Delicious ice creams and cakes. Very friendly staff.

Food and dessert is really nice however the service and wait time is not always best but I know it's due to being busy. By far the best dessert place in harrow!

The food is lovely but the fondue is sometimes too March for some people

The desserts at this place are absolutely fantastic. The quality of their food is definitely up their with the best of them. Great, fast customer service as well. I'm overall a satisfied customer.

This is the second time I've been and really enjoyed the dessert, however couple things that I think could improve. I ordered the strawberries and cream waffles which was served with whipped cream and ice cream. The waffles were quite crispy and crunchy and not as soft as it should be. Also I found the music quite loud, which made it difficult to talk to friends - it'd be nice if it was toned down a notch. Nonetheless service and food were really nice!

Really nice food. Unfortunately the ice cream scoop they used mustn't have been clean because I had a minor reaction to nuts. They were really careful about it and since I had already finished the waffles they just gave me a new scoop of ice-cream haha.

4/5 because food and service were great but they need to be a little more careful.

The dessert lounge is a really nice place to sit in and have a bit of a naughty dessert but doesn't have many tables (when we went in there were only 6 tables all full). We popped in one night on the way back to the house after a long walk and grabbed some ice cream. The ice cream was delicious but was a bit pricey ( even charged us for the cone - 10 GBP)

Good and pleasant service. Only gripe is not all toppings were available.

Best desserts in town, excellent food and service. Their specialities are ice cream sundae, brownie, crepes and milkshakes. They also have huge variety of hot and cold drinks. Plenty of parking space next door so quite convenient. It get busy on weekends after 6:30 so you have to wait for to be seated.

I would normally rate indulge 6/5 stars however my recent experience was disappointing. Prices have increased, lower quality food is served, please explain this. I am not surprised that you arent as busy as you usually are. Myself and my More

The place was full when we went in and so we had to wait. Just shows how popular the place is. We needed the waiting time because there were so many things on the menu that we wanted to order so it took us ages to decide on what to have. Service was good and food was delicious. I had the cookie dough which was fantastic! Everyone (there were four of us) enjoyed their food and had a good time. We all agreed that we'd like to return again soon.

Lovely enjoyable deserts. Enjoy coming here now it's bigger and don't have to wait so long for a table. Could do with some air conditioning in the back seating area. Gets too hot. (Message to the owner it will be worth the investment)

We went about 8.45pm and had to wait about 45 mins for a table. It was well worth the wait. Everything tasted so good. I have cookie dough with ice cream and hot chocolate sauce.
They do take away so I think next time I'm in the area I will just order out.

Always great food. Prices have gone up slightly but still really good value for the quality of dessert.

Absolutely shocking service. We were told there would be a 10 minute wait when it was closer to 40. While we were waiting to be seated, other groups were sat before us and some offered water whilst they waited. When we were finally seated we felt we had to make our dissatisfaction know to who I assume was the manager/owner. Instead of apologising and trying to rectify the situation, he preceded to list why were wrong, how the business operates and that not everyone who is waiting can be acknowledged or offered a water (although other people had as there was an abundance of staff doing nothing.) He even made a remark about how one of had still returned, so how could we be dissatisfied? After waiting for 40 minutes or so we finally got our food and after an accidental spillage on our table, we were asked if we needed it cleaned right away? (Shakes head)
After such a long and frustrating ordeal which even led to a family argument, none of us had appetites and ate simply because we had waited so long. Well I'm sure we won't be returning again!

Staff helped me see which options are gluten free, boyfriend loved his bubblegum ice cream and waffle which im renaming "the blue waffle"

Good selection of food and drink and great customer service!!

First time here on a Monday evening and it was semi busy on arrival and gradually got busier so it's a very popular place.

We had approx 10 minute wait to take it order and that was only when we flagged down the waitress. Ice cream was full of flavour, highly recommend it. Seemed to be a much longer wait for waffles.

Prices are competitive and it's great to have a decent local place as opposed to going into Central London.

