Infinite Energy Center (formerly Gwinnett Center) Review

My family and I had a wonderful time at Japan Fest. Never a boring moment.

This place is amazing! They have so many different types of events in the same place. Basketball, hockey, lacrosse, amazing concerts, even bull riding. Its mind boggling to think about the changes that have to take place to accommodate the various events. The seating is great, plenty of food and snacks to choose from, plenty of easy to find rest rooms, and the staff is very nice and helpful.

Well organized place. FREE parking. Easy in and easy out for Gwinnett Gladiators game. Pleasant , friendly and courteous staff.

I went here for japanfest and it was pretty cool. The place looked nice and presentable and security was fine. It was very crowded and full of Japan themes shops and even a food court. The stages for sump wretling and archery were awesome and the main auditorium was pretty cleam, big, and had many seats. Overall, the infinite energy center is good place to go for medium to small conventions.

This place has the absolute worst, rude and unhelpful employees I have ever seen at any type of venue before and I attended a lot of concerts at many different places. The venue is incredibly disorganized with no signage directing anything so you almost feel like you re aimlessly wandering around trying to find parking, doors, seats, elevators etc. Don t bother asking for help with anything either because you won t get it. They need to have more training or get new staff and management because the way this place is run, is criminal. I got the strong vibe that they view all of the event goers as cattle. This place has infinitely BAD energy. I don t care what event comes here next, I will NOT be back!

It's very nice and very big. We were there for Japanfest and it was more packed than ever. But we had fun.

The center is nice, when they finish the parking garage, it too will be nice. Parking in the interim is much less than desirable.

Place was packed out and I never once felt overwhelmed by the amount of people there. Every space was large enough to accommodate the amount of people using it. Every staff member we encountered was polite and engaging. Parking was easy, and just a short walk to the arena. My only suggestion would be to allow for better acoustics in the concession areas during concerts. When going to get a refill I couldn't hear the music well at all. Regardless, this will be a venue I revisit!

Have been here many times but the first time for a large concert. The staff was very helpful and the walkways were well designed, easy to get around and the exiting process is smooth with little crowding. The free parking was the best.

I don't blame that on the singers but the people working the equipment.

Beer is too much. Screw up a good show with 9-12 a beer, boo.

Did not have a good experience here. Overly crowded to the point of not being able to walk. Bartenders were so slow. Took over a half an hour every time to get a drink. Floors were sticky at our seats. Bathrooms were a disaster. Floors were soaked they did have a smoking section that was easy to get too. I know it was an arena show but I just was not properly prepared for how over crowded it would be.

Was there for monster jam. The area was way to small to be driving monster trucks around inside. Was just to much and not enough room. But as far as the stadium, was in a good area and seemed clean. Only complaint I have was the seats were very steep. Made it very hard to get to ur seat if u had to slide past others already seated. Felt like I was going to fall over the hole time

Enjoyed the ticket, dog and drink deal today for the Gladiators ice hockey game.

Ushers were not very knowledgeable. Great venue. Easy parking and leaving.

Exiting takes a long time after the event. Well designed auditorium but the there is only one exit. Take uber/Lyft to avoid the traffic but Walk across the street instead of waiting in the parking lot for the Pick up. You will be out in minutes.

Just wish they had a way for ppl in wheelchairs to get closer to the action.

Terrible parking and traffic control, so allow plenty of time before the event. The security screening is outdoors, so be prepared for the rain and cold.

Great venue. Location is good. Don't have to go into Atlanta. Better seating than bigger Atlanta venues.

I was there for my son's graduation ceremony which was in one of the ballroom halls downstairs. The room temperature was just perfect for event.

It takes alot of time and patience to get in to the venue area. Be sure you allow plenty of time beforehand. Once you are in, parking is very organized.

A great arena in my book. Lots of concessions, quick entry/exit, and enough parking. I normally go to see the Gladiators play.

Very clean and a super staff! Breakfast is awesome.

Plenty of free parking the venue was clean bathrooms were clean and not overcrowded good food choices lines were reasonable

Parking lot is still a dirt and gravel, water fountain does not work. The Atlanta reef club show was good with a lot of friendly enthusiasts willing to share their knowledge with people who are new to this hobby.

I had fun at the concert here but the parking was a pain in my butt.

Like this venue. Smaller arena with better parking!!

Hall and Oats were great, loved Trane too! Seats were very good and we even got upgraded!

Lovely place. I had a wonderful time here. Everyone made me feel welcome. Even the bag checkers. Such lovely people. I liked the variety of food that they had available as well.

Greatest experience of my life joking the Christian catalyst convention. Changed my life forever and can t wait to return for more great speakers like Andy Stanley and Madea! Lol

This is an excellent venue to see a concert. Surprisingly good acoustics for a big place. Excellent amenities and very easy parking for events.

Saw Cher, great show. One downside, should have TV monitors all around, not just at front of venue

This venue is the best! They bring the best shows, the staff is friendly, parking was free for the shows we've seen and completely safe in their own parking deck, for concerts they don't bother you at all about taking pictures, and its very clean. I thoroughly enjoy this arena.

when the show ended, we had to use the restroom. The minute we came out of the restroom, looks like one of the event staff members, came up and asked us if or when we plan to leave. Obviously, we're just using the bathroom and leaving. Plus, what's the idea behind asking us when we are leaving? We don't plan to stay the night and we're obviously headed towards the entrance. It's rude to ask a family or anyone when they plan to leave. Would you like it if someone did that to you?

Recently visited the Arena at Gwinnett Center to see Eric Clapton live. Acoustics were great, facility was clean and staff was helpful with directions. A+

We went for the fly show and the service was great but a drink was 4 dollars it needs to be more like 2

I've had services with them for a long time and it's never easy the renewal. You have to waste a lot of time with them on the phone to negotiate the rate and the customer service fee which is a rip off fee. No customer should have to pay this fee because it's only their job to offer the service we are buying, they should be glad we have a service with them and also be glad to offer a great customer service, as any other company does.

The last 2 times they have split the customer service fee with me, when they should not even try to charge me for that, that's how dishonest they are. Now their rates are again higher than the rest of the market by 0.10 cents and they don't want to match as a letter received from them said they would. Not only that they want me to pay the customer service fee which is a rip off fee.

Stay away from these thieves, go with other companies. I'm going to post a complaint on BBB as well, this should not be allowed.

It was amazing in terms of the energy of the show which I am sure is because of a nicely put together arena. The employees were all nice and good, keeping things organized.

Had a great time enjoying our game and the personel were very helpful in every way

Pretty venue, but when I came here for a busy concert, there was a 20 minute line just to get through security.

This is a fancy arena! The theatre space is very nice and I don't think there's a bad seat in the house! The building is massive, but the theatre is intimate and carries sound well!

It reminds me of a 20th century theater. The only bad thing is the seats are old school too. If you are larger, it will be a tight fit.

Excellent venue for concerts or sports events. Nice size parking lot and easy access to building. Not too huge as to create confusion. Inside, the venue is well kept, with tons of bathrooms which are kept clean, lots of places to get drinks, food and other edible items. Organized well, this place is a good one to go for all kinds of events. The only thing I noticed is that there is hardly anywhere to go to eat after the event is over. All nearby restaurants are closed after 11:00 pm!!

Not a bad seat in the house when it comes to a concert. And such friendly people and helpful staffing!! I'd definitely attend another event at this arena for sure!!
