Imo's Pizza Reviews

My experience with this restaurant has been unparalleled. The pizza is reminiscent of the box the place it in. The sauce is barely modified ketchup and the cheese might as well be rubber from an old tire fire. St. Louis pizza is an abomination and should be fought against with the might of the nation s army. Do yourself a favor and just get Pizza Hut.

This visit to Imo's was my first exposure to "St. Louis style" pizza and while I suspect that's like suggesting a trip to Little Caesar's is a fair exposure to "Detroit style" pizza, I nonetheless loved it. There was no wait to order, the food was delivered fresh, SUPER hot, in good portions, and I was extremely pleased. Definitely worth giving a try!

Great pizza, wings and salad, but not so hot on getting online orders right.

Although the smoke was gross bc their ventilation system was broken, the pizza, salads & TOASTED RAVIOLI was excellent, as to be expected from the best Pizza in St. Louis, and anywhere! An additional bonus, which is not always the norm anymore in the service/restaurant industry, was the girl who took my order. She was so kind & just a very pleasant young lady (named Breanna per receipt - 6/14/19 11:11 pm). Thank you

Haven t been to imos in a while but my experience at this location is by far the best I ve ever had. A particular employee (Lucas H) customer service was excellent! I wanted to make some last minute changes to a call in order i was in a hurry and he was very patient with me and even informed me about the new garden pizza (which was amazing by the way) i decided to go ahead and add it to my order he took his time and answered every question i asked about the pizza. After getting out of the drive thru line he offered to bring my order to the car while i waited! 5 stars to Lucas and his customer service! I will definitely make the drive to the Hampton location more often!!

We always order at this Hampton location and never a problem except for this evening I ordered BBQ wings hot wings and 2 pizzas the wings were burnt soggy gross, although the mrg did offer a credit for my next order that doesn't help me for dinner tonight I asked if I could get a roast beef instead he informed me that it would be at least a hour and didn't seem to want to really do that we spend every bit of 55 dollars every time we order and tip at least 10.00 dollars every other week sorry imos St Louis pizza and wings here we come!!

St Louis style pizza is awesome!! We loved the smoky flavor of the cheese!! Toasted ravioli was also beyond flavorful!! Quick service!!

Utter chaos...no clear direction or line. I decided to leave after standing in the lobby eight minutes with no progress.

This imo's Pizza on Hampton is the best imo's in St Louis they get 10 stars if you ask me

It was buried and over season. It's did not taste like Imo's Pizza... I'm sating here asking myself did I just go to Imos

Good experience. I am new to St. Louis and don't understand the big deal here. Everyone was friendly though and the service was good.

IMO s is serving up some great St Louis style pizza. I would recommend it, but know that the sauce is a little different than most other style pizzas... at first it caught me my surprise, but when I m in down, this is the place that I will visit to grab a slice.

Today I had a bad experience with Imo's. Ordered the deluxe and the sauce was watery and the crust was burnt. I didn't feel like going back to explain my disappointment with order. Next time I will have to check food before I leave.

Walked in expecting good food & good service! Unfortunately today they were lacking in both ! Complained about the restaurant being filthy... the worker made a comment about the manager refusing to come in and help... I don't need excuses.... simply say we were slammed earlier and someone will be out to clean!
Not happy with Imos today! Hopefully they can redeem themselves at a later date

All I have to say as I've said before . This is the number one Emos in STL. Has always been No. 1. Get over there and get some and the serve the freshes Salads. Enjoy

Food and service are phenomenal. My girlfriend has been telling me about this place for months (we live in FL but she was raised in STL). I have been so excited to finally try it and was not disappointed at all. Great flavor and a fair price. Would have been 5 stars but there were a few flies buzzing about. Hopefully getting a handy in the bathroom before we head back to FL.

