I love In-n-out, crave it so bad in between trips!!

typical in n out not really in n out parking lot full of non driving idiots and on the street but alas the burgers make up for it even if the fries are cold...

The persons who are outside cleaning the tables are so kind.

Quality food, very clean restrooms and tables, fairly inexpensive and proffesional.

My friend Jack got stuck in here and was crying like a baby. He was wearing his Superman costume and had got his finger stuck in a bowling ball so couldn't eat his fries.

My family has frequented this location since they built it. It's the corporate training site, so lunch gets crowded with corporate employees. Dinner time is not much better.
That said something changed last year. Since then every time we've ordered from this location we have come down with intestinal distress symptoms of food poison.
We no long eat here as our final visit this year.

Best In-N-Out I have been to. Customer Service is amazing.Hense why its always packed. I don't mind the wait at all.

I found myself amazed at the stellar quality of service available at this location. Every employee is bright-eyed, bushy tailed and ready to make your day, not just your food.

Speaking of which it was fantastic, as usual. Those from around these parts (and some who arent) already know that inn-n-out offers what is debatable as the nations best fast-food experience and this one held up expectations.

With closing time set for a 1 a.m. it doesnt get much better.

Bottom line: if you haven't been, get to goin!

This is the home base of In-N-Out, so it's the best, always busy! Miss the old original drive-thru though.

An iconic place...prepare yourself when you go there, it's usually packed!
That's the only downside...
And friendly staff.

It was funny the map took me off the freeway took me to corporate headquarters University of in and out restaurant right next door beautiful little place people wonderful food was great

GREAT burgers and fries! ALWAYS a very long line in drive through but it moves fast! Who doesn't love In'N-Out?! FANTASTIC Customer service and ALWAYS gets your order right!

This is the best In N Out experience you can have, great food, great service, very clean, plenty of parking, and the company store and university are in the parking lot. It's worth a visit.

Food extremely fresh and tasty; the lobby was constantly kept clean; but what does one due when an out of control kid is very disrupted

I am a usual customer and was disappointed to see that my order of fries were too hard to chew and were really oily.

Love this place. A visit to the company store is a must after you get your burger. Great service, clean and friendly. One of my favorite brands!

For being the first In N Out in Los Angeles, its excellent service and delivery at the right time. Their burgers still have the flavor from their origin

This spot is excellent! Fair rates, considerable dishes and the staff are regularly very nice.

Not as good as everyone makes it sound. The burger was small for the price. The fries weren't too good either, no flavor and dry. It was really cold inside as well that we ate outside instead. Probably could have gotten more for my money. They were quick to have my order ready though.

Awesome place, somewhat confusing to get to from the freeway but worth it.

I have been eating at In-N-Out since the early 60s. Their hamburgers are fantastic. But today the French fries were the worst I've ever had. I had to send them back twice because they were burnt. Each time they came back burnt. I'm not sure if this was because they did not change their oil when they were supposed to, or if the heat was set too high. The location that I went to was the one that's located on Francisquito and Vineland Avenue in La Puente. This took place at 11 o'clock this morning.

It is right beside the first in n out ever builded and it also has the second building right beside it to buy merchandise. Every though it is packed alot it is one of the fastest I have been to

The last 2 time I have been there my order was wrong twice I spoke clearly and my receipt reflected the correct order I took it back and it was incorrect again then at a different location it happened again so 3 times it was wrong. I just gave up and ate the wrong order. I have been very disappointed with my visits. And will not visit in the near future . It is unfortunate cause I like your product

Love the food, 3 3 , but the service was not up to standard today. Can't wait till my next visit, curiosity of In N Out.

In n out is one of the, if not the greatest place to get a burger out here. Not only is it cheaper than lower quality burgers from chain restaurants but the vintage appearance is still lovely. The fact you can see the people hard at work making your burger with all fresh ingredients is amazing. When you finally get your burger and fries and bite into it you can then see what in n out is all about, quality. Their shakes are amazing and I put 3 packets of spread in my fries, Try It!

The food it's ok, nothing interesting or to die for.
