Nice event center. The only downfall is the concessions were extremely expensive.

Great facility for trade shows and other large events. Well maintained and organized.

This venues is great for trade shows. The staff is always helpful, friendly and professional. The food is not terribly expensive and parking is always free.

Went to Japan festival.....this is second year and I still hate the unorganized, worthless unreadable program/map, and my child can't even enjoy since there's only maybe one or two things for your little toddler to enjoy. This is more like chaotic mess. I seriously don't know what to do when I get there bc it's just mess.

Want fun? Go watch the gwinnett gladiators in action. You won't regret it

Have only had 1 occasion to visit, University of Phoenix had a great graduation ceremony.

It's a great place for a concert but the traffic going in and out was horrible this time. Maybe because another holiday show was scheduled at the same time in a close by venue? Terrible planning. It took us an hour to get out of the parking lot!

I go to the Intergalactic Bead Show there. Nice, clean, well-run facility with adequate parking and good location.

Love this place for entertainment. Always cool which I love especially when it crowded. The atmosphere is always Pleasant and the staff I quite kind.

The forward conference was amazing I just was kinda confused about wat point the Pineapple percher was trying to reach me at.

Just left awesome McCartney concert only to spend hour + trying to get out of parking lot. What a disaster Energy Center. You could take a lesson from any of the large churches in the area. This is pathetic.

Overall a good place for events. Graduations, concerts, conventions. Parking is free. Seats are decently spaced apart for a venue. Clean, staff is quick to get people in and out efficiently

Visited the Infinite Energy Center for a concert ( Childish Gambino) and I was deeply impressed with the arena. Excellent seating, helpful/friendly staff, and very clean facility. Definitely will be returning in the near future

Nice size venue. Easy access and they are getting better about getting you out quickly. This was my second show here (Niles Rodgers and Cher) great show. Venue is not huge so all seats are good to me. Those cocktails are pricey but what do you expect at this type of event. Love the free parking!! I will return.

Saw a WWE live event here. Great place. Food was a little pricey but that s expected at a live event.

Great place to see a concert. Free parking, convenient traffic-wise. A little chaotic trying to get out of the lot afterwards.

Came here for a concert. Pretty good venue. Well organized and pretty friendly staff. Drinks were a bit pricey though. Parking was relatively easy to get in and out of.

Have gone to concerts and Gladiator hockey games here. Great place, plenty of parking and their staff makes everything run smoothly.

Parking was close by...and free the day of our event. Easy access to facility. Concessions prices were steep but at least they did come with 1 free refill.

Went here for the home show. It was clean, spacious, and staff everywhere to guide you so it was easy getting in. I was one of the vendors there with Window world, everything was smooth and we had a good location. Staff was friendly and it was easy check-in into will call. Haven't been here for the other things they offer but will update when I do!

Common place for concerts and graudations especially high schools

Very classic place! Elegant buildings with beautiful lake around it. The concert hall was very nice. The parking was easy and the location was near a lots of restaurants and shopping places. You can spend good half day in that area.

Events are great. Parking lot is a nightmare to exit! More traffic control officers needed to streamline street exits.

Nice facility, but two different staff members were horribly rude to two different members of my family during the one event. I had to complain to management twice. This kind of rudeness does not happen to me at other venues Not recommended Book your event elsewhere

Great venue! Saw the Smashing Pumpkins and the place was awesome. Great drinks, food and seats. In walking distance to hotels. I will be back.

Great place for events of all kinds, but traffic is a nightmare on Sugarloaf Pkwy.

This venue is awesome. Filled, it's bursting with energy, but it still seems intimate. Such a terrific venue!!

Visited this arena for a Childish Gambino Concert, and I was pleased to find that I had a great view and it was easy to navigate through out the arena.

Great concert in a super nice venue. There is ample parking and the staff is quick and efficient with security protocols...

It's ok, it's hard to get around when you have had injury to your hip.
