Absolutely shocking service. We were told there would be a 10 minute wait when it was closer to 40. While we were waiting to be seated, other groups were sat before us and some offered water whilst they waited. When we were finally seated we felt we had to make our dissatisfaction know to who I assume was the manager/owner. Instead of apologising and trying to rectify the situation, he preceded to list why were wrong, how the business operates and that not everyone who is waiting can be acknowledged or offered a water (although other people had as there was an abundance of staff doing nothing.) He even made a remark about how one of had still returned, so how could we be dissatisfied? After waiting for 40 minutes or so we finally got our food and after an accidental spillage on our table, we were asked if we needed it cleaned right away? (Shakes head)
After such a long and frustrating ordeal which even led to a family argument, none of us had appetites and ate simply because we had waited so long. Well I'm sure we won't be returning again!
