I only come for JapanFest, but I have had a blast every time for about 5 years now. If there was one fault I could find in the Infinite Energy Center itself it's that the location itself isn't large enough to accommodate the ever-growing interest in Japanese culture or that it won't expand the area that JapanFest is allowed to occupy. I don't know if this has anything to do with IEC or the fine folks who plan JapanFest, but the ticket line was outrageous last Saturday as well. It wasn't quite DragonCon level, but it was reminiscent of Six Flags so that could definitely be improved upon. Regardless thank you for hosting JapanFest all these years.

They have parking and traffic control down to a science here. Its always easy to get in and out when we attend events here. Now, there WILL be traffic because there are so many people going to one place at the same time, but the traffic moves! The facility is always clean, the concession lines seem to move and they seem to have assists in the right places to help folks find their seats quickly.

Very clean, free parking a welcome surprise. You do pay for valet parking. They even offered a free trolley service from parking lot. The lot and entrance area is very clean and aestheticly pleasing to the eye.

Once inside it was very easy to locate which direction to go to find our seats. I had never been here before but the signs were easy to find. Bathrooms for the men were clean and with out clutter. On The 2nd Level, food and drinks were excellent. Yea it was pricey but it was great service and the food looked homemade. It almost had the feel of fine dining.

First hockey game here and it was so fun! The seats were great, we could see all the ice. The concessions were top notch. Expensive but that should be expected. The facility was clean and had a fun atmosphere! I'll definitely return for hockey or another event. Seats were sec 105, row Z. This was the teddy bear toss. After the first goal for the Gladiators, the crowd threw teddy bears on the ice! So fun!!

Really enjoyed my first show here. Parking was easy to navigate and free, security was efficient and plenty of food and drink stands. It's a smaller venue than I expected so our upper level seats weren't really all that bad. I will definitely return!

Great venue for all sorts of events. I've seen conventions, hockey, lacrosse, and concerts, all of which have been quite good. With ample parking and multiple campus buildings anything can be accommodated.

What a great concert venue. From the time we arrived to the time we left it was a great experience. Parking was a dream for a concert at full capacity (U2), took less than 20 minutes to get out of the lot and on the interstate. Only issue, the men's bathroom was too small and had to wait in line for 5 minutes, but really not that bad considering it was a sold out concert.

This is a good venue, but because it has to compete with so many other more intimate set venues in Georgia, I only gave it three stars. Also, traffic to venue is attrocious and alcohol prices are exorbitant.

Enjoyed a lovely performance of The Nutcracker by young dancers. The live music was outstanding! The Theatre was difficult to find in the pouring down rain. Signs and lightening would greatly improve that situation.

Great place to see a show, but I had no idea there were 2 parking decks until they closed off the bridge to one and we had to walk all the way around. The staff was amazing and had folks looking out for people who needed wheelchairs. Next time I'll try to park up front because if you're disabled, it's a far, painful walk.

AC was good, and the temperature was well maintained. They checked bags when coming into the center but after a while there was no security about who comes and goes. Prices inside food court are more expensive than the movie theater.

Well I arrived at 5:30pm on 1-7-18 for my daughters gymnastics competition. We got done with everything at about 8:45 and got out to our vehicles at 9:00, but the kicker is someone else had got to our vehicles before us! Yes, that is right...they broke into my truck and just helped themselves. So now I am 2 pistols short, and some thug is sporting them around. I was not the only vehicle broke into, there were 4 others but i was just the only one they hit jackpot on. So after 10-12 minutes hold time with Gwinnett 911, someone finally answered, then 30 more mins to have an officer respond, i had a report made. So just beware when you do go, there are no cameras in the parking lot, there is no patrolling security...so you enter their facility at your own risk. They are def making enough money to hire local pd or sheriffs office to patrol during events. So bad taste in my mouth about Infinite Energy Arena....you bet!
