I have heard about this place alot and reviews are pretty good too but i think these happy reviewers have not been to any other dessert places that is why they seem pretty happy about indulge.
Ice cream scoops were very small and service below average.
I can understand a theme or a concept someone following but who serves ice cream in stainless steel plates in this era.
Place was packed when we got there and staff was helpful but when it came to serving food, we had the stuff to eat but NO spoons .
We didnt have to wait longer than 5 minutes to get the spoons even though restaurant has become pretty empty.

Sizzling Brownies: it didnt even smoke let alone sizzle bruv so it was pointless ordering sizzling brownie and the brownie was undercooked which really ruined our mood but we still ate half of it.
Anyway.....overall, i would like to give them another chance to see if there are any improvements esp. In "stainless steel" plates and scoop size.
