It's expensive and they do not notice customers. BMW sometimes does not see people anymore, only cars count.
In response to your answer I can explain here, I will not give the phone. I was just standing in a queue of two or three, which did not end because there were still some familiar people one after the other, I do not know if it's employees or someone else, but one thing is certain that I was not there. I was treated as if I was not there, I waited over twenty minutes in the queue - non-stop. It was strange and I felt strange. If I did not have an important business to do, I would give up and not wait. I write about my impression. Others can also speak here. Is it just my feeling?

This is my second visit to the salon. The first service, a big plus for the video report of the car inspection, I have not encountered anything like this so far.
The second is much more painful because of the damage to the bodywork. The atmosphere was immediately dispelled by the employees of the department, with a very professional approach to the situation. Having an insurance company recommended by BMW simplifies all formalities to the maximum. Quick inspection of the car on a lift, preliminary damage determination and approval of the repair cost estimate after a few hours! A few days to import parts, return to the service, replacement car and waiting for repair.
During the repair, two contacts from the caretaker, Mr. Dariusz Pluta, regarding the scope of works and the expected date of completion of the repair, a very important thing for me, because you can easily plan your own time. I do not even emphasize that the car was perfectly repaired, after all, it is also an authorized service, body and paint service.
To sum up, in fact, the same advantages:
1. Very efficient service: acceptance of the car, liquidation of damage, repair and delivery of the car,
2. Excellent relationship at the level of service-customer information,
3. A very well-made service,
4. Of course a replacement car,
5. Full coverage of all costs by the insurer,
6. Total time spent on the site (2 visits) not more than 30 minutes!
