Went here for two events in the past few days. Great venue, but expensive for things like internet use and food.

This a great facility! I don't think there is a bad seat in house.
Went to my sister's graduation it was nice they could have turned the air conditioning up considering how the weather was out side for my tastes but it was nice nonetheless
Love this arena, hate traveling to Atlanta for the shows there. This place is great in North Georgia. Nice and big.
Great venue. Excellent customer service. Free parking. It's just far compared to other venues.
Saw the Nutcracker with the granddaughters. It was awesome!
Great venue for music. Not a bad seat in the house. Small enough to be intimate but large enough to attract major talent.
This is a great facility for any invent. This includes games and concerts.
Living in Arizona most of my life, there was not an option to pick your "power" company.
There was one company, and you got what you got! There's simplicity in that, but when we moved to Texas, the "power to choose" was truly electrifying.
Hundreds of plans to CHOOSE from, provided by dozens of different companies. I was overwhelmed at first, but don't let that initial shock scare you.
Turns out NOT all plans are the same.
In fact, having so many options can get you into trouble if you don't read the facts & info label that EVERY company HAS to provide with each and every one of their offered plans.
This label is where you really are able feel the "power" to choose. Read it!
I see so many people complain about how they "got screwed" or they "didn't know" and it's truly their own fault. Everything you need to know is right in front of you, if you're paying attention.
Legally, everything you need to know about your plan is provided to you before you commit to anything.
And Infinite Energy is no exception to this! I've found them to be very competitive and I have not had any issues with them in almost 12 months of patronage.
Also, if you don't want to do the "work" of plan shopping yourself, use Energy Ogre. I personally shop around on my own, but I have used their monthly service once before and they do all* of the work for you.
*they do not cancel your previous plan, but they will shop and maintain the best possible price for you after you sign up with them and cancel your previous plan on your own time/dime.
Thankfully I haven't needed to break contract or contact IE with any problems, but signing up was not hard.
Actually, even changing apartment complexes and as a result changing the address on our account was very straight forward and their staff was helpful (even whilst Hurricane Harvey trudged through Texas).
Highlight: IE sends a weekly "Energy Usage Report", if you so choose to receive it, that really helps you estimate what your monthly bill will be.
Downfall: their app and website could use some updating with the newest features available in the market today.
Honestly, the bigger power companies have a lot of gimmick plans and pricing.
There are SO many options, don't settle for what you've "always had" and don't fall for "free weekends & nights".
Lock in one of their 6-12 month plans in the fall for best pricing, or check out their promos today!
Very accommodating for special needs individual. Was very easy to park in handicap parking that was close. Also personable event staff.
Facility is great.Parking is a disaster...parking lot is under construction.Poor signage as how to navigate thru the construction
Fabulous experience as always. Good level of security and crowd management. And the parking and speedy and efficient process of exiting the parking lot was mind blowing. Well done team.
I work there as a freelance stagehand...very organized staff and user friendly building for productions.
Love the Japan fest needs to move to a bigger place
My granddaughter had her graduation there. The ceremony was fantastic but the parking situation to get out of that place was abismal. Only two ways in and out for over 2000 cars.
Great shuttle service to front door, and nice facility
Well apportioned. Parking is plentiful and convenient.
If you have never been here before, the layout can be confusing in the parking lot and the main entrance is not clearly marked
Went here for a concert. There aren't any seats in the food court area. Couldn't find a sit-down restaurant for pre-show dinner inside the venue. So we were forced to eat our dinner in our seats. I blame myself for not planning ahead, but I've never been to an arena that didn't have a restaurant and/or seats in the food court.
Pros: the bathrooms were clean.
Came to concert late and couldn't find seats but staff was super helpful guiding me there
TSO was the best concert that I've ever been too in the 61 years that I have been on this planet... The lights were fantastically classy... This was a Great big fantastic show and our seats were great too... The music was awesome... Oh my... If you missed this show try and go next time... Wow
Thank You TSO...
A good venue for an event of 500 guest. Wait staff very nice and accommodating.
Huge venue, but parking is always terrible. Especially during an event.
It's a clean bright place they need more restrooms the event I attended had around 400 guests and had to stand in too long of a line.
I can here to perform in my school orchestra at from GSMST and it was very nice. The backstage rooms were cool and organized.
Great, 'intimate' arena for concerts. Seen MUSE here a couple of times and thoroughly enjoyed the venue and performance
Love there is a venue for so many great events to be held at... this adventure here landed us at the Japan Fest 2019. Facilities are usually clean and happy they have the offering garage open now. The layout offers many options for events and setup.
All the ambiance of an old warehouse.
Nice lobby.
Trolly service from the parkinglot that's over half a mile away was helpful.
Actual event area was unimpressive to say the least.
Had a great time. Sound system was awesome...and oh, the smell of popcorn!!!
From concerts to sports events we love this spacious Arena! Located in a great local place! Most recently attended a Justin Timberlake concert. I grew up going to this arena to watch the then Gwinnett Gladiators. Also, attended One Direction concert and many graduations here. GGC will host my graduation there this year and I can't wait! This arena holds a special place in the Gwinnett Community and always maintains a safe, clean, and secure environment for enjoying many events!
Very packed...fun filled GFL CheerOff...our Lady Generals did their thing! Go Shiloh!
This place is hugh...be prepared to walk your butt off from and around and then back to your car!
Was at this establishment for a graduation. The staff was very unorganized, a thunderstorm came and because the activity had not started the wait was outside. Then we had to be processed in bag check which had to be done in the rain. I have a pacemaker, which was a difficult day for me because of standing.
First time here for the Eastman gun show and really enjoyed the parking staff, the rest was just a kid in a candy store
Smaller venue but easy to get to and plenty of parking.
Went for a concert. They had beer and cocktails. They had lots of good options for food. I had a burrito and it was delicious.
Good sound system. Getting out of parking lot was a nightmare at the stop sign exit. Women's bathrooms need more monitoring-no toilet paper in some & lots of water on floor in 1st stall.
We come every year for the Christmas tradition of the Nutcracker, the venue is nice, well maintained and clean, not too big, not too small for these kind of events!
Not the best place if you need handicapped accommodations. Very disappointing!
Great show for Toby Mac's Deep Hits tour. All of the artists were great!
A very good arena and convention center with entrances and exits to two roads with good amount of parking. Multiple entrances into the building as it should be.
Graduation very nice just wish they put stage closer to audience.
I came here for a graduation the seating is nice, and the roads can handle a lot of traffic. There is a mall nearby and a few shopping centers. It is a bit confusing, but just walk and you'll be where you have to be.
Enjoyed this venue free parking friendly helpful staff
I've been for multiple events, staff has always been friendly and helpful. We were trying to find will call and an employee walked us across the entire place to show us personally!
Great place for a conference or event. Lots of parking and plenty of hotels in the area.
Strayer University graduation. We found it easy to navigate and was able to save 12 seats for our family. Congratulations to my wife Tina earning her Bachelor's degree. We also had two elderly ladies with us and the parking attendants allowed us to drop off and pick up close to the facility. Thanks!
We went to see the Professional Bull Riders and it was amazing the arena is huge and it has a lot of space.
