Very nice place and the seats where comfortable plenty of leg room

My first time to a hockey game and I was not disappointed! Employees at the arena were so kind and very entertaining. There are smoking areas conveniently located by the food courts and parking was free!

Awesome game we had a lot of fun watching hockey again in GA!

We saw Macca himself there. Great venue. Great acoustics!!

This place is insane!!! I went to see The Degenerates Tour (Can't Swim, Beartooth, I Prevail & A Day To Remember).

There is a well-equipped venue in northern Atlanta. It is also a good place for Koreans to check the event schedule and visit when there are good performances or festivals. There is a lot of parking facilities and it is operated free of charge, so there is less parking burden. There is also a good way to park and walk around, so I often find it. When I have time, I see good performances with my kids, and I feel that cultural life is possible in the United States.

Plenty of parking, good food surprisingly! But the attendant directing everyone to their seats did not have a clue and sent most in the wrong direction causing much confusion!

Saw Trans Siberian Orchestra here and it was amazing. Great venue , clean bathrooms.

Very impressed with the cleanliness and good options here. I ve heard leaving the parking lots could be hectic but we left just before the concert ended so it was a breeze leaving. We had an amazing experience at the Killers concert.

It was.... Im not sure how this place stays open...they really need more events.

Had a lot of fun watching the marvel event at the energy center, was geared for younger folk but acting was still on point so we're the stunts. Comfortable seats although I do recommend trying to sit higher up for it will make easier to see what the characters are doing. Also recommend to not sit on the side because you'll see all of the behind the scenes stuff which makes the experience less intriguing. Still had a ton of fun and highly recommend going to see an event at th energy center

Bathrooms are way too small and not well kept up. Seems like an old place. Mainly carpet, colors and outdated lighting. A cool sign doesnt make it a cool place. Parking is the worst ever!!!! Plan 2 hours to leave!

First and will not be our last. We loved it! It's pretty far from us but worth the drive. The traffic wasn't even that bad either.

Free and convenient parking. Seats are small and legroom is lacking.

Awesome. Went to the Home Show. They had a shuttle to grab you from the parking lot. He even reminded me the lot coordinates to find my car

Bought tickets online and pay for best seats (pricey) and when I got to the venue I was surprised to find that we had a huge obstruction in out way and had to watch the concert thru the screens wasn t able to properly enjoy the show. When buying the seats it didn t show like the view was going to be obstructed. Very dissapointed.

Terribly managed. No supervision evidently for events. Who ever laid out the traffic direction evidently hired the staff of 15 years olds directing traffic also.... no signs directing... no help.. they sent about 50 cars into a parking lot that was already full.....further wasting time everyone's time.....when trying to tell them after coming back through, they could care less..... I will drive to Orlando for anything before Duluth ever gets a dime of my money again.

Nice inside but parking is a nightmare during large events. Go very early to park.

No parking near the facility entry for the event I was attending. Rooms inside were small. Bathrooms were clean.

Buildings are well laid out and easy to access. I always have a nice experience whether it's with a tradeshow, concert or another type of event.

This place is absolute insane. I went for Bollywood concert and the energy around the arena was immaculous. Have plenty of parking space. Very good restaurants for eating and greats bars for drinks too. I loved the concert. The security and human arrows were great.

Went to Tobymac concert. First time there and staff were so friendly and helpful to us. Everything was easy to find and parking was free.

Very organized and friendly staff. Parking can be an issue when there is an event at the arena at the same time.

Very fun. Fantastic staff members very comfortable it's a great place to spend a friday night with family

I attended The Gorillaz show last night, and I am at a loss of words to describe how great it was. The Arena is easy to get around and the lines for alcohol were long, but you got your beverage very quickly.

Great seats, low prices awesome action. I know for a fact that the parents of these players show up for their games. It's like tournament players playing minors. And you can really tell these guys have heart. We used to go to the Thrasher games and had nose bleed seats for the same price. Will never go to a pro game agian. I love the passion and the home town feel. Definitely going many more games. GO GLADIATORS!!!

Went for a graduation. It was great. It had a good length for the event of time for the event. Seats were comfratable and there were plenty of seats. I lost my wallet, and the staff was very helpful. They saved my day.

Had a fantastic time at the Lionel Richie concert at the infinity Energy Center. Lionel Richie puts on a great show. The infinity energy venue was very organized very easy to enjoy. Parking is convenient and getting out after the concert wasn't bad. Would have been nice if Mariah Carey would have let us see her face up on the screens.

First time there was a good experience. Easy in easy out. One parking attendant on way out was rude.

I was here for a graduation. The eviroment is good. The arena is still modern. With plenty of seating for most large events and concerts.

That place is amazing. We had great seats 3 rows from the stage. The drinks are way too expensive$$$$$. Twenty $20 for 2 shots of Grey Goose Vodka with sprite. Good thing I wasnt paying! The Concert was fantastic except for getting hit on the head by an elbow from the people behind me.

Very nice place, seats are comfortable. Bathrooms are small for a venue and the parking lot is a nightmare to get out of with traffic.

The concert we saw was incredible!!! But the venue was under construction and that made it difficult to get from the parking garage to the venue building itself. It was ridiculous. But other than that, Trans Siberian Orchestra puts on an incredible show!!!

The prices for food is ridiculous. Eat b4 you come.

Enjoyed a Bob Seger concert here. Very pleased with the layout. Concessions are very user friendly ( if expensive) so that there's not 5000 people in one line to get a beer. They make it easy to spend money, lol. Acoustics are as good as can be for such a large venue. I did'nt understand the parking arrangement where some of us were banished to the outskirts of the huge lot and others were waved much closer
I was told it would be free (it was) first come first served parking.

We had the best Christmas experience at the Trans Siberian Orchestra Concert held at Infinite Energy Center. All the staff were polite and helpful. They took extra measures to ensure our safety.

Great Venue! Look forward to seeing New Kids On The Block in the summer!

We were here for bead show, spacious, however for parking had to take bus to parking lot.

It will be great when they get the parking lots finished.

Nice place, the people I encountered were polite & friendly & the place was kept clean for us the entire weekend.

Horrible design. The place is a maze. Bathrooms are impossible to find. Seats and sections are not clearly marked. If there was an emergency many people would get hurt trying to evacuate. Staff was rude and unhelpful. I wish I could give it less than one star .

Great place for concerts. No bad seats. Smaller for large places so good view from every seat

Nice seating you can see no matter where you were but you can't record anything there all my videos from a concert i went to are trash cause all you hear is bass

We attended the Japan Festival. Great!! Can't wait for next years festival! The shows are amazing!! So many of them. Lots of vendors with a very large selection of merchandise. The food court has a wide variety of food at reasonable prices. All the staff very friendly.

Once inside the experience and facilities were great. However, trying to park we encountered an extremely rude parking attendant. We came in through the Meadow Church entrance and were told the parking lots were full and needed to park in the gravel lot that is on top of a large hill, 0.4 miles from the area entrance. As I turned my car around, the older white male parking attendant yelled that there was nowhere else to park, "all other lots were full!" he angrily yelled. I was able to find a spot in the parking deck that was much much much closer. I don't appreciate being lied to and treated rudely. I wish I had caught his name because someone in charge needs to be informed about this employee's actions and demeanor. He was also very rude to his fellow employees.

The Infinite Energy Center is a huge place with many events.
