I live about 1-2 minutes away..I ordered delivery because it was too hot to walk plus it was a last minute decision...so anyway the pizza arrived about 25 or so minutes later...room temperature and a few pieces almost cold..I expected my pizza to be hot...at least almost warm..
The pizza tasted okay..it was like they changed something in the ingredients...I usually love imos pizza but lately it s been kinda mediocre...
Good pizza but this location 48 or 4900 S. Hampton does not have seating...strictly carryout or delivery.

Interesting thin crust pizza. I ate a lot of it so it must have been good!
Pizza arrived cold and overall wasn't great and the cheesecake was frozen..... so clearly it isn't made fresh.
I ordered my meal for pick up at the Imo's on Hampton and I44 as i always do, received my confirmation email, and gave ample time for meal preparation. I arrived and once again , there was no record of my order except the email i showed the cashier. I was asked if i wanted to order again, but no apology, just pure attitude. I gave a 2 star rating only because the food tasted good. My confirmation email apparently meant nothing.
Second time i have had an issue with my food. The first time i had it delivered to me it was ice cold and the pizza was hard. Didnt get a fork or straw for my salad n drink. Then today i go in to have lunch im sitting at the table forever waiting on my food. The people next to me came in after me and had gotten theirs. Im on a 45 min lunch break. So i go up and ask about my food then everyone starts looking for it after they couldnt find it they let me know it was made it wrong and was going to remake it but no one said anything to me. They just let me sit there and waste my entire break. So im back at work starving for another 4hrs. Thanks but no thanks! I wont be back
Left there tonight order pizza and wings bone-in but my wings was like boneless real mushy stay all the way downtown had to go all the way back to Hampton to take them back it took 30 minutes or better for them to replace my order it went to three other hands before it went to my hand I was upset because it was no complimentary are anything didnt get a soda are nothing for their mess up!!!!! And I heard the employer mentioning me calling in about my wings being soggy customers right and 1st
My number one restaurant when I come home to visit. The best Imo's location for the most authentic taste. Excellent!!

My food was hot & good; however it took over an hour to make it. I starved half to death waiting for my order.
This location does a great job with their food. If you are an out of towner this place is a must try.