Horrible customer service. Manager Anthony was very rude and dismissive when I presented a customer complaint. I ordered 2 pizza's for dinner earlier tonight. On my way home opened the boxes to check out the pizzas. I was suprised to see that the cheese and toppings were not set and had run off one off the pizzas. Having traveled less than 3mins away, I immediately turned around and went back to the restauraunt. I showed the manager both pizzas and requested that the 1 that was now inedible be remade. He told me "You should have held them level." I told him that I hadn't tilted the pizzas and they were stacked in the car one on a flat surface one top of the other. When he still refused to remake the pizza, I told him I was very displeased with their lack of customer service and wanted a refund for both pizzas. He went on to say "I ain't making nothing over and I'm not giving you a refund." I was shocked. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this location.

The pizza had so many green peppers and olives i had to pick them off. It ruined the experience of having pizza with my boys!

Best ever. Whoever made my pizza tonight is an artist. I had a hunch this location would ace it. They did.

In my opinion, they are the best one in the city. They put plenty of meat on their pizzas.

Imos was recommended to put family by a local guy. It was good but nothing special.

I ll never order from here again. I called to place my order and the staff was very friendly. However, the pizza and toasted ravioli arrived cold and the tall dark guy with dreadlocks reeked of marijuana and so did my food - even had a slight taste of it. I watched as he got back into his car to drive off and saw him light something and blow out smoke before pulling off *assuming the marijuana. Completely unprofessional and I will be reporting to corporate.

Drove 500 miles with Imo's pizza on the top of the list to eat at. Unfortunately a.c. was out and registers were down. It was over 100 inside, took a long time to get pur food...understandably.
Opened the door to leave and 90+ weather felt like air conditioning. Gotta love Imo's to wait through all that.

Roasted ravioli is a must have when we visit St. Louis. Just can't get that anywhere else.

If you're in St Louis you eat imos. This is the best location.

Dont know the drivers name. But he delivered to my job which is a hospital 12/
16/18 close to closing time. The order was actually for a patient and being her nurse I came down to collect her order and pay. The total was 10.06. I gave a 20 and the driver gave me 9.00 back. Not a big deal if it were my money. I proceeded to stop the driver and say you didn't give me all of the change. He tells me he doesn't carry coins and rudely says most people tip and drives off aggressively as I'm left standing outside. However what he didn't know and if he had not walked off with such an attitude, I had a 2 dollar tip in my hand. Again this was not my money and I did not want to come back with the incorrect amount. The driver was beyond rude and I am appalled. I dont know if he was in a snit because the order was called in so close to closing time.

I'd like to mention that this location is Very popular and is always bustling and busy with customers. The current staff as of Dec 2nd 2017 is Amazingly efficient. They have their teamwork together or at least did tonight. It felt comfortable to order wait and when I received my order. For a store this busy and in a central hub of St. Louis' busiest areas; I received great carry-out service. I'd like to thank Cedric and his team for outstanding service, and taking the time to make the order right in a very speedy and efficient manner. Thank you everyone keep up the good work!!

Absolutely the best pizza. I was very impressed. It was busy but service was quick. Only complaint would be the staff could've been a little friendlier. We had to get out own plates and silverware. Still loved it though.

Ordered on phone said 15 to 20 min. 45 min later still no food when I go to pick up. After 45 I ask. They are worried who took my $ I dont care who took my $ apologize and give me a coupon or something. Geez. Worst service.

I was told that we had to try this while in St. Louis as a local staple.. it's very different from what I am used to, specifically the cheese and sauce.. but tasty and not "bloat inducing" because of the thin crust

The best pizza but their price keeps this just one star shy from anbest experience.

Great taste, had to wait for quite a while to get a special pizza, but worth it. I think Angel was our cashier/server, and I think she liked my tongue ring this was at the Hampton location.

This is my favorite location. The parking can be crazy sometimes but it's worth it.

Pizza is great.. however, delivery driver is a crook and tried to double charge me.. demanded cash after I paid with a CC online...

My pizza was some what burned.

This is the best Imo's, the only one my family will order from!

The food here is good, the service is usually horrible. Expect to be treated by most of the staff like you are a neusience.

We love getting imos whenever we visit St. Louis so it s always a win for us.
