I've been homeless for 8 years+ repeatedly asked for housing even walked to Shipley from great Horton twice first they didn't turn up second didn't come with fop and key to get in had to walk back empty handed viewing leeds Rd given wrong date person had to tell me I have P.T.S.D going out door's is a nightmare for me my carers have been with me to witness this sham but what choice do I have

not a good landlord when complaints arise lie through there teeth to cover up problems issues and tell lies avoid this landlord nothing but liars thieving robbing people do not trust these as a landlord all about money not bothered about anything else a set of defrauding robbing people in incommunities every single one of them from managers housing officers and also the income team AVOID!!!!!! unless you want defrauding and a crumbling house and when you complain nothing gets done robbing liers glad i moved and got a new housing provider / landlord

Absolutely disgraceful landlords. They used to be ok 10 years ago, but everything has gone downhill since then. They don't care about their tenants anymore. They're happy to take the rent money but as soon as you have a problem they leave ypu high and dry. Moussa the customer service guy hung up on me yesterday as after telling me that he would not be helping us in a time of real crisis, leaving us angry and frustrated.

Response from shezad at repairs was " you should of reported it when you first moved in" "not our problem" "you deal with it" " wash your pots in the bath" very hygienic shezad!! Disgraceful!! Reading the bad reviews on here comes as no surprise to me. The most user unfriendly, unprofessional and incompetent organisation.
On paper all looks wonderful, all boxes ticked, it's a different story in reality. They have caused so much anxiety to their ex tenant and family who had a difficult time with this person's health issues. These made much worse by the housing team. Errors made with their administration. In house beurocratic resistance making rules up as they go along. We thought we had seen the ast of them, no just had an ugly reminder of their incompetence. Well I have news for them, the family have had enough, plans being formed to take them to task.

Worst ever services at Income Team by Mrs. Manjit (Especially) and S Sanderson, the Income Officer.
I had to confront Mrs. Manjit on the telephone call, she is such a rude and arrogant person I have ever confronted. She talks disrespectfully and with harsh words. Manjit talks so rudely and in a rough behaviour that she is doing a favour on us to work with Incommunities...

Put in for a move in november, I'm still waiting for them to offer me somewhere! There very good at getting on your case over missed rent payments, apart from that they don't give a dam as long as they are getting there rent.

I've been a resident for over 3 years.
In this time, any repairs that have been needed, have been addressed promptly by skilled friendy trades people.

Nothing but lies from these people. I'm yet to speak to a manager who isn't pathological. They left me unable to bathe for a year because it wasn't cost effective to install a walk in shower OT told them I needed. Finally moved me to a house that was filthy from the previous occupant, told me it was nice and quiet with elderly neighbours, made a mountain of promises to convince me to move (thereby getting me off their list, which makes them look good), and then left me to suffer from death threats, vandalism and 10 hour raves from next door, who in case you were wondering are not elderly at all. Evidently that was my fault for not knocking on everyone's door to find out who they were before I accepted the only property available in over a year so that I could live like a human being instead of a rat (seriously, I was told I should have spoken to the neighbours first instead of believing the housing officer for the area when she definitely didn't promise me anything I cannot prove). Made a complaint to the top manager about various staffing issues only to get an 8 page double sided letter back basically telling me that I was making it all up. They wouldn't move me to Bingley because that's "an affluent area for affluent people" and couldn't find the 3 grand to allow me the dignity of being able to wash my hair even once in THIRTEEN MONTHS, but managed to pay every resident from the Crosley Wood high rise flats 6 grand each, after giving them all priority over my (highest) medical need. Now the police have been involved with my neighbours and they've been told no more warnings will be given, but I'm being told by the enforcement team that they'll "have a word" with them? But when one of their staff made a mistake over Christmas and didn't transfer my bedroom tax direct debit, they sent demanding letters about paying back the exactly zero pounds of debt or face legal proceedings. My mental and physical health has suffered greatly because of these people, and they care not one bit. As long as they get paid. Oh, and I wouldn't be surprised at all if the high rises were sold and become luxury apartments, rather than the demolition planned for August because of "safety issues." That site is prime real estate and evidently worth an absolute fortune if they could buy off the tenants.

