I would leave zero stars if I could. This is by far the worst Imo's location in St. Louis. We only order from this one out of necessity.
Tried it again tonight and was not surprisingly met with disappointment and frustration.
They had given us a $5 credit last time due to the delivery being over an hour and a half (on a weeknight - not even during the Stanley cup playoffs), and when we brought that up they "transferred" us to a manager -- we waited on hold for over 10 minutes.
We hung up, called back, and immediately asked for the manager (nicely too), and were put on hold again for about 5 minutes.
When the manager got to the phone, he was very polite and courteous. He even comp'ed our order (breadsticks and a small salad -- so about $7 worth of food). So, that was nice - Eventually, (like 50 minutes), the order arrived, the delivery guy was nice. No complaints there. But the food? I don't know why it is such a strange request for both ranch AND marinara with the breadsticks, but this location just cannot handle that. It is always one, the other, or in some instances, NEITHER. This time we got double ranch.
Whatever. Not that big a deal. Now, onto the salad - or should I just say the 'handful of cheese with a small lettuce bed underneath' because this was not even the slightest attempt at making a salad.
There was more cheese on this salad than I have ever even gotten on a large pizza from Imos. It was inedible garbage, in fact. I have no doubt that this was some attempt at retaliation for complaining to the manager. This location needs a lot more supervision. As I said- the manager was courteous and polite - but I don't think there is any kind of leadership over the staff here. It is pretty evident given the quality of the product and the lack of attention to what is ordered.
This is a consistent problem with this location and we will be switching to dominoes or some other nasty food when we are feeling lazy.
Get your act together guys
