 mos old car and after dropping it off at 8am, it was not ready before 5:30 and I got it back filthy dirty. I expect that it s returned clean because that s the commitment made to customers. Given the time I dropped it off and the money I spent (over $1000) I would absolutely expect that it would be returned clean.

My experience at Ardmore Infinity
was outstanding. I don t write reviews, but Mike definitely deserves a review. Mike Lewis is truly the BEST!!! He got me into my favorite car. I didn t have to do anything, but come in, sign papers and pick up my car. He did everything for me over the phone. I couldn t be more happy with my Q50. Love it ! Thank you again to Mike for making it happen.

Sales is experience was okay, finance manager seemed most customer friendly and helpful. Purchased a used Q50, but only came with one key. Always have received a spare key with every vehicle I've purchased, I would expect the same from a luxury dealership.

Update to the review, the Sales Manager reached out to me after an email and arranged for me to come in and get a spare key made. They have convinced me that they practice what they preach about giving high end customer service. I would recommend to anyone to purchase an Infiniti from there.

Never again will I deal with Infiniti dealership once you ve bought a car from them they will no longer offer any assistance. No customer loyalty, Infiniti s are nice looking vehicles that have usually performed well but the individuals that work at the dealerships just want to line there pockets and leave all of us customers to pick up the pieces. It s too bad because I ve always spoke very highly of, referred others and personally owned many Infinitis.

One would think this dealership, Infiniti of Ardmo...

One would think this dealership, Infiniti of Ardmore, was honest because of its "upscale" location. However, that is not the case at all. FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY AND EDUCATION, PLEASE READ!

First, they sold me a 2010 Certified Infiniti without sharing the full CarFax Report during the sales process. Second, I paid $29k+ for this car and it was at approximately 36,200 miles at purchase, and the car was promoted as being "certified" as explained by my Sales Representative (he did not know any better).

This review would have been better in so many respects; however, I write this honest review as my "certified" EX35 is presently siting in their Service Department yet another time (4 times now since June 28, 2013; Purchased on June 28, 2013) for a problem that cannot be "duplicated" or was previously fixed one of the other 4 times it has been in Service. I will admit that Service is great as they work hard to settle matters, but Sales is horrible!

I have owned my 2010 EX35 less than 90 days, maybe even 60 at this point, and it already needed a new Infiniti Motor, and a new Rear Window Motor. Oh, it also had Rear Break and Vehicle Stability Control issues the 3rd week I owned it. Yet, the Sales Representative told me that the brakes were "new." I guess he meant new to me! At the very same time, the Rear Window Motor "died" and I was unable to roll down the Rear Passenger Side Window.

At this point, I decided to request the full Service Record from the Service Department. To my surprise, this car had been worked on at their Auto Body Shop, Bush Collision, prior to sale (I can post the report for all to see as verification). There is NO mention of this or any of the other defeats they found with this car on the CarFax report prior to sale! By the way, I paid for the full CarFax Report and it only states "maintenance and oil changes."

SO, HERE IS MY WARNING: IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CAR DEALER, PLEASE ASK FOR THE SERVICE RECORD AS A CONDITION OF THE DEAL! DO NOT GET IMPRESSED BY THEIR LOCATION; IT MEANS NOTHING. THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR PRODUCT SO PLEASE BE DILIGENT ABOUT REQUESTING ALL THE RECORDS BEFORE SALE!!!

Decived and wasn t told about certain issues. When I asked if they can fix what I wasn t told about they pushed me away. They just want to money pinch you.
Wouldn t recommend anyone to buy from this dealership and I ve dealt with many dealships. Feel totally taken advantage of. Period.

I've been going there for years since I first got my Infiniti and frankly I won't trust anyone to touch my other than them at this point. If there is problem they always find the best solution and handle it skillfully and professionally while also protecting my wallet.

I never regret spending a single cent whenever I visit. I always leave with the best service from the staff and my car never fails from the same problem again once I drive away. I always work with Charles Curran whenever I have a problem and he is always helpful, quick, and efficient ever single time.

I normally sit in the lobby and wait until my car is repaired, and I never feel like I am waiting long because of how quick and precise they work on my car as well the atmosphere of the lobby. It is always clean, the chairs are comfortable, and they provide great beverages and snacks. I can always lean back, read a book, and drink some tea without a single worry because I know everything is being handled perfectly around me.

There aren't enough words or time to explain how happy and satisfied I am whenever I go to get service. With the professional and amazing staff they have, I can't see me using any other place or car brand in the future.

