Sunday my son left his glasses somewhere. Called Monday morning to where it stayed. Had to look at ilost. Called again Tuesday, was found would be put on ilost. Wednesday at ilost. Immediately let know that it was mine. Thursday ordered a new pair of glasses which was ready on Friday. Friday only match via ilost. Paid immediately. Monday message that courier picked up. Now on Tuesday still awaiting glasses. Fortunately we still had old glasses (not with the right strength) and in between new glasses but otherwise this is still a problem.
It is a shame that Monday from the 1st telephone contact was not immediately called to the attraction and the package was picked up and sent immediately via DHL. Had saved a lot of time and frustration. I therefore find ilost very cumbersome and expensive with regard to shipping costs and administration costs. 15.00 !!!
