Ordered pizza on phone was told they would call when my order was ready, waited in my car never received a call went in pizza had been ready for awhile. Got home it was cold and stuck to the bottom of the box

Ordered a medium 2 topping pizza which was bacon and chicken and half way through my pizza I bit something hard that turned out to be a bone. Call and told them and their offer was to make another pizza. No thank you I will never return to another imos so I told them I wanted a full refund and had no problem bringing them back every piece of food I ordered.

Worst experience ever after all the times i order from here unprofessional an sacarstic when giving information i will never order from here and i would advise no one eat there... Ps there a racist bunch starting feom general manager on down

Imo's did not stand up to the standards that I know of had people in from out of town and they sold me bad meat and I don't know what kind of cheese they put on the pizzas

Had a wait time, but the food was hot and delicious

Took way to long to get my order (25 min) for a near empty restaurant and plenty of staff standing around on their phones. Had to ask about my order twice. Meh.

Bad review. They don't deserve any stars because there birthday coupon program only works the first year then say if your in active you don't get it. You all know how birthday coupons really work. Thanks for ruining my birthday.

Imos is a St. Louis Classic! Try St Louis Style at least once and you'll be hooked.

Good food, nice employees.. tend to be a bit more expensive than other imos,,, but overall a good place and service

I'm a local boy so I love my Imo's. Transplants and visitors tend to enjoy it more if you try not to imagine it as pizza but something different. It's tasty just don't expect Dominos, Papa Johns, or a New York Slice. The key difference is the cheese. There's no mozzarella here all provel (or Spicy Pizza Loaf depending on who you ask and/or which location you go to) It's a bit tangier and not as stringy as mozzarella. The sausage topping they use is my favorite out of any pizza shop. This location is really small and cramped. Opt for delivery or take out if you can.

I asked for a well-done bacon and sausage pizza got home and realized I had a well-done pepperoni and sausage pizza. Still delicious but I was really looking forward to some crispy bacon on my pizza

The quality of the food was the best I've had out of all the Imos I've visited.

A STL classic. If you love thin crust pizza, provalone cheese and toasted ravioli, then this is the place for you! Great lunch specials too!

the food is good but the service is not. i waited at the register to place my order while workers played on their phones and goofed around. finally one of them decided to take my order, however they were not friendly, they were monotone, and impatient. the food took a ridiculously long time, especially for how many people were working. customers are not the priority at this store.

Food was super fast and fresh, and the entire staff was friendly, and went above and beyond! Being that I work in the field myself, it was a great experience!

ordered take out, messed up order. had to go back to location. will not be ordering from here again

I counted 13 staff members, zero of which cared to help me. They avoided eye contact with me, gave two people the same order number, over charged me, the cashier was rude, and the food was greasy af. Oh... And you have to ask for plates, and they also don't have any utensils.

As a thicc crust gal, i must say that st louis style blew me away. This pizza was delicious and fast. 2 people downed a whole medium pizza.

1 star off because some of the workers were loudly complaining about we had a whole big group come in on the same ticket.

It's hit or miss with this place on carryout but when u dine in it's almost guaranteed to be the bestest. The Taste of St. Louis special is my fave!!

pizza was soupy, toppings fall off crust as soon as you pick it up. not worth your time and or money

I have have to agree with the previous reviewer that St. Louis style pizza is absolutely disgusting. It hardly even tasts like pizza. yuck.

Service. WHAT happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE??? NOWHERE do they train theese young people to AT LEAST say thank you . come again. Enjoy your day. Your meal. They just hand you your order and THAT IS IT!!! We picked this location because we were TIRED of POOR SERVICE PERIOD. But got the same here. I will say our salad and ravioli came out within 5 minutes . when the guys brought our food they never said a word . WOW. $50.00 is ALOT for a pizza meal to leave without being satisfied. Its like gimmie your money people heres your food now eat and GET OUT . next person gimmie your money!!!! SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN A TOTINOS AND CALLED IT A DAY!!! 88 cents

This place is terribly managed. I ordered a pizza for carry out, they said thirty minutes and started making the pizza when I got here. I've been sitting here for 30 minutes so its been an hour since the initial order was placed

Yummy St. Louis style pizza, mozz sticks, delicious garlic cheesy bread and much more! Quickly made and friendly service! The only draw back is the small parking lot... But that is something that cannot really be controlled. Definitely recommend!!

Great food... kind of a shack though. I love with the salad dressing.

Definitely one of the best Imo's I've ever ate at. Every time I've gone in the employees are all working, not complaining, and are extremely polite and respectful.

Not good we live in kansas city and heard alot of hype. We will not ne back! The empoyees did great kust not a fan of the sauce or flavor of there provel. It was worse than the standord dominos or papa johns.

The weight was just a bit long but the staff was super great!

Horrible experience....One of the employees decided to mop around our table, which the smell made my stomach feel unpleasant

My family got "stuck" in St. Louis for a day while traveling. We spent the day at the St. Louis zoo and had to get dinner when we left. We were looking for a local place that was kid friendly. We were told to go to Imo's.
It was a great recommendation. The kids meals are the cutest thing ever and the food was phenomenal.

Deluxe was perfect, BBQ chicken stayed a little over in the oven, but they served it anyway... Great service though...

Pizza is hard, burnt and dry with little cheese and topping, this is not a great location to order imos. Honestly gives the pizza chain a bad rep. I ordered my chicken well don t and it was soggy. The pizza so dry it cuts the roof of your mouth. Try a different location, this one isn t that tasty. Not to mention the manager could care less about the feedback of customers and wasn t gonna offer me anything if I didn t ask. What a shame, they need a course on customer service as well.
