I've had services with them for a long time and it's never easy the renewal. You have to waste a lot of time with them on the phone to negotiate the rate and the customer service fee which is a rip off fee. No customer should have to pay this fee because it's only their job to offer the service we are buying, they should be glad we have a service with them and also be glad to offer a great customer service, as any other company does.

The last 2 times they have split the customer service fee with me, when they should not even try to charge me for that, that's how dishonest they are. Now their rates are again higher than the rest of the market by 0.10 cents and they don't want to match as a letter received from them said they would. Not only that they want me to pay the customer service fee which is a rip off fee.

Stay away from these thieves, go with other companies. I'm going to post a complaint on BBB as well, this should not be allowed.
