It is good because it is nice and as it should be in the premium class website, I do not like the fact that it is trying to convince the customer that a car with 35,000 mileage has to replace half the suspension and leaks from the engine. It is ridiculous that a car under warranty receives a diagnosis that, by the way, is not confirmed by another BMW service.

In fact, every business is made up of people, not colorful folders or websites where you can read dry information.
So far, in our fleet we used cars from various "premium" brands, but now I wholeheartedly recommend BMW and a phenomenal dealer!

In general, they disregard the customer, unless he buys the car without scolding what the adviser offers him, which is just 5 stars but if you hit a customer who wants something more then the stairs start, they can't meet the requirements and they don't even try. Standard texts that they can't have every car model and I think they should since they offer for sale. I am not going to buy a pig in a poke. I do not recommend, a good impression only at the entrance and it's a pity because it's supposed to be a premium brand after all.

Service is kind of nice, etc. As for what does not come for a car for half a million or buy a fleet of cars, the enthusiasm of salespeople is going down and the approach also. The seller can leave during the conversation to another more important person.

After an unpleasant visit to the Audi and Ford showroom, Inchcape (represented by Mr. Kamil Ewiak) made a very good impression on me and confirmed that the final decision to buy a BMW was the right decision. I would give Mr. Kamil 6 stars, but Google only allows 5.

Customer service later Dacia standards (sorry Dacia showroom staff, you surely provide much better service). Brief description of the situation. Approximately 19 visitors to the salon on Friday. Quite a lot of salon staff. Beautifully dressed ladies, men like from a fashion magazine in fantastically fitted suits. Customer interest - zero. We spent about 30 minutes in the lounge. Nobody was interested. When we asked questions about the new BMW model, we were directed to the used car department. Ok. It happens that you just hit the lack of a model, although I assume that the X3 should be popular and available for viewing. Further interest in us? Zero. Question about the model catalog? "A not in the baskets?" If it had been, I wouldn't have asked ... "Then go ask your friends at the reception" Oh. I apologize to the staff for disturbing them with our presence. It won't happen again.

Living room perfectly equipped, nicely furnished, spacious. The choice of cars is large and the service deserves a medal. You can see a lot of knowledge and passion for the automotive industry. The only minus is the very small parking lot.

Professional service - adviser Pawe informed me at every stage of car production - assigning VIN, production, leaving the factory etc. etc. Very pro-client approach, nice salon, great cars - well-deserved 5 stars :)

I do not recommend! The way in which service campaigns are carried out is a big misunderstanding. In my car it was identified the need to replace the exhaust gas cooler. Of course, they did not have this part in place or replacement cars. The service manager refused to give me my car - they wanted to polish the car until they received the part - not even offering a replacement.

To be able to pick up the car, I was forced to sign the statement:
I have been informed about the consequences of not removing the above defects. I do not agree to extend the order to remove them and leave the car on the site. I am aware that further use of the car may pose a danger to life and health.

Professional service, you can spend time waiting for parts for your car, or waiting for a newly purchased car. Namely, you can spend the time watching great cars as well as limousines, electric and sports cars. I encourage you to visit.

Recently, I started working with Inchcape and I am very happy. I got very good conditions for cooperation, good discounts and despite the need to bring in parts of Germany ordered the goods received within 48 hours. Revelation ! I especially recommend the cooperation with Mr. Maciek :-)

I strongly advise against servicing a car there. They wanted to cheat me twice. he drives the car for a replacement rims and my new yearly rims are gone somewhere and I got the same but rusty. when I was once again replacing the rims it was the original factory on which I bought the car instead of putting it in my car and giving it back because they are mine, someone has already hidden it and they thought that I would take it because I don't need it anymore. I DO NOT RECOMMEND to deal with these dodgers because it is not known what they are still stealing there

Even if you are already in the repair package, please confirm that your invoice, as usual, with a rebate for regular customers sounds really good. After the flash repair, the same superlative for Marcin Kaczor. Gentlemen, as usual, a full professor at a high level, and other salons can learn from you customer service, and of course there is also a premium selection and Marcin Matejkowski, this guy is able to sell sand in the desert . Summing up 7 years and not even changing the dealer's head

A complete lack of professionalism. "Sellers" make an appointment with a customer who never happens. A visit to the salon ended with a lack of service from the employees. I would like to consider whether leaving a few hundred thousand zlotys with this dealer makes sense since the client is treated like a petitioner at the office

My favorite BMW showroom near Warsaw. I recommend it for three reasons,
1. Always professional and punctual service to the seller, Ms. Aleksandra, to whom I recommend visiting new cars,
2.recording a video from the course of the vehicle inspection in the service,
3. location in the very center, with convenient access from the western side of the agglomeration.
