A bit of construction but parking wasn't a big deal. It was well marked and a short walk to the theater. Already had tickets so we breezed right in. Seats were in the middle orchestra section and those are great.

Nice venue but tiny cramped seating. Im a small person so i could imagine how larger people felt squished together....
I have only been here a couple of times. They are very organized and handle the crowd well. Parking is good. Good concessions.

This place is so amazing. I have been to 4 concerts at this place and they were the best experiences of my life. (Don't judge me) I've had so kych fun everytime I've been there for concerts, plays, skating,and more. This is by far one of the best places I've ever been
I had my graduation there and it was an amazing staff there.
We had a cheer competition here. Not sure if it is the venue or competition to give the review to. it was in a back building and a little confusing ....
Was here for Japan fest. That was nice, security was off but otherwise a good event.
Watched nephew graduate. Picky place, they scan you and everything just like tsa at airport

Love it. We go to see the Atlanta Gladiators there. No bad seat in the house. The food is good, a little pricey but at these type of places they normally are. Love the special promotion nights.

What an amazing experience on Eid ul Adha, at Infinite Energy Forum Duluth. Thousands of Muslim gathered to celebrate the religious day, which we commemoration in honor of great sacrifice of Prophet Ibrahim.
On that day when I reached. I don't had a parking issue cos it have plenty of space. The staff is really welcoming and organised.
Every one was very happy. Muslim were doing voter registration to use their constitutional right in next election. Local county and state representative were there to Welcome, greet and congrats Muslim. Eid in America is becoming a big event. We are thankful of all local government, police and other organisations who help to organized a big holy event and joyful event which brings Peace and religious harmony in community.
It was epic and the staff were amazing. Had a blast!

Great place for conferences, concerts and expositions.
I've enjoyed quite a few concerts, hockey games, graduations and even a robotics competition here. I've rarely waited more than two minutes in line before ordering a drink except during peak times. Everyone I've spoken with that works here was really friendly. The bathrooms have always been clean especially by stadium/arena standards. Some type of historical display would be nice as many artists and teams have passed through here over the years.
Excellent place. The people are friendly, the parking is easy, and locating family/friends once they have been seated is not difficult. Also, I liked that it wasn't overly cold in this place. My family and I had a great time at Harvest Crusade 2016! Also, the seats make it pretty easy to see no matter where you are seated in there.
We heard and saw two major musical artist perform their hits for a great night of live entertainment. Mariah Carey opened for Lionel Richie and both did a spectacular job at giving their fans 4 hours of great music and stage show.
The venue provide the fans with great views of the stage without obstruction. The staging, lighting and multimedia interactions were great! Everybody was into both sets.
The worst traffic I have ever been in to get in and out of an event. We went to the daytime viewing of Disney on Ice, and there was absolutely NO parking assistance or directions.

Very nice facility. Was there representing Chetola Resort Orvis Endorsed Fly Fishing at the 2018 ATL The Fly Fishing Show. Place was clean, stayed clean, and had easy access to a loading dock from almost every aspect of the building. Our booth was set up exactly as request, we had electricity and no problems setting up or breaking down. Staff was very friendly, Bathrooms were clean, and trash picked up. We brought our own equipment and did not rent so no experience there.

The shows are really nice, I've been here for two so far. The arena set up in nice, fits a lot of people and has a nice sound system. I gave it 3 stars because the last time i attended (2 days ago) my ticket was labeled as canceled because it was printed twice without any disclaimers that if you reprint a ticket, it automatically gets a new barcode so be careful! It only took a show of id to get it corrected but it was still something that could've been said before hand on their website. Also somehow the venue printed out 2 tickets with the same seat.. luckily i was the one to get there first but the guy who came later not so much.

Food staff was INCREDIBLY rude and inconsiderate. Yelling at costumers is unacceptable.
Great Arena, but the minute the shows are over they close all restaurants. So if you're looking to grab something to eat there after the show - Good Luck!

First time here. It was a great venue and plenty of free parking. I wish they would Invest in Better screens but those got the job done.
Nice building but terrible traffic, but I guess that is too be expected-considering the area. Great eatery's around the place too so lots of options for lunch and dinner!
Parking is great and FREE! The staff is always great. It's always clean...especially the bathrooms...we love catching a Gladiators game as often as we can and we live in Athens.