Company of scum, house full of damp , I was left to live in a mouldy house or told I should hand keys in and make myself homeless. Patronising condescending little people working there as housing officers , maz barker a lieing creature, Joanne shepherd another lieing waster and top of the list first prize linda weir , sack,sack,sack, I was made to wait for a viewing of a property in the rain for over an hour with no call to explain or apology for her been late. The papers will be told all about this along with the environmental health, im still waiting to speak to the main manager/boss/bobble head . My troubles have been ongoing in one form or another for a year. Forced to move from one house thats supposed to be knocked down into another that's damp cold dirty mouldy, my mental health has pushed me to a break down where considered suicide was the only way I could find some piece from it all, only thanks to my doctor that im still here. Please believe me that when they've pushed me so far with living in these conditions and had the named people employees in that firm laugh and keep changing times of appointments to threaten me with homlessness that a lot of them should be out of work once all the texts and photos of conditions living in, ohh yes incommunities ive kept all conversations and your attitude s, its frightening that its at least 3 housing officers I've seen with this care for tenants how many more is there? worst year of my life.

Repairs are shabby men sit outside in van for hours. No wonder repairs take so long to get done. Staff treat you like a second class citizen. Cannot keep track of rent anymore as they have removed the online system. They haven't approved my home swap requests online in 6 months. I cannot swap until they approve me online. My friend is a single mum and has been treated appalling with her overcrowded flat and dispite been told not to go in her dangerous garden they have tried to fine her. Its surprising how an organisation can be in charge of so many social housing homes when they treat people like this. Under staffed all the time. I've lived in damp house for years nobody had bothered to look. They sent me a leaflet about condensation haha joke my outside walls are crumbling away too so I can actually see outside now through the wall.

Should be 0 stars, flat full of damp, plug socket in kitchen burnt out, no hot water for over 3 days, spoke to a rude Asian sounding woman in services twice over last 3 days, tells us not to go out as sending emergency electrician. They turn up tonight/morning at 210am expecting to carry out work. knowing full well we have 2 kids in bed !!

Disgusting service. Terrible employees. Terrible company. Having work men smash on my walls from 9am. Terrible customer service. Terrible, to say this is where the tax payers money goes it's a shame. A shame on England. Stepp up your game if you're attempting to look after the community. As currently you're terribly rubbish.

Called for information about the resale of one of their shared ownership properties. They could'nt answer even one question about the terms and conditions of the Leasehold or the eligibility criteria, saying the existing leaseholder needs to deal with the questions. I doubt the existing leaseholder will.know all the ins and outs of the management of the shared ownership - poor service incommunitues! Quite frankly, it's put me off the property if that's the kind of shoddy interactions you would have to put up with as a leaseholder.

I would like to say a massive, massive, massive thank you to all the staff at incomunities. Especially James, Charlotte and all the workmen and staff behind the scenes who went above and beyond to keep me safe and move to a beautiful property. I seriously think that, if it wasn't for them, my life was in immediate danger. Thank you so much.

Every year my boiler breaks down 4.6 times a year n when i call them i have to wait 72 hours plus i have two young kids.. The staff start giving me parenting advise n when they do that it makes me angry n i tell them i dint call u to give me parenting advise.. Some staff are soooo rude n some are racist to.. If my boiler breaks down this winter i will go local mp.. This year when boiler broke down me n my sons was really poorly plus i have to top up extra electric... Shame the manager dosnt care about lil kids..

staff are rude unhelpful and very obnoxious if your making a complaint.ps. don't let the gas service engineers near your gas fire or you may end up without one as i did ENGINEER TOOK FIRE OFF THE WALL WITH OUT FIRST DISCONNECTING OR ISOLATING IT.incommunities says we don't replace gas fires that are part of the fixtures ans fittings when you move in.total dros SLUM LAND LORD ONLY ABOUT THE MONEY AND DON'T LIKE TO MAINTAIN THERE PROPERTY TO A LIVABLE STANDARD

Worsest company ever!!! I have a noise neighbors, do complains for a last year, but nothing happens st all!!! Taking more then 100 pound service charges but still everething dirty all around. So if you have a choise between Incomunities and some body else say NO to Incomunities!!!!!!!!!

The repairs team are under so much pressure that when u ring to book a job on they advise we will call you so if u need a brick layer, plaster or electrical work doing u wait this is not the repairs front of house staff fault this is major fallings One by management and to by the allocations team, the out of hours team has improved slot the guys go the extra mile but as I said front of house staff are brilliant helpful and understanding it is there planning department who are the biggest jokers going the name should be changed to jokers department they can't anything don't communicate with tenants or even housing officers since this first review was put I have since started legal action against them

PLUS IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN NO STARS I WOULD HAVE BUT HAD TO GIVE ONE. NOT THROUGH CHOICE

My sisters has damp all over the walls and cracks in the ceiling.. no1 has seen to give a dam and send anyone out to check. She has 2 little baby s in the house and a new born child. This is not good for her child and her little one has health problems.
