Very nice service in the salon, extremely extensive and detailed knowledge about specific BMW models (in particular X3) which Mr. Piotr presented during the test drive and subsequent conversation in the salon. Also, reliable and professional approach to the client on the part of Mr. Norbert. May cooperation continue this way!

On a scale of 1 to 10, I can give 1 with a clear conscience. For quality, contact with the client, timeliness and service, which is a pity, because everything was promised. I bought a yearly car, I waited for its preparation for two weeks (!) - after 3 months and covering 5,000 km, it turned out that I had to replace brake pads for over 2500 PLN, fire extinguishers, wipers. Is it supposed to be a car prepared for release and driving? I thought Inchcape was a premium brand just like BMW, but I can see that you didn't even stand next to the premium brand. I honestly do not recommend.

I did 2 repairs on a service campaign. Made exemplary, on time and the car was thoroughly washed (even after the car wash it was not clean for so long :)). In addition, I regularly buy parts and accessories. Service at the highest level. This should be always and everywhere. Zero mishaps with timeliness. Prices ... Hmmm ... how are the prices, but you can blame it on the BMW Headquarters instead of the dealer :)

Today I went for a test ride on a BMW f900 motorcycle. It was my second ride with this equipment. The first, unfortunately, lasted a short time - my lack of time. That is why Mr. Sebastian deserves recognition - he quickly found another date convenient for me. Very nice and competent service in the salon - Mr. Micha :) Before the start of the journey I went through a quick training - after all, instead of clocks there is a computer screen;) After the finished ride, Mr. Micha found time to show me another motorcycle that I had not previously considered , and I received information about possible financing conditions. I am impressed by the extensive knowledge of the automotive industry and a very friendly and professional approach to the customer. I recommend this BMW motorcycle salon :)

We bought a BMW x1 at the end of April and Mrs. Ola took care of us. Very good contact and a professional person and service - she answered all our questions, the car was ready for pickup. We still had another car in the eye but due to the lack of contact of the seller, with another dealer, the transaction did not take place.

I bought a gift for a special occasion at Inchcape MINI Countryman Coopers S ALL for my wife - the whole transaction took place without any problem and the car was arranged so by the employees (special thanks to Mr. Maciej) that the spouse will not forget this surprise for a long time (as well as the driving experience) this beautiful car). Everything we agreed to only by phone (!) Was completed and delivered on time. Full professionalism! I would definitely recommend this dealer if anyone is thinking of buying a BMW or MINI.

I do not know how the service but customer service is tragic. I came with a friend of quite a reasonable suv with the desire to change the car with cash in hand. Unfortunately, the fact that we were dressed for sports caused our total invisibility by customer service. For over 20 minutes no one from the service bothered to come to us and ask for anything. When we were shocked, we left the salon and joined a different competitive brand that knew how to handle the customer. In retrospect, I'm happy, and the purchase of a car is also service and customer attachment. Now we have several cars in leasing and we are content. It was supposed to be :-)

We have several Premium cars in the company, but we have never been anywhere as professionally served as here by Mr. Jakub Jankowski. Extraordinary knowledge of the product, great advice regarding equipment, openness to customer needs, patience (I am one of the most demanding customers), flexibility, initiative and care for the feeling that you are always in the spotlight are just some of the features that Mr. Jakub made such a good impression. Added to this is the care for our order throughout the entire sales process - from vehicle configuration, order, through monitoring of its production, transport, to release. We always knew what was going on, without having to ask. Mr. Jakub always remembered about the information. To sum up - if BMW, then only from Mr. Jakub Jankowski. And if someone hesitates which brand to choose, then after meeting Mr. Jakub, there will be no doubt.

BMW 540 car on warranty. After four visits with the same problem (two six-hour and two-day two visits) at the authorized BMW Inchcape Warszawa service the fault has not been removed. The car is still under warranty, and the service has no idea to correct the fault. The last of my mail sent in this case two months ago remained without any reaction from the site. I am forced to report the matter directly to BMW Polska.

