We have several Premium cars in the company, but we have never been anywhere as professionally served as here by Mr. Jakub Jankowski. Extraordinary knowledge of the product, great advice regarding equipment, openness to customer needs, patience (I am one of the most demanding customers), flexibility, initiative and care for the feeling that you are always in the spotlight are just some of the features that Mr. Jakub made such a good impression. Added to this is the care for our order throughout the entire sales process - from vehicle configuration, order, through monitoring of its production, transport, to release. We always knew what was going on, without having to ask. Mr. Jakub always remembered about the information. To sum up - if BMW, then only from Mr. Jakub Jankowski.
