Great prices for events and free parking... Get there early due to traffic

Fantastic place! Attended a graduation here today. Was wonderful!

We done many events here. High quality atmosphere and enjoying going out with are friends here.

Parking lot is garbage...for the price of tix they could certainly hire a few parking lot attendants to direct traffic rather than the few that stand around looking lost.

The venue itself is fine, but for a concert it is one of my least favorite venues in Atlanta. The acoustics and for if the building just aren't conducive to music.

Went to see Joyce Meyer and had a wonderful time. This arena was easy to find and parking was free. We were also able to get in and out fairly easy. The facility, itself, was very clean and staff was very friendly. They also have a food court and offer a variety of different foods.

We attended our son's graduation at the Infinite Energy Center yesterday. Plenty of parking and adequate seating. My only complaint is the uncomfortable seating.

Great venue, easy to get in and out of. (Don't park in the parking decks if you can help it/willing to wait a couple more minutes to get out of the surface lots. The charge for parking decks is sometimes $5)

outstanding place for concert or game. All seats are great and amenities are close to your section

Nice venue, went there for a concert but I did not like sitting in the parking lot for 45 minutes to exit. Need a better plan

Attended the Intergalactic Bead Show and was blown away.

It's under construction so the walkways from our hotel was a little confusing. The inside was very clean.

I absolutely love having this spot in Gwinnett County. We get access to some really nice shoes without having to go into Atlanta.

It s clean and honestly there really isn t a bad seat in the appt so keep that in mind if you have to get a cheaper ticket. We love coming here.

This place is great for a concert. We got to see Paul McCartney rock the place for 3 hours.

Great arena! Very well-kept and clean. Plenty of parking. Arena staff very helpful. A bit difficult to leave the arena after an event, but that primarily pertains to traffic enforcement.

Went here for my sisters graduation and didn t realize how big this pace really is! Nice place

I saw the Dali Llama speak here. Comfortable. I want to see a hockey game soon.

Free parking, huge venue, mutiple accesses, decent ticket pricing, and plethora of events to see

Whatever sadist designed the traffic flow here should themselves be beaten. Add to it a kind of chaotically greedy parking deck right in the middle of the traffic miasma. The venues are pretty nice, and very well served.

So easy to find n had no problem getting around in the bldg

Impossible to get a rideshare after the event. No designated pick up area and all incoming traffic blocked. Forced to wait until all parked vehicles leave and they reverse traffic or walk for blocks to s shopping center. Tough for a handicap person.

I've come here for several events. Graduations and concerts. A great facility for both.

It was one of the best experiences I've had. I purchased the tickets at the Box office days in advance which made getting in and out easy. Only thing I had an issue with is slow concession stands, which caused us to miss part of the show.

Handicap parking was almost completely occupied by cars without handicap stickers or tags. Shuttles passed by people with obvious handicap and difficulty walking. Shuttle pickup points not clearly marked and difficult to find. Concierge VERY unconcerned. We were repeatedly told parking was first come first serve and that security does routine checks. Security passed by handicap spots while we were discussing the matter but still did not stop to enforce handicap accessible parking regulations. Food show was fun but I did not appreciate the difficulty my coworker had just getting inside the event nor the unconcerned and dismissive attitude of the concierge on duty.

I ve always been a fan of this place. I ve worked on shows and events here as well as attending and I ve always had a great experience. It s big enough to bring legit artists and events, but not so huge that it becomes overwhelming. It s also nice that because it s in the burbs, you don t have to fight with the traffic of going to downtown Atlanta. It s definitely worth attending an event or show here.

Great experience at Marvel Avengers Live. No charge for parking, super courteous Ushers and Ticket Staff.

So many things go on here. Great venue. Go to Japanfest at least one time. Demos, food, beer garden, activities for kids, adults. Get there early, it gets packed.

Every seat appears to be an excellent seat in this venue for a concert. Great time. Great event.

$4.25 for a 20 ounce drink is out of hand. I will only go there again if I have to.

Great place for sporting events but the accustics for a concert aren't good.

If you need handicapped parking, forget this place. There are a handful of HC parking places.. If you show your handicapped sticker, you are angrily motioned to move on. Then walk about a half mile. Inside it is cool and hazy, downright hazy.

We went to see a pro lacrosse game. Infinite energy center is not huge so it was easy to find seats. There are your every day vendors to provide your daily food groups , donuts, wings, hot dogs, sandwiches.
Of course, Georgia Swarm was the champ last year and they put on a great game beating opponents 17-10. Go see a game if you had never been to their game. The coordination from defense and offensive is very fast paces and you could miss a goal in blink of an eye.

Overall, great place for event. No bad seats. Entrance somewhat far from parking lot - especially for handicapped.

This is a fantastic venue. I've been here to see the Gladiators and the Swarm. You can't beat the free parking and the ease of getting in and getting out. Perfect for a fun family night.

Nice place definitely enjoyed Kane Brown here. Will go back!

You can't have bottles inside. If you buy a bottled water, they pour it in a cup.

Gun show and things were ran accordingly. No issues even with Covid standards.

Went here for a TSO concert. Man was it a great time.
