Never had one bad pizza from here. Always great customer service. I won't go to any other Imos no matter how far I stay. Best Imos in Saint Louis.

Well Imos dropped the ball this time. Late dinner after enjoying the finale for Twilight Tuesday at the History Museum in Forest Park. We chose Imos for dinner.
We ordered sweet and tangy wings, with blue cheese dipping sauce, but instead we received hot and spicy wings with ranch dressing. The cheese garlic bread was not garlicky or toasted. To Imos credit the chef salad was the bomb.

Great atmosphere, great food, great service equals Great Experience. Thank you Imo's.

Thin crust done right, cheese is absolutely amazing.

Although this place is not on my diet menu, it always hits home.

Pizza was great, crust was just right, tables were not cleaned off after customers left, and they are using a new kind of chicken, which was fatty and not that good.

It is the original imos so many people may come through so at times it can be crowed but this has nothing to do with the restaurant itself, as its amazing...!

Food was tasty even though the crust on the kids pizza was very hard. Very little parking. Cleanness was a little lacking.

When you think IMOS St. Louis, you think this location! Great view of Downtown St. Louis! Adjacent to Forest Park and other Saint Louis attractions! Lastly of course that great St. Louis Taste !

Delivery is fast and always accurate. Best thin crust and toasted ravioli.

What a joke.......Just older two things.... I placed my order online and hoping it would be at my house by the time I got home. I waited and I called them to see if they got my order and they did and automatically was told it would be up to an hour wait but I already placed my order online so i figure i only had like a ten minute wait.. I asked how long it will be and the girl put me on hold for 6 minutes.... I had to hang up the phone to call back and the same girl picked like she forgot she put me on hold and did not even care and handed the phone to someone else...
NEVER GIVING THIS IMOS MY MONEY EVER..... Never piss off a hungry customer...

One of my favorite pizza joints to eat in in St Louis.

Pizza was great, especially the special with everything. The service was terrible with an order we were told would be 10 minutes taking 30 minutes while we waited in the parking lot.

Good stuff. Different than regular pizza but tasty. I liked the ravioli too! A STL classic

The food was great and while they had a very busy lunch rush the service was fast and friendly.

Unique St Louis style pizza. Thin crust pizza with provel cheese which is unlike anything I have had before. We had the Taste of St Louis which included fried ravioli, provel bites, pizza, and Cinn-Imos. All of it was very good and it was pretty inexpensive.

Imo's is always my first stop as soon as I get into St Louis! Love it!!!

Best Imos in St. Louis! The customer service can sick via phone and in person.

Food is always good. ALWAYS. But there are 2 locations between 2 and 5 miles from my house and the closer one said they didn't deliver to my location.. Not to mention I had to repeat my street name 6 or 7 times and spell it out 3-4 times while on the phone with this location and still they couldn't figure out my location.. They are 1.5 miles down the road.
Then I called another location seeing that they were only 5 miles away, they took my order and credit card number. 45 MINUTES LATER the delivery driver called and said they don't deliver to my house. We tried to call and ask to pick up the pizza at maybe a discount (as it was some 30 minutes old now) and they said no.

Long story short, Imo's is delicious but you have to go pick it up yourself because odds are they WON'T deliver to you

This IMO is Training Site. If you get one of trainees on the phone_good luck. Took 5 calls to place order for pickup. Don't deviate from menu _ can't handle.

The food was amazing! Better than any other Imo's I have eaten. The building is awesome. It's nice to see and dine at a classic St.Louis restaurant.

I had been a weekly customer. For the past few months,they can't get a simple order right and take an hour to deliver. Tonight was a 5 minute hold time just to answer their phone.

The manager here was very nice to us! I would give her a 5 out of 5 stars! However I didnt really like their pizza much at all. The ravioli was good though!

Staff were team players. Well organized group! Ate side salad & lasagna. It fit my desires. As usual St. Louis, Imo's, & Dogtown should be proud! Thank you!

After the mixed reviews on Imo's we decided to give it a try and ordered it online for pickup. Definitely recommend getting the thicker crust. It was about 3/8 inch thick which was still pretty thin. I can't imagine how thin the regular crust is. The pizza is greasy and messy, but we liked the special cheese and with bacon and pepperoni it was delicious and VERY fresh! So hot we had to wait to eat it.

Disappointment is an understatement for how I feel at this point. I called this IMOS around midnight tonight and ordered food for myself and my coworkers. We are currently at work and SUPER BUSY! So as a reward to ourselves we decided on the very delicious thin crust IMOS. I called, placed the order, received confirmation from the person that answered the phone and was very happy about our food that was on the way! An hour passes and still no pizza! So I place a call to our wonderful (hear the sarcasm) IMOS inquiring about the ETA for the order. I immediately knew there was a problem because I was placed on hold and the manager gets on the phone. Now by this time they are closed so there is no way to replace the order. The manager tells me there is no order and there really is nothing she can do because her driver is gone for the night. Now what s so disappointing about this is that someone else from my place of employment called and ordered about 15 minutes before I called and placed our order their order was delivered with no issues. So the question I have is what happened with our order? Was it too close to closing time? Did the very unfriendly delivery driver not want to make the trip again? I ve never really had a pleasant experience with this IMOS every time I ve called to place an order they are always so rude and if you don t tip the delivery driver, be ready, she will slam your receipt on the counter with no remorse! So now I have to wonder is this why my order was never put in because the last person didn t tip the delivery driver? I was told about this experience from a coworker. This is also very upsetting because of the amount of money we ve spent with this IMOS in the past, well looks like we ll have to start ordering from the one on Forest Park. I will not spend my hard earned money somewhere it s not welcomed.

I don't live in St Louis but everytime I come visit family here I have to have some Imo's pizza. This time we had the large one topping pizza for our family of 4 (2 kids 2 adults), deluxe salad, and 8 pc toasted ravioli (another St Louis famous dish!). Pizza was obviously delicious! Toasted Rav was yummy as well! The deluxe salad includes lots and lots of pepperoni, and olives and Provel cheese on it! I got the house dressing which is really good! I deducted one star because our cashier got the order wrong even when we corrected her multiple times after repeating the order. I also came back and asked for extra paper plates and got eye rolled by another employee. They all looked very miserable. Maybe because it was New Years day?? Anyways Imo'S is my go to when we come visit annually!

Went here while visiting st Louis and had high expectations from other reviews, I was let down. Staff were not very friendly and the pizza was mediocre at best. I would rather heat up a frozen Totinos pizza.

Imo's all meat pizza is the best pizza in the world !!!!

anytime I'm in St. Louis I have to stop at an Imo's and get a cheese pizza and toasted Ravioli's

We had a deluxe pizza with Provel cheese, so delicious!

I don't care what part of St. Louis I'm in. If I want Imo's pizza this is the ONLY location I'm ordering from! They are always on top of things, very attentive, cleaning off tables offer you water while you wait. The food is always hot & fresh. They address problems in a timely manor.

Service was extremely slow for a weekday night. Food was marginal

Stopped making the kids pizza combo just as the summer has begun and the shift manager, I presume had very snitty attitude about it.