Indulge is the best : their crepes are amazing, their waffles are amazing and most importantly they are fast, kind and yummy. This is what i expect from most resturaunts.

Small portions, waffles are tiny. Especially for the price. Ice cream is okay. Very slow service. Just a good outing with family.

1st social distance visit during coronavirus pandemic 2020.

Very well organised /smooth process: we placed our order over the phone about 20 minutes before we got there. They gave us order number to quote on arrival.

There was a small que outside when we arrived but our order was ready and they added the ice cream in a separate container (so the hot pancakes didn't melt the frozen ice cream?)

Auto dispensing Hand sanitizer is available for customers and plastic cutlery also.

No option to eat inside the restaurant. TAKEAWAY ONLY. ...So we had a pancake and waffle picnic in the park nextdoor. Happy customer

Nice large restaurant with friendly staff. Tables, seats and menu's are a little worse for wear and the decor could do with an uplift. A large group of us arrived and were seated promptly. Orders placed, all was pretty good, the brownie was over baked and very dry. One of the waitresses offered to change the dish so I decided for cookie dough but a few mins later another waitress said they cannot change the dish since I had ate some 3 bites. I could not really have known how dry it was until I tried to eat the product. So requested my money back and they can keep the dish as I could not possibly eat it. At this point I was offered an alternate dish which I thought was too late and went for the money back which they accepted with an apology. This was my first visit and most likely not my last. The portions are a little small in comparison to their competitor's but the prices I guess reflect this.

Amazing selection of desserts American style I'd almost say with warm cookie and ice cream, warm brownies etc. Heavenly but not for the waistline

I live close by to this place, always a queue when I go there, but who can blame them? Their service was on point and the food was amazing. Great place to go to end a nice day out. I can only say parking can be a problem but you'll find somewhere. 5 stars.

This place is not for calorie conscious people! The sugar overload here is absolutely unstoppable especially when you have insane options to choose from! We indulged in a late night sugar craving as a family and sunk our teeth into some of the most decadent of dessert options!

What we had:
Apple Crumble with warm custard
Profiterols with Maltesars icecream and chocolate syrup
Maltesars Waffles
Strawberry and cream waffles
Oreo cheesecake
Crepes with lemon and sugar and vanilla icecream
Chocolate Fondue!

We absolutely loved almost everything but the stand out dishes were Profiterols, so light and airy, apple pie with warm and comforting custard, Maltesars waffle and Oreo Cheesecake!

Huge variety of desserts and drinks and they taste amazing too. If you have a sweet tooth this is the place for you

Best dessert lounge in London by far! Their cakes and crepes are to die for!! Been coming here since it opened many years ago! Glad to see it s always busy

Amazing food amazing atmosphere, however given the huge public outcry around the use of plastics this restaurant still decides to serve water in plastic cups! If this was sorted easily a 5 star restaurant.

A local favourite when it comes to desserts. Whether it s cakes, gelato, crepe, waffles or shakes. There is something for everyone here.

Great choice of desserts. Great staff. Restaurant can get full very quickly.

Nice selection of desserts and good opening hours and friendly staff. However layout of lounge is poor making it feel cramped and uncomfortable. Tables are far too close and acoustics mean it is incredibly loud making this a poor place for intimate or relaxed conversation. A quick redo of floor plan could probably provide more comfort and more covers.

THE ONLY place to eat your dessert for miles around Pinner. Great staff truly working as a team, lovely unique atmosphere and a pleasure to go just to people watch let alone sample the infinite number of choices they have available for dessert. The owners spare no expense in choosing their ingredients and this shows in the taste of the food

The food was really good and portions were quite generous (we had to cancel one dish because the others were much bigger than we thought they would be!). The staff were polite and friendly but our server was either a bit too busy or just a bit forgetful. Specifically we asked for water in our order but it didn't arrive. We reminded her once some of the food had come which she acknowledged but it still didn't arrive (we even saw people who arrived after us getting water by this point). Eventually we asked a different member if staff who brought us a bottle immediately, so probably just that our server forgot (twice).
As I said though all polite and friendly and great food!
