Very busy.. had to queue outside for a table then felt rushed as sat near the window with people waiting watching eagerly for us to finish. Food was ok but not great.. good choice and friendly staff.

We had a lovely time here! The staff was very friendly and the interior had a nice homely, intimate feel to it. Our food was prepared and served quite quickly. Though it is a dessert place, I recommend you try some of the savoury snacks too like the Fire Fries ( which were delicious). Their waffles, cakes, cookies and ice creams are really good with generous portions. My only complaint is that my profiteroles were quite cold ( though the jug of warm melted chocolate and decadent Belgian chocolate ice cream served with it made up for it). I would definitely come here again!

Took 30 minutes to take order then waitress skipped us and went to adjacent table instead then proceeded to tell us after . Ridiculous

This place is simply wonderful. Everytime I go, I'm spoilt for choice. The customer service is excellent. Affordable. Great quality.

Used to be great place 2 years ago but quality of the ingredients has dropped since...how disappointing!
Also it does not serve proper Nutella, but a cheaper alternative instead.



Can be very busy at times and so loud that is impossible to talk and parking is a nightmare. Usually packed with teenagers.

Great selection of deserts. Staff are welcoming and polite. I had the Nutella milkshake and loved it! Recommend.

Crowded and not many dessert choices. The menu doesn't have pictures so you have to imagine the dessert you will be having!

Good Service and a large variety of deserts and savoury.

I have been here numerous times and really can t find a single thing to complain about. I tend to order the cookie and cream crepe which is amazing but thought I d try something new today so I got the strawberry and cream crepe (was a bit scared as once I heard that their strawberries aren t great). My crepe was amazing and the fruits tasted really fresh so I was really happy with it! My girlfriend got a blueberry and banana wrap which she loved! I really like how you are given a glass of tap water straight away (without having to ask) as it makes life a lot easier. After all the times I ve come here, I m yet to find a problem with it! Staff are great and the place is really clean and the menu is amazing. The only thing I think they could work on is the amount of seats they have to offer, it gets pretty busy and I think there are only approximately 30 seats available.

Lovely desserts and reasonable prices. Very, very busy on this occasion, with a decibel level that hampered enjoyment and conversation.

Waited for 15 to 20 min for a seat, well busy, but other than that the food came out quick n was well nice.

Its far from us, but worth the drive. Will definitely come back.

Lovely place. Great service. Very busy on the weekends though. Had cookie dough with milk chocolate. Enjoyed it. The waffles and crepes were great too.

Bubble waffle wrap sundae.... sorbet flavor and the full chocolate flavor is amazing and perfect for sharing! The chicken and mushroom crepe - absolutely beautiful and delicious! Great place to come for dessert or a savory bite, will definitely be coming back!

The desserts were absolutely amazing. The best thing is that they also supply water unlike other dessert parlours who do not voluntarily give it

A must visit place for all Dessert lovers.Try their Pancakes, Waffles and crepes. Service is also good.

Could do with upgrading the furniture & decor! Didn't eat but others did,dessert were a good portion.

It's gets really packed here in the evenings and it's hard to find parking on the street so you need to come we'll prepared. I had to wait for about 20mins to be seated but it was worth the wait. Lots of variety on desserts, I had a virgin mojito which wasn't great but the cookie dough was delicious

Great ice cream selection but they could do more creative desserts.
Expect to wait even at 11pm!!!

One of the best places for dessert around here. But take it easy, if you don't want to get too fat. I recommend you try the nachos.

I ve literally searched the whole of London and Indulge is still the best place to go for waffles.

I found three hairs in my food, gross!!! Two were in the crepe mix and one inside the chicken pesto mix inside. Your staff should wear hair and beard nets. You have a clear hygiene problem. Usually we just get the ice cream but we thought we'd sit in and try something different. Big mistake. Hopefully you do something about this.

Great happy service, fresh desserts and very reasonable in price compared to local competition for what you are getting, interns of portion size and quality! Whenever friends come to this part of London this is the place I take them as I have never been let down, and they love it too.

Nice cafe and excellent options. Mostly for those with a disposition to sweet things. They do do savoury pancakes.

The food is good and the prices aren't too expensive. However, the service is poor as we waited far too long for our order to even be taken.

Absolutely love this place. Food is amazing and staff are friendly and helpful. The Manager can't to enough for you. Me and my family visit at least once a week.

Easily the best dessert place in town, parking after 6.30 pm is free at the back. It may get busy but the food still comes on time and reasonable price.

Best dessert place with so much too choose from. Nothing is on the menu to disappoint dessert standard. Also with amazing savory crepes, with my favorite Mexican crepe. Good service and smiling staff. Thank you.

Very nice service and nice food and dessert love it...

We come in and were told 15mins for a table for 4.. 25 mins later the group that came after us got their table for 4 and we get asked "did i speak to you before ??"...and had the nerve to say " oh yes i remember her" her being my wife the only female in the group.
Food it self we shall see still waiting for our seat 35mins in standing.

Food poison
Always been a fan of Indulge, however on our last visit in March 2019 me and my brother we had shared fries and hallomi strips followed by different disserts of our choice. We went home and we both felt sick, light headed and nauseous; bad food posion. As much as I appreciate the taste of your food we are no longer going to visit your place upon the nasty uncomfortable undeseriable effects we are experencing.

Just to note for your own safey and hazards, noticed that your staff memebers clean the tables by spraying the tables with cleaner spray that the mist of the product came on us!

Best dessert place by miles. Food always fresh because it's so packed!

Wonderful dessert place with lots of desserts to choose from. Unlike other dessert places, Indulge have some savoury meals as well on the menu. Getting table might be an issue here. Sometimes you may have to wait for a while to be seated. Service is great and the desserts we ordered were delicious.

Very long waiting time (30 minutes) and when we were finally offered to place our order the waitress tended to others who had come after us. Bad service overall.

It had friendly waiters who were just nice to talk to and weren't ever rushing or being hostile towards you there food were amazing and as I am lactose intolerant they had vegan options

Came here with some family friends from abroad on a Sunday evening. Was a 30 min wait to get a table. But this is the only place that does eggless waffles and hot deserts. Food came quite swiftly but portion size has certainly reduced since my previous visit last year.

Gr8 food and the place is buzzing. Highly recommended

I highly recommend you INDULGE on the profiteroles, they're simply beautiful. Creamy, yet chocolately with a perfectly lightly toasted pastry exterior. Simply beautiful. Thank you Indulge for being such a great part of my life.

It was my first time visiting and I enjoyed the food. The fries were tasty and my cookie dough was delicious. The staff seemed friendly enough and although it can get quite busy it doesn t ruin your time there. Luckily we were granted a table on arrival.

Food is very nice and enjoyable however I ate with 4 other people and my plate arrived as everyone had almost finished there's and were sat waiting for me to finish. Also they brought the wrong food to out table. The waitresses also were impolite but food, when it came, was what I expected. Over all food was good but customer service was disappointing.

Probably the best dessert lounge in the Pinner area. Especially lille the nachos. Proper portion and very, very tasty. Friendly staff.

Nice desert place, their open plan seating makes it a very comfortable and inviting place. We went in a big group so managed to try quick a few different menu options and all were very yummy options with good presentation!

The best thing in Pinner, full stop. We've been eating at Indulge since they first opened years ago. During that time, I've seen their offerings change somehwat despite being the same desserts, but that aside the food is great and we're continuing to come here year after year.
