Poor signage at entrances, practically no signage regarding parking nor directions to either arena/conference center. Current construction further complicated ingress/egress. Know where you are headed beforehand.

Went to see the Globetrotters. Super easy to park and Exit. BE WARE if the weather is bad there is no way to stay out of it. There is no cover on entrance and the parking deck is not directly linking to the arena.

Modern, easy access to parking and venues, clean, well lit. They do not allow outside food, unless it's medically unnecessary. (I have A Diabetic child, so they allowed A small amount.) Staff will not allow you to reenter after start time,( even if it's to take things to the car) so you might want to bring in as little as possible. Here is A list of their "prohibited items":

After 25 years, you would think they would know how to number the seats. An entire section bought tickets for a concert based on the proximity to the stage and runway. By the time we got there, the people in the section had already brought the issue to the box office's attention over an hour earlier. Many that bought tickets on the other side of the section that were now adjacent to the runway even acknowledged that the seat order was wrong. By the time we got to talk to the Infinite Energy Center representative she said "didn't care" that it was wrong. The venue screwed up and refused to do anything to correct, but fortunately the concert promoter took pity and offered some free T-Shirts to alleviate the incompetence of Infinite Energy Center staff. Based on the seating chart, we had front row 1st 7 seats from the stage and runway. These were bought as a gift for a child's birthday and Christmas in the 1st minute when tickets went on sale for her favorite band "For King & Country". If you care where your seats are located do not attend Infinite Energy Center, because they "do not care"!

We had a great visit to a guitar show at the infinite energy center! What a nice facility for such an event, they even had a trolly service so we didn t have to walk far.

There is so much space that there was actually another event here at the same time and we didn t even see what it was or feel crowded at all.

Go for it if you find out an event is going to be held here. There is plenty of parking, the facility is super clean and the place feels safe and well organized.

Parking and exiting were well handled, and this was a concert that was about three-fourths full. Usual food court type fare, as pricey as might be expected. Some more stand up tables would be nice, especially for sold out events, I would think. Plenty of personnel on hand to guide you. Seating is average, that is to say, tight for someone like me at 6'3" with knee issues. Overall a decent experience.

Not really that infinite. There are walls so it has a designated beginning and end. The interior volume doesn t really change. I think it needs to be re-named Schrodinger s Center. If nobody is there, does it actually exist?
This place is fake news until it s renamed. Sign the petition on whitehouse.gov.

I attended the "Black Pink" Concert Sunday on May/05/2019 with my Granddaughter and we had a blast! It was everything that I didn't expect "omg" it was absolutely a level 10!!!, the music kept you on your feet and their band was the most! The "Black Pink" gave us what we expected. We had good viewing range for pictures and recording which was even better. The overall experience at the (Infinite Energy Center) was really nice, the service provided for this concert was in my opinion, the absolute BEST from beginning to end. The crowds were cooperative allowing the staff to keep lines moving through without any problems that I'm aware of, and very helpful to anyone in need, so five goes out to the team and staff for their responsible positions, well done. I will certainly attend another event of interest that is sponsored by this Center, everyone was well versed, prepared and displayed great service. It was a great concert and a great experience. KUDOS to the Energy Center and thanks for a night to remember. It was and RAD

Perfect venue! Large enough for an awesome atmosphere, small enough to see the stage from virtually anywhere. Comfy seats and sufficient legroom. The affordable ticket prices makes this well worth it!

This is a hockey arena. It is NOT a facility designed for concerts. Sound system and acoustics are laughable and seats are designed to face the center of the arena, not a stage at the end. The worst part of all was getting into and out of the parking lots. No traffic management, whatsoever, and police just watched the congestion and frustration of drivers. Took us ONE HOUR to escape the parking lot at this place. Yes, ONE HOUR elapsed before we got onto the street adjacent to the arena. Never again.

Nice arena to see a show. Great location. Easy access. The one issue was no uber drop off signs, so the driver pulls up to attempt to let us out and some guy directing traffic starts yelling at him. We ended up have to walk from Tin Lizzy's the long way around.

Great