Infiniti of Ardmore service is the only place I take my car to for maintenance. I ve been going there close to 13 years. Charlie, Mike and the whole crew treat you like one of the family. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you re satisfied. 5 stars!!

They have fit me for short notice services on a number of occasions. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I have an Infiniti Dealer/Service center 15 minutes from me but I drive almost an hour to Infiniti of Ardmore because they always take care of me.

I came here and test drove a Q50s last weekend and had a very nice conversation with the salesman (I've since forgotten his name) who was very nice and accommodating; until it came time to discuss pricing.

My credit was never run, they didn't even bother to appraise my car and came back with numbers that were terrible but I assumed it was just a sales tactic and gave him my numbers that were about half of what he gave me initially but what I knew to be somewhat reasonable and he made it seem as though they were in the realm of possibility. Then he went to talk to the manager, Ashley, who came back with him with LAUGHABLE numbers that were not even close to what I asked for and gave me some lecture as to why they were the best they could do. I immediately thanked them for their time and walked out.

3 days later I went to a different dealer and the first numbers they gave me were a full $200 less monthly and putting $1k less down. Not sure if they didn't want to lease to me because of my age or perceived financial status but it was the worst car buying experience to date.

This dealership is unethical. Sold me a pre owned vehicle with 3000 miles on it telling me it was practically new. Three years later I'm finding out the vehicle had over $9000 of body repair done to it despite the clean car fax and the assurance from this dealership that the car is in "tip top shape". When I called to discuss it with them, they told me that they don't have to disclose any damage in the state of PA. They told me they will do something for me and that the GM will be reaching out to me. The GM never reached out to me and the dealership couldn't care less. Poor poor dealership. Buyers be cautious!

I have been going to Infiniti of Ardmore for the past 14 years and I have been very please with my service, except couple of time where I didn't think they did a good job cleaning my car. But I didn't go there for the ceaning of my car, I went for service and they have been great with that. My last experience was awesome, the people there treat and respect you and they are always pleasant. They are so friendly and they do a good job on my car, I cannot imagine going somewhere else.

There's so much to say from the warm greeting when I first walked with my best friend H, to meeting my sales agent Elizabeth. The detail that Elizabeth provided and answering my questions as well as addressing my concerns, she sold me. Then meeting NJ Nick the financial agent, who was equally on top of his game. Thank you all, you're #1 in my book. I left with the vehicle I wanted.

Darius as well as all of the staff were very helpful and really went out of their way to help and accommodate me. I had to be at work and my car was not going to be finished In time so Darius went the extra mile and made sure I had a rental car to get to work bc of the delay. I really appreciated his looking out as well as Russell and all the guys who looked out for me. It s a pleasure doing business w good people who really care about the customers like they do!!

Love this dealership. Had bad experiences with infinti of west Chester and so glad I came to Infinti of Ardmore. They treat you very well and take care of everything you need. They take the time to listen to your concerns and make sure every issue is addressed. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely friendly.

There are 3 reasons i'm at Ardmore Infiniti -- 1. Charles Curran - 2. Charles Curran and Charles Curran. He is thee reason i go to Infiniti of Ardmore for service . He and Reds Lawless are the finest, most knowledgeable gentlemen in any Service Dept. But Reds moved on and Charles has been amazing all by himself, as he has been since meeting him on Day-1. He's why I'm there and a tip of the hat to Wayne today who was handling the lot, incoming cars and the logistics of the cars and car bays. Big Appreciations guys !

Finance manager and sales associate were great and made the process smooth and quick. I was in contact with a sales manager via email who answered all my questions and was great. I would give 5 stars however a conversation with one of their higher up sales managers over the phone takes a star away. He was rude when I inquired about matching the price another dealer gave me.. he was angry that I wanted them to lower their price even more... HELLO .. YOU WORK IN CAR SALES!! Why would I pay more at one dealership for the SAME car.?!! It was not until i told him to match the deal or to give me my deposit back that he agreed to match. He almost deterred me from even coming to this location but the sales manager assured me i would work with someone else and they would make it up to me.. which they did.

I took the car in for a couple of lights that were on, and from the moment I pulled in, they couldn t have been more inviting or professional. The entire experience was the best dealer experience that I ve had, they were courteous, friendly, and prompt with their service. They even washed the car before they were finished.

I will not hesitate to go back there in the future for all my needs!

We have leased 6 Infinity cars throughout the years in Ardmore, PA.
Our person of contact, Mike Lewis, as well as the dealership, provided us with the best customer service experience, which made us return yet after year.
Recently we had an issue with a lease termination and Mike went out of his way to help us resolve it. He made sure that we have a favorable outcome, which we are very thankful for.
