A few days ago I was in BMW Inchcape Warsaw in the Accessories and parts section. I was going to buy a man's key ring. Customer Advisor from the Department Mr. Mateusz Komar offered me several solutions. I made the selection partly by way of elimination. I said one key ring is too small. To what I heard from Mr. Mosquito "It is said that size does not matter, and yet ...". Coarse behavior, very unprofessional service.
