Ikea sells fun and practical furniture and small gadgets
Well, IKEA. Love it or hate it. They have everything in the area. Nice design and very affordable. Always busy.
It's an IKEA, they're all pretty much the same. Currently the children's play area is closed for renovations. If you live in the Amsterdam area this IKEA is a bit smaller but far less busy than the Amsterdam one, while still quite close by.
Large store with so much (nice things). It is a pity that there are sometimes difficult staff to find.
Do they do well with corona measures and yes is ikea, you want nothing you always buy something.
This Ikea's layout is bit annoying. It feels like a maze. The staff is nice and approachable.
Positive fun as always, eye vitamins from the top shelf .... See very much what I would like to buy, but my budget indicates: Drinking straw, are you completely fed up ;-) So my wish list is partly filled for the next shopping moment, and then tell MYSELF just be patient xx
Residential department store with restaurant. New dishes in the restaurant. Top!
Ample parking and wheelchair accessible. Nice cheap food in hot restaurant. Easily pick up your own furniture from the warehouse. And also a shelter for your children. This visit was very pleasant.
The IKEA experience in a well-laid out store is a dream. Proving that not all IKEAs are the same...Haarlem stands out as above average!
Long walk because very large store. Staff sometimes difficult to find. Nice for electric wheelchairs.
They do have the restaurant open but you have to walk around while eating. There is no place to sit. It was terrible for me that the coffee fell on my clothes.
Great place to shop, do a cup of coffee and eat something for a good price.
Ridiculous, at 8.45 pm after checkout no more coffee or tea ... because the device has already been cleaned :(
Surprise, surprise, it's an IKEA. Smaller, but more mellow than the Amsterdam one.
Lady at the smaland was extremely unfriendly this morning. Downright to and shortly to the children. ("Stop whining, I don't have time for that") luckily she was relieved so I dared to leave my child behind. I was shocked that she was there again afterwards. She is really unsuitable. It was also busy.
Well informed about the Besta furniture, but a disaster to leave IKEA the shortest way is still too long.
Nice shop, by the cashiers I give them 3 they should not stand so chat / hang out with each other at the checkout and then always say this cash register is closed and turn their back to you again and continue to 'hang' with a group employees .. 3rd x and hope people are annoyed. You spend a lot of money than you expect some customer friendliness .. The employees in the store are very top and very customer friendly.
Enjoy breakfast. Walk around the store and back home.
Great shopping, as long as you come early. The crowds already start when they open.
Layout is being changed again, they remain creative!
There might have been at the wrong time, but at that time the whole bed department had been shut down for renovations, which I thought was considerable. I actually came for that. Plus that I really think the entrance is a very weird building.
Easily accessible by Train or Car. Plenty of choice. Big set up.
Restaurant choice limited and also at the cash registers the food is anything but fresh! Of the many IKEAs that we have visited, this is the worst.
Nice big store, with many useful and affordable items. Always get a lot of buying stuff here.
Products fine, but unprofessional staff and some even rude. HR should sweep a broom through this ...
Lots of choice, clear departments with arrows to show the way and friendly staff.
As far as Ikea goes you can expect much of the same no matter which when you go to. Grab it yourself, everything on display, Maze like layout, Playland for the kids, the cafeteria at the halfway point, lots of boxes and long lines... nothing new here.
Having said that I prefer this Ikea to Amsterdam or Delft. It's not as "massive"... they have everything but it's just more compact. It's got plenty of parking, a lot of it covered and a nice loading bay. Plus, Mike at Customer Service (or the self check... the man does everything!) made my last two trips end with a laugh.
As of August 13th 2018 I have had to change my opinion on IKEA period in the last years I have literally spent thousands of Euros on their products and expect a little something in return.
On July 30th I bought a new piece of furniture for the bathroom including a large mirror unit. Unfortunately, when assembling the product we got to the end and noticed that six shelves were missing. These are glass shelves that are clearly marked in the instructions and should be in the box.
I called customer service and a very friendly woman helped me period she said it was indeed a real shame and if I returned to the store with the reference number and identification then I would get the shelves. Because I don't live close to an Ikea she even promised me a 20 gift certificate for my troubles
Cut to the 13th of August. I finally had time to travel the 45 minutes to my closest IKEA and armed with my identification and reference number fully expected everything to go well. Unfortunately it didn't
I got my number and within a few minutes I was directed to an employee named Jamal. Unfortunately comma he doesn't speak Dutch very well and that made our conversation very difficult. He also gave me attitude saying that movie I had to buy the shelves or maybe they weren't included in the package. His job was to look up my reference number and help me. He then said where is your receipt sir? I didn't have it with me because I was told I only needed two things. He said it was very clear in the email they sent. Now I have received no email but of course upon checking my storm box there was period this email said I needed three things.
So there I am having travelled all that way and they refuse to help me so I called customer service again. After 55 minutes of waiting I finally got someone to help me who kept putting me on hold but in the long run said he couldn't help me period
So now I've made an hour and a half round trip for nothing, I didn't get the 20 gift certificate I was promised and my product is still incomplete and IKEA who can't put The Wright Stuff in a box lend me for the whole thing. I'm done. Tomorrow I'm bringing back everything period gift I could give them 0 stars I would. Unbelievably crappy service
They should make sure people don t park their cars long time in the loading section...sometimes there is no place left at all to load your car
Nice store good layout clear. Station 1 minute walk
Actually i get bored as i was walking inside the 2nd floor.
Have you been to Disneyland on a busy day? Have you queued for over 90 minutes to ride Space Mountain or one of the other popular rides? Ikea is like one long queue for the ride, but at the end the ride is your trip home, after 3 hours, exhausted and having spent more than you wanted to when you thought you were going to save by shopping here.
You'll probably be back in two weeks to return the item you found out doesn't fit in your apartment. You'll also be back stopping at their cafe for more meatballs - admit it they are good.
Many beautiful products and a good restaurant for a good price.
I have no words, you have everything I was looking for for years and here they see beautiful quality for good prices I am super happy thank you IKEA :)
Always nice to be inspired! And don't forget the Swedish balls!
Seen on the internet a nice combination of furniture only in the store it is arranged differently so you have to search again for the composition.
Many choice of types and types of furniture.
Super also delicious eaten just a pity that you are more or less obliged to walk through the entire shop. Less pleasant for people who are not so mobile.
Very bad online delivery, just really awful !!
Takes weeks to get some wine glasses grrrr.
NEVER anything I order again !!
Always very busy, luckily you usually don't have to wait long
Totally unreachable. bought a Pax cupboard. Fitting sliding doors does not work completely. (Sliding door is bent) The digital assistant refers to customer service and customer service to the digital assistant. Have already called several times but it is too busy so you are so to speak neatly and very adequately removed from the phone line without speaking to anyone.
Good service in this corona time. They have arranged Click and Collect well.
nice shop, also lunch Sandwich with salmon was good little choice. in the eating bar.there is usually much more choice .free coffee with ikea pas was written off anyway.