Customer Advisor from the Department Mr. Mateusz Komar offered me several solutions. I made the selection partly by way of elimination. I said one key ring is too small. Thanks to the great help I was able to buy my wife's dream car.
I was served by Mr. Micha Koniar and I must admit that this is the best salesman I have had contact with for years. Mr. Micha has shown a solid reliable knowledge, super nice attitude and a huge dose of patience (I know what I am talking about, because I am a very demanding customer and the negotiation process can be tiring :-)). To sum up, I recommend service at the Mini Inchcape salon in Warsaw, and I assess Mr. Micha 's work at 5+.

We had the pleasure to participate in test drives conducted by Mr. Piotr Grzelak. Mr. Piotr gave us a lot of important information, showed a wide knowledge of the presented car, did not press on the purchase decision, but supported in making the decision. BMW and you do not need to write more. The very nice living room, the ability to see each car on each side, check the settings in the middle of the car, so that it suits us. Pretty good access to the salon by public transport. People on wheelchairs will have no problem with commuting and moving around the living room. Opportunity to buy used cars in perfect condition. There is an electric car charging station outside the living room.

In comparison with other websites, the most expensive one in Warsaw (on the basis of two other authorized ones). I rate based on shares with light bulb replacement. The price they offered was 70% higher than the two websites. It's probably a slight exaggeration.

I feel cheated, just like that. We found an offer of a car that seemed like this car. We contacted the salon, we arranged for the next day. We were going to Warsaw from Poznan, so the salon was aware that it was not an expedition from the street next to it. We confirmed the technical condition of the car and all information from the advertisement. We asked if everything was ok, for surely, because we would be going to drive the car and we would like to avoid unpleasant surprises. Once again, we were assured that everything is fine. So, we're going, it turns out that the course of the car is different. Human error when entering data. Ok, it can happen, it's hard at the end and we're already on our way. Once again, we ask whether all this? Once again, we receive assurance. We still have to pay an advance, because there are many people interested, and it's better that we do not go for nothing. We pour. On site, very nice salon, very nice service full of professionalism. Presentation of the car and you can see with the naked eye that something was hurting him. We had a meter with us, it turns out that the car was putty, and specifically. Apparently in BMW technology ... hmmm interesting if technology would matter if I wanted to sell them a car ?! The second car that came into play suddenly has damage. The magic of your own meter ... Well, pity because the capital, because the company's salon, because of high expectations, because disappointment, because the cost of the trip .... and tricks like Mr. Wladek on his finger with cars, what German cried as he sold ... I will add that the data in the ads has not been changed ... Big disgust ....

The most unpleasant memories of buying a car I could have had.
You enter the living room is everything beautiful.
You set up the car, it's great coffee conversation and etc.
You make an advance payment, contact with the salesman begins to disappear, or other things are more important to him.
You pick up the car, the representative does not have time to give it to you even though you get it with a long delay.
Count 5 minutes and no more talking, let the customer go and do not complain.

The level of service lacking in quality will not mention. 5h replacement of blocks in a mini? Joke! in the same month in Volvo blocks were replaced in 1.5 hours.
Each website is like a matrix of plenty of offering unnecessary additional services, no focus on what needs to be done. Waiting for the car, after each return from a cigarette Ladies attack at the entrance why I crossed the threshold of the salon. After a few hours, you can remember a man?

Cant say enough about the wealth of knowledge regarding motorbikes and the customer oriented attitude of the BMW representative - Michal. I was well taken care off from the beginning to the very end. The whole journey of buying a motorcycle was joyride even before I've got mine F900R.

If you a searching a BMW dealer - this is definitely the place to go in Warsaw.

Buying the G310R guys I felt almost like I was Cristiano Ronaldo buying limited Bugatti for 18 million Euro. Client service at the highest level, customer's approach to the top including delivery to the garage. And the quality of the motorcycle itself, despite the small capacity and being the "entry level" equipment 10/10. I will gladly come back for something bigger after some time (you can hold my word!).
