Standard has dropped massively me and wife drove all the way from Berkshire and waffles uncooked and the lady at the reception desk Says thats how they are.. I'm sorry if that's the case you just lost a regular customer..

My go to dessert lounge! never fails to meet my expectations! hot, fresh, great quality food! even though it's always busy you're usually seated within 5-10mins. Biscuit butter pancakes are the one!

If you live in Harrow, and haven't been here. WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU. Honestly, this is by far the best dessert bar in the country, if not the world. Yeah, I said it. The world. They have something for everyone, they give you an option of 4 chocolates to go with it, dark, milk, white or nutella. Their portions are great, big but not big to a point you can't finish it yourself. I'm a huge fan of their waffles and cookie dough. Honestly, anything you'd get here will be yummy. Their service is really good too, but you'll most likely have to wait 20 minutes for a table, but stick it out. It's so so so worth it.

Overall: Must visit..
Flags: Parking is a little tight and gets busy late at night.
Remember: There's water next to the bill counter.. The potions are average but good.

We loved out dessert. The staff are young, good looking and very attentive. We had nachos and ice-cream and requested the ice-cream to follow nachos. We, after ordering, semi expected them to screw that up and have ice melting while we try to finish the nachos. But that did not happen. The nachos were the best we have had in a while and the dessert that followed was even nicer.

Best dessert place! Extremely friendly staff and excellent range of food. Savoury foods is also amazing. Must go!! And great opening hours!!!!

This is a review for the Stanmore Branch and bares no resemblance to the service and quality of food and drinks at Indulge Pinner - Disappointing shakes, ordered shakeshakes and ice cream a take away, service was slow, took order but disappeared to make order for seating customers, staff not wearing mask, no social distancing signs,shakemshake with Skippy's peanut butter spread no sign of the actual peanut butter ice cream or any chocolate.
Mint choc chip milkshake also lacked quality, chocolate not blended and way too milky, and no cream on either of the shakes but appeared the Uber orders were being made with cream. Have ordered 5 times from here 2/5 was good the rest disappointing. As a regular the quality should be consistent, seems stanmore branch wants to push quantity and not bothered with quality anymore. Will be thinking again next time we want ice cream or milkshakes if this is how the quality and service is going to be. Disappointing for even an indulge experience!!!

Excellent chocolate choice of many flavoured ice cream. Chairs are very hard! Enjoyed by everyone.

One of the best dessert places in the area. Their chocolate is well balanced and flavoured perfectly for the dish. Pancakes and crepes and freshly made in front of you. Lots of choices and reasonably priced. A bit crowded at times and gets a tad noisy but still enjoyable. Expect a queue on busy nights.

This is a wonderful desert place that has high quality milkshakes and other goodies. The one thing that they could improve on and that leaves them behind from of desert places is the lack of booths and the feeling of openness inside. Some people may like this but I find the environment of creams more attractive.

I went there to have a fathers day treat. But I ended up walking out severely upset & distressed. As they served me a meat Crepe instead of a veggie crepe. I will never go there again. If your a strict vegetarian, stay away from this place, unless you like chicken as a replacement for cheese.

I have heard about this place alot and reviews are pretty good too but i think these happy reviewers have not been to any other dessert places that is why they seem pretty happy about indulge.
Ice cream scoops were very small and service below average.
I can understand a theme or a concept someone following but who serves ice cream in stainless steel plates in this era.
Place was packed when we got there and staff was helpful but when it came to serving food, we had the stuff to eat but NO spoons .
We didnt have to wait longer than 5 minutes to get the spoons even though restaurant has become pretty empty.

Sizzling Brownies: it didnt even smoke let alone sizzle bruv so it was pointless ordering sizzling brownie and the brownie was undercooked which really ruined our mood but we still ate half of it.
Anyway.....overall, i would like to give them another chance to see if there are any improvements esp. In "stainless steel" plates and scoop size.

Another good dessert place located in Pinner. Indulge is a really good dessert place offering pancakes and waffles and crepes. Lots of choices of ice cream and toppings or choose a ready made one. Had the halumni sticks but don't recommend them as there too salty on there own. But highly recommended the cookies and cream waffle option or the peanut butter ice cream pancake.

Been going here a while. Only got 4 stars coz im sure their cookie Dough has decreased in size otherwise it's 5 stars. American pancakes are awesome too and the Vanilla ice cream is very good

Ordered a takeaway ..... got some freebie cake which was a nice touch.... but sorry to say the ice cream and milkshake was tasteless, covered in cheap squirty cream - will not be ordering again Disappointed!!!

Great place to eat or takeaway. Always mega busy but that's how great it is. Always deliver high quality service and product. I know people come from far and wide to enjoy this place.

Sat inside for 25 mins on Sunday night. Got seated quickly on a counter table. No one collected our order even after asking if someone could take our order. Dirty used plates were still left at our table while we were seated. After waiting a while we just got up and left. Didnt even bother eating there. POOR

Best deserts in London. Tasty food, great customer service. Been numerous times and it's always fab! I have tried waffles from numerous places and the fact that they don't even have egg in them makes it even better. How do they make waffles without egg taste better then with egg.

Nice waffles pancakes and ice-cream. Quite big and nicely laid out (not tacky like some). Metered street parking outside (I think).

Lovely Dessert Parlour. If you're hungry be warned there's a limited food menu but if you're just coming for indulgent deserts you're in the right place. Lovely staff, but a little pricey. I'd definately go back though. Worth the pretty penny.

Cookie dough.... Mmmmm the chocolate that went on top was phenomenal!
