Terrible car service. The event involved the replacement of a wheel, two swingarms and a steering gear. To solve the fault, you had to set up a wheel that took 4 weeks to be delivered to Bmw Inchcape Warszawa. As it turned out later, 2 swing arms were damaged, the replacement of which involves the replacement of the steering gear. Additional parts had to wait another week. After 5 weeks I could finally pick up the car. As it turned out, the car was not checked before the release. Only the person who mediated between me and the website issued a verdict that the car is driven like on rails. What was my surprise when I left the service, I felt an unusual radial beating on the steering wheel. I immediately arranged another service at Bmw Inchcape Warsaw. It turned out that because the left front wheel was replaced, a new tire was installed and the difference between the left and right tires in the tread is too large. That's why I decided to replace the whole set. I have changed tires at another service. What was my surprise when after removing the left rear wheel it turned out to be hit. Let me remind you that a representative of Bmw Inchcape Warsaw stated that the car is driven like on rails. I called the consultant again to inform him about the situation. I was told that all wheels have been checked and Bmw Inchcape Warsaw has the appropriate documentation. When I asked for this documentation to be sent to me by email, I learned that at the moment I do not have access to it and there is too much of it for me to receive. 20.11.2017 the damage was reported to the insurer. From that time until today (January 22, 2018) my car was not properly repaired by Bmw Inchcape Warsaw. Car servicing at Bmw Inchcape Warsaw proved to be a waste of time and money. Repairs that should be carried out under auto casco, I will have to do on my own.

This is honestly the best BMW dealer I know and I've experienced dealers across Europe! I'm English and sometimes drive my M5 to Warsaw from the UK, the quality and attentiveness is amazing, nothing is too much trouble. I bought an eBike from these guys and that was an equally pleasing experience. If I buy a RHD bimmer then I'm sure it will be from here.

On 07/03/2019 I visited the Salon to get acquainted with the BMW brand's sales offer. Specifically, I was a model of the brand, but at the threshold of the living room met me stairs. The total lack of interest by the staff, the client, and the people from whom I tried to receive information, explained that they are not from the customer service department. With this approach and traction by the salon staff new customers, I think that the brand should take the authorization to drive and sell cars, because it negatively affects the assessment of the brand in Poland. At the same time it shows the picture of how clients are treated in Poland and other European countries. I am sorry that we are only a word in the Union and not an act. Fortunately, there are other salons of the BMW brand in Warsaw. I wish you a lot of learning,

I visited the dealer at the request of a colleague of the BMW motorcycle owner to arrange the seemingly simple operation of removing the tires. First I waited 30 minutes - no reaction. In the end, desperate, I approached the employee who eyed me with disapproval (no obvious signs of wealth). What followed was a clinical example of impertinence. You were surprised that I asked for a document confirming receipt of a set of tires. According to him, the mere possibility of leaving them was a distinction. Honestly - I do not recommend and I feel sorry for the owners of otherwise very respectable BMW cars.

I highly recommend it. Marcin H. with the team managed some really unclassical and difficult to repeat problems on the website (which of course had to happen to me). Each time they tormented the moto until they found the problem and solved it. Good communication. The guys are often well-earned but the deadlines are very good. And of course at the site, a movie announcing the work and approving the costs. The salon itself and the place to wait, and its employees very nice. For me, the best salon / service in Warsaw.

Hello, a month has just passed since the purchase of the BMW X4, and I am writing therefore only now to make the opinion objective. So the car is brilliant. It was a good buy, I have already covered 2500 km without any problems. I made the purchase thanks to the determination of two gentlemen, i.e. Pawe D browski and Rados aw Oleszek. It was hard, I was already giving up and giving up when it comes to credit formalities and insurance. The gentlemen showed the highest professionalism and got me the best possible offer. I heartily recommend them and thank you for your help.

On Saturday, December 22, we bought the Mini Clubman. We found a used car on Otomoto and immediately contacted Inchape in Warsaw. Due to the fact that we live 300km from Warsaw, we did not want to go just to see the car. The seller with whom we had to deal verbatim described the car as in perfect condition, using for a little over a year by one of the employees of the salon. As BMW Inchcape enjoys good reputation on Google and other websites and because of the fact that the seller assured that the car is in perfect condition and we do not have to worry about anything, we decided to pay a deposit and take the rest of the car. After arriving in Warsaw, we actually found the car in order to be picked up by the car with one exception, namely the indentation was visible on the rear bumper along with the cracked varnish. As if someone withdrew a car in the post. The seller who served us on the phone was not on the spot but the person who served us in the salon contacted him asking why we were not informed before buying. The seller contacted us by phone ... and here the spell was broken. The conversation lasted very short: the seller said that he did not have time to see the car because he had a lot of work and that the car has a dent is normal, because it is a used car and not new and what I expect. If I do not like the car, I can not buy the car ... I do not even hear the words, I did not hear. He did not even offer any alternative, small compensation or anything. You literally either take this car or goodbye.
We reviewed the documents sent by the seller and the word was not mentioned regarding the damage. I would not have spent my time writing this review but the attitude of the seller shocked me especially when we kindly asked the seller to check the car before we left, because my wife was 9 months pregnant and did not want to go to Warsaw in order to see the car.
Conclusion from this situation ... do not trust NEVER sellers even from such a renowned dealer as BMW Inchcape. Check the car yourself, in person.

Recently, we had the pleasure to buy a new Mini for my wife in the Inchcape salon. I have to admit that the level of service, offer presented and then all activities until picking up the car were at the highest level. Our supervisor was Mr. Micha Koniar and he deserves words of praise, we have not felt so well looked after and guided through the whole process for a long time.
Everything went very smoothly and quickly, Micha supported us even during his vacation. I highly recommend! :-)

For 5 years I have been immensely pleased to be a customer of both the Sales Department and the BMW Inchcape Mechanical Service Department. The service and quality of consultancy always reflects the highest standards. I waited for the car repair (defective EGR service) for 2 months. It was only a month later that I received a replacement car. In free delivery, I got an anthill in the car - hundreds of ants collected at the passenger door seals.
After posting this opinion, we agreed to clean the car and at the same time to improve the back of the passenger seat which unfortunately during the stay on the site have been loosened and not hooked correctly.
The car has been perfectly cleaned and the ants are no longer there. The back of the chair, unfortunately, has not been improved and I also noticed that the comfortable closing of the car with the right rear handle does not work - before the visit to the site there was no problem. That is probably another visit awaits me.

There has never been any problem, on the contrary, virtually every case (e.g. repair from the offender's liability, service action, etc.) is handled by specialists so that the client does not have to spend a lot of time on it. In addition, Mr. Marek Z. is a very professional advisor and works well with him. Service prices do not differ from other Dealerships, and new cars are a matter of negotiations and specific copies. I was satisfied with the offers presented to me. If I ever buy a BMW, it will definitely be the first place where I will look for a car for myself.

I was pleasantly surprised by the appearance of the company headquarters and the high standard of customer service. I came to see the bikes and I left with the purchased BMW R1200 ADVENTURE. Here, special thanks go to the Sales Advisor Micha Ma k, who provided professional and detailed information on the purchase rules as well as technical information regarding the purchased motorcycle. We should also mention the BMW Service Department, and Mr. Marcin Hardejewski, who explained in detail all issues related to motorcycle servicing, costs, etc.

Can't say much about the level of mechanical work being done here. But the level of customer service, especially considering I'm not a model BMW buyer (too young, too broke), is nothing short of perfect. Been here twice, each time felt as if I was welcome to ask questions or to snoop around cars, which are spectacular.
