This In-n-Out as with most locations may look busy but don't let that stem you from going here. Once in line and at the cashier's, ordered and waiting for food, it'll take a minimum of maybe 10-15 minutes for you to be called.

Your food will come out hot and fresh as with all In-n-Outs I hope!

It's a burger that stands alone. It is a must place to eat.

Workers were very courteous. The restaurant was very clean, although the restaurant was a bit cold. The food was absolutely fresh and delicious

This place opens at 09:00 am despite being listed as 10:00am on their door. In-N-Out is really good, this location is right off the 10 freeway and it's super fast when it comes to customer service.

They messed up or order very badly. I like the food, but this was a horrible experience.

Good food, great service. Only problem is the air conditioning. It's so high, is hard to eat comfortably.

I blew it by getting the single, but finally had one. Not Shake Shack.

When you ask for well done, it's well done. When you ask for a thinner shake, it's thinner! When you ask for toasted fries, THEY'RE TOASTED! Best In 'N' Out I've been to yet.

If you go to Los Angeles you should not miss the best burgers of all caliphs so on your next visit to L.A. go and visit in-N-out if your visit is not complete

This is the BEST burger in the world. Come here and leave very satisfied. The service is also great.

The chick at the take out window took my 20 but only tendered 10.00, gave me 3.00 change. Bet she does that all day long. Too bad for her the smile wasn't worth the extra 10.00 nor distracting enough to leave without my change. The manager said he'd have her count her drawer. She did and she was over, I recovered my 10.00 but the manager didn't apologize or offer a discount or t-shirt or anything. I'm sure he knows her game, and they probably think it's funny. I think I'll boycott In n Out in La Puente for a while. Come to think of it there are very few Hispanic kids working at that in n out in a Hispanic neighborhood. There is something called parity, there should be as diverse a workforce in the business as the neighborhood it is serving. I think I'll follow up on that thought.

Undeniably a landmark in Baldwin Park, In'n'out is the very best fast food burger chain you'll find on the west coast (and probably anywhere). Great burgers and great service. When travelling far and wide I've never encountered a fast food chain that felt more like home than In'n'out. The best thing on offer here is the attitude of the staff, never rude, always pleasant.

Not the same In N Out from yesteryear. By the time the food is delivered to go, fries and burger are already cold. Sad to see a So Cal based empire crumble for profit. Now more of a tourist trap and no longer the local hangout for good burgers.

First time having this and it was super delicious especially their fries but kinda a long line because of epidemic and an issue with fry order but otherwise the best experience I've had

My grandson loves their burgers and fries and don't let a long line deter you. I don't know how they do it but I've never had to wait more than 12 minutes to get my food. They've got a great system going.

Their underground menu is so delicious! I got an order of animal fries with a animal burger with fries inside. Oh and a coke n' shake

The only thing the line was extremely long, but what can you say IN n OUT is good

This place has been around for a long time and it's ALWAYS busy. The drive through has long line but moves quick. That should tell you enough of this place, "Good fresh food". And the workers are nice and helpful.

Never disappointed with our N N Out burger that started out right here in Beautiful Baldwin Park....

Good, but my protein style Double-Double had soft lettuce.

It was great! It was a pretty busy Saturday night. My food came out pretty quick and it was perfect and hot!My fav lol
