Free parking and easy in and out. Loved sitting in the upper level with free coffee and a restaurant.

Large venue. Was there for a book signing. Not a fan of the concessions offered.

poor parking, poor sound, poor traffic control. Bocelli phoned in his concert.

Not a gorgeous design inside, but it was clean, well set up to host a concert, well run, and parking was fantastic. Security even found a member of my party's lost credit cards and returned them the same night.

Large building for events, lots of different sized rooms. The layout can be difficult to navigate, so make sure you know where your event is being held.

I've been to numerous events here, however, I was most disappointed with the floor seating for the Josh Groban concert last week. It was very difficult to see the stage, including Josh. It would have been better if the stage had been elevated more. I paid a fortune for floor seats and was quite disappointed.

JapanFest is an amazing experience. A fantastic cultural experience where talented artists and educators collide in a mosh of everything Japan. Infinite Energy Theater lends a perfect backdrop to showcase these amazing stars and vendors.

We were there for the Bocelli concert.. upon arrival we opted for the open air parking lot.. a lady came to our window and charged us 10usd. On the way out it was CAOS! 30 mins in lock-grid... without moving and nobody was there to organize traffic. ALL GONE! VERY DISAPPOINTING.

I liked that they now have indoor parking and for now they are free. Very easy to get out.

Venue was okay but signage needs to be better. And getting into and out of parking is awful! Sat in parking deck for over 30 minutes and didn't move.

Love the free parking but the seating is very tight, no leg room for anyone of a decent height. But we loved the Kid Rock concert.

Nice arena, but steep stairs and food is expensive, but overall nice!

We had a wonderful time . Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Not a bad seat in the house. $4.50 for a bottle of water is unreasonable. Otherwise the food is good and priced fairly.

Clean and uptated venue. But a both few water fountains ans almost no stalls in men's restrooms.

In excellent location, very tidy and spacious. There is security and there are places where you can buy something quick to eat while enjoying the activity you attend. The place is located near the I85 easy to get to

Usher was very rude. Parking was clunky. They sent us to three different places just to end up back where we were to park. But free parking! Arena is nice enough. Club seats are the best.

The graduation event they held here was unorganized.

Everything is clean and professional. The events are done well. Tricky to park right now as one of the main parking lots is under construction.

For a local convention center this place is pretty nice. I've been here a few times, all for different types of events, and it is always clean and friendly!

Stadium to the north east side of Atlanta. I was here for a Black Pink concert and had a good time. Parking is hard to find during event and the security line is insanely long. So maybe come a bit early. I was shocked how many people would spend $50+ on those little pink hammers that you can wave during the concert. Anyway, maybe I don t go to concert that often so don t know how expensive these things can be.

Food is so, so. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good views from just about anywhere you're seated

What an incredible experience. This was the first lacrosse game that I've ever attended. I must say this was better than football, basketball, baseball, soccer, hockey, etc ... A big shout-out to my dear friends Kris and Carter Rick's for including me. This was one of the BEST nights I've had in a good while. It was so nice meeting everyone in this circle of friends. I'm looking forward to the next time.

Traffic was terrible trying to get in to the arena and the prices were ridiculous for wine and food.

The first time visit. We attended a Senior breakfast there and the food was very good. The staff was awesome!

My graduation took place here it was very beautiful and the food was tasty.

I haven't had much experience there, but I did go to a concert and passed out outside the arena. Med-staff was really nice and helpful and the venue was clean and had plenty of security.

We were there for a graduation. The aisles were too narrow and the concessions where insanely overpriced.

Nice venue for concerts, etc. We went to see Cirque du Soleil there and it was nicely staged, didn't seem like there would be any bad seats.

Event was AMAZING!!! Staff could have been much nicer ... especially those guiding traffic. I understand how frustrating it can be directing thousands of lost, preoccupied guests but please be understanding to the fact we don't know where we are. They were yelling at cars, rolling their eyes, and nodding no in frustration ... VERY unprofessional!

Great convention center. Well spaced. Good for indoor concerts too.

Regarding the AXS system to by tickets for disney on ice event at this location, I attempted to buy tickets and even though the timer still had over a minute, the website gave me an error resulting in me being unable to purchase those tickets.
Since they were the last in that area/range and due to the system failure, I will not be using this system again! All the extra hidden maintenance fees for the system not to do the 1 purpose it serves is unacceptable & horrid customer experience!!!

Wonderful facility, lots of amazing events going on all the time. Sports, concerts, among other things.

Toby Mac's hits deep concert! Loved it! Wish there were better bathrooms though.
