The ikea employees are so unkind, always ok, I don't know if this is normal. I also work in a store, but we really shouldn't be like that to the customer.
+ that I have returned a complaint today but they really do not take it back.
It is about a plaid that is very poor quality and leaves a lot of pieces loose, they say to me that some people disturb it and some do not.

Again had a perfect warranty service at IKEA Haarlem.

As ikea is.... Food service minder and no expensive

It was very busy with the corona measures. For the rest not very clear in the store, but fortunately everything for in and around the house.

A good price / quality ratio and always something new to experience in interior design.

I actually want to give a 3 star review.

It is a nice and beautiful Ikea and staff is nice. Maaaaarrrrrrr! There are a few colleagues who really don't know what they are doing there. In the warehouse there is an information point and 1 colleague. We want to ask him about a certain service, but a colleague says he doesn't know anything and that he is new. Why is there someone at an information point who is surrounded by at least 10 people, but knows nothing at an information point. A colleague who made a receipt for us for a bed also misunderstood the entire order, so we first had the wrong size and then had to figure everything out again ourselves.

Despite the two slightly clumsy colleagues, I was helped a lot for the rest and the car rental company KAV that is located inside the company is also a top service.

First time here and had a bit of a stupid experience but unfortunately this was just a snapshot for me!

Can succeed well. It is a pity that several "rooms" were being renovated. No mess or anything but it looked a bit messy. But there may be something nice in its place.

If you can, try to visit during the weak instead of the weekends, not only is the personal more relaxed during those times, the whole experience is better when it's not that busy.
The food is alright, nothinh to complain nor to compliment, apart from the great personal working in and around the kitchen

IKEA Haarlem has realized its own and pleasant identity time as Woonwinkel in recent years. With pleasure to stay for everyone.

Extensive and neat Ikea. The difference with other locations is that everything in the showroom is neatly built and whole. Service is always great!

Ah ikea is the same for me everywhere. The advantage of this location compared to Amsterdam, for example, is that the warehouse for large items is under the same roof as the showroom.

I was able to find what I was looking for. Great shop and great employees. Friendly, too.

Very busy, ample parking. Only minus point the queues at the cash register I stood in the queue several times more than minutes at the cash registers.

Handy loose parts that are always lost if you want to assemble a 2nd hand cabinet.

It always remains a visit, especially if you cannot use the paths in between and you have to traverse the gigantic building. That is impossible with someone who has difficulty walking. The restaurant could hardly cope with the crowds either. Empty shelves for drinks and desserts. Waiting in line for 30 minutes. Better luck next time?
