In general, they disregard the customer, unless he buys the car without scolding what the adviser offers him, which is just 5 stars but if you hit a customer who wants something more then the stairs start, they can't meet the requirements and they don't even try. Standard texts that they can't have every car model and I think they should since they offer for sale. I am not going to buy a pig in a poke. I do not recommend, a good impression only at the entrance and it's a pity because it's supposed to be a premium brand after all.

Very nice, customer-oriented and effective sales part. When it comes to delivering a new car, Kamil Ewiak almost literally "stood on his eyelashes" so that everything was on time and as it should be. After an unpleasant visit to the Audi and Ford showroom, Inchcape (represented by Mr. Kamil Ewiak) made a very good impression on me and confirmed that the final decision to buy a BMW was the right decision. I would give Mr. Kamil 6 stars, but Google only allows 5.

Quite a lot of salon staff. Beautifully dressed ladies, men like from a fashion magazine in fantastically fitted suits. Customer interest - zero. We spent about 30 minutes in the lounge. Nobody was interested. When we asked questions about the new BMW model, we were directed to the used car department. Ok. It happens that you just hit the lack of a model, although I assume that the X3 should be popular and available for viewing. Further interest in us? Zero. Question about the model catalog? "A not in the baskets?" If it had been, I wouldn't have asked ... "Then go ask your friends at the reception" Oh. I apologize to the staff for disturbing them with our presence. It won't happen again.

I do not recommend! The way in which service campaigns are carried out is a big misunderstanding. In my car it was identified the need to replace the exhaust gas cooler. Of course, they did not have this part in place or replacement cars. The service manager refused to give me my car - they wanted to polish the car until they received the part - not even offering a replacement.

To be able to pick up the car, I was forced to sign the statement:
I have been informed about the consequences of not removing the above defects. I do not agree to extend the order to remove them and leave the car on the site. I am aware that further use of the car may pose a danger to life and health.

Looking for a new series 3, I was in three other showrooms and the level of service was slightly different from the brand's standard. Fortunately, I found Mrs. Aleksandra, who saved the honor of the sales department. In the end I was heard and I was offered the cars I was looking for. Thanks to this, a purchase decision was made in a few minutes. A very specific person that I recommend on this site. I have been driving the car for several months and each time when help was needed, I could turn to this lady and I had every case handled immediately.
