Although the smoke was gross bc their ventilation system was broken, the pizza, salads & TOASTED RAVIOLI was excellent, as to be expected from the best Pizza in St. Louis, and anywhere! An additional bonus, which is not always the norm anymore in the service/restaurant industry, was the girl who took my order. She was so kind & just a very pleasant young lady (named Breanna per receipt - 6/14/19 11:11 pm). Thank you

The best imos. Very consistent, always tasty. Great staff that remembers your name. Shame on imos or franchisee for not setting up credit card tips, because these guys deserve them! Always forget to bring cash. I hate not being able to show them they are doing a great job.

While in St Louis, my boyfriend and I wanted to try the St Louis style pizza so we chose Imo's. We ordered eight toasted ravioli, garlic bread with cheese, and a pizza with onions green peppers and chicken. The staff was fine, the service was fine. We were not a fan of the Provel cheese in the slightest. The consistency was too gooey to get past. The marinara sauce with the raviolis was thin and bland. The raviolis too were bland. We generally just weren't impressed with our meal.

This pizza was not good at all and neither was the garlic cheese bread. Whatever cheese they use feels like rubber when you are chewing it but sticks to your teeth like cement glue.
I would not go back nor would I recommend anyone else do so either.
The one good thing about the place is the service is very friendly.

While I know Imo's is divisive regarding the cheese and thin crust, but I really have enjoyed the gooey and crisp pizza. This location has parking in the back and you can eat in or order out. They provided an accurate wait time and the staff was friendly and the place was pretty clean. It's a great location, right off the highway and close to Forest Park if you're looking to have a pizza picnic.

Asked locals where the pie spot was, some said imos, louies, pizza a go go.we decided on limos as it is a STL main stable.Got there at 1p.m.,not busy, plenty of seating.ordered a 10 "deluxe, waited 30 min.went to counter to ask where are pie was,was told 'we had to push yours back'...WHAT ? 'we had to push your back'.Which is pizza talk fir,we forgot to make yours ?So while waiting for our 10 in.pie.i witnessed a worker simultaneously dig in his ear, then immediately stick SAME finger in his mouth, then immediately put SAME finger on a pizza serving tray and spin it then walk off. (TRUE STORY)So,we got our pizza,it was GREAT,the best thin crust i have ever had.the sauce is like some kind of pink sauce with gravy and cream mix.It was phenomenal, mist be the ear wax, maybe the saliva,I can't be sure.Im feeling like I caught a cold as I'm writing this, but the pie,it's a home run.

Pizza was very soupy, tasted like store bought tomato soup with spoiled cheese and expired meat and the crust was thin and soggy. It was not pleasing to the eye. And now I have stomach pains from it. Definitely would not recommend this pizza or this place.

I went here with my parents, my little sister, and a friend. I had the toasted raviolis, my parents got salad and bacon pizza, my little sister got cheese pizza, my friend got baked spaghetti, and we all shared provolone bites. The people there were very friendly, and we had great service.

I order a pizza about every 3 weeks from the Hampton location. Usually the experience is great. Today (Friday) I called and spoke to a lack luster phone person who after the order was placed says she will call me if my credit card I gave her had a problem. What the hell! Is this how you keep customers! Or are you having a major issue with credit card orders. If this is the case, stop taking credit cards. Otherwise most credit card customers pay their bills. I am one of them and I don't want to be told that my card may have an issue. Please tell the phone answerer's to avoid being negative to the customers that keep your business going. I will call again soon!

As we sat waiting to receive our order the cashier wore the same gloves handling customers food and money. Please pray over your food hopefully a Manager will address this unhealthy and unsanitized condition.

The sauce doesn't match the thin crust. It has a heavy mouthfeel. It's Kraft American cheese? I don't know.

There are two single restrooms in a large dining room - one was out of order.

The service was neutral to meh.

I would leave zero stars if I could. This is by far the worst Imo's location in St. Louis. We only order from this one out of necessity.
Tried it again tonight and was not surprisingly met with disappointment and frustration.
They had given us a $5 credit last time due to the delivery being over an hour and a half (on a weeknight - not even during the Stanley cup playoffs), and when we brought that up they "transferred" us to a manager -- we waited on hold for over 10 minutes.
We hung up, called back, and immediately asked for the manager (nicely too), and were put on hold again for about 5 minutes.
When the manager got to the phone, he was very polite and courteous. He even comp'ed our order (breadsticks and a small salad -- so about $7 worth of food). So, that was nice - Eventually, (like 50 minutes), the order arrived, the delivery guy was nice. No complaints there. But the food? I don't know why it is such a strange request for both ranch AND marinara with the breadsticks, but this location just cannot handle that. It is always one, the other, or in some instances, NEITHER. This time we got double ranch.
Whatever. Not that big a deal. Now, onto the salad - or should I just say the 'handful of cheese with a small lettuce bed underneath' because this was not even the slightest attempt at making a salad.
There was more cheese on this salad than I have ever even gotten on a large pizza from Imos. It was inedible garbage, in fact. I have no doubt that this was some attempt at retaliation for complaining to the manager. This location needs a lot more supervision. As I said- the manager was courteous and polite - but I don't think there is any kind of leadership over the staff here. It is pretty evident given the quality of the product and the lack of attention to what is ordered.
This is a consistent problem with this location and we will be switching to dominoes or some other nasty food when we are feeling lazy.
Get your act together guys

Would have gave this zero stars for customer service if option was available. I ordered two salads with Turkey and roast beef and eggs. When I got home, 15mins away. Opened the bag to find two salads with lettuce, cheese and small amount of roast beef. I called to tell the manager about my order being not correct, his only solution was drive 15 mins back to the store plus waste gas and wait for them to make me two more $12.00 salads they messed up in the first place. All I wanted was a credit or replace when I'm back in the area. The manager was rude and unhelpful as if it was my fault my order wasn't right. #customer always right! Won't patronize anymore even though I love the pizza, the service was horrible!

Yum!

Love pizza
