Today 6/6/2020 I went to aikea in post lockdown times but still from Covid..dramatic and disconcerting experience ... Aside from the masks, he seemed to be at the IKEA on any pre Covid day. In the obligatory itinerary TOO MANY people, NO safety distance of 1.5 meters as instead you were occasionally invited to respect by the messages recorded by the loudspeakers, no control by the staff .... a great bedlam of people who didn't care cheerfully of the distances !!!!!!! Hope for the best!!!! .... but I find it absurd that with all the rules for shops and premises as for contingent entrances, hand sanitizers and safety distances .. allow Ikea such irresponsible behavior !!!!!! ABSOLUTELY TO AVOID !!!
Ikea remains Ikea, and I always like to visit it, the only drawback is the location, always sooo busy. I add that, for assistance, it always takes too long to wait.
As for the quantity and vastness of choice and combinations of different styles of furniture that personify the subjective tastes to make our house truly unique, Ikea has no equal, even the staff is prepared and courteous but if I can suggest an improvement it I would say about the huge, dispersed warehouse and personally I think it is unclear, to be precise there are furniture pieces that are assembled from several pieces and sometimes you don't understand anything, customers who have to use themselves in the warehouse are left to themselves, I happened to take different legs of a desk, there should be more assistance
I put 3 stars because the place is beautiful, to turn around calmly, not on the weekend where there is too much confusion, it would have deserved 5 stars if it were not for the staff, not very helpful and not very nice not to say that some subjects are propounders !!! In a month I have been there at least 10 times and every time I have found different people but they all seem selected to be slapped in the way they work

I am always good and it's great source of inspiration for new jobs at home. The ideas are not lacking and the prices are low and sometimes taking advantage of the restaurant that never disappoints.
Furniture of good quality, at a price appropriate to quality. Ideal for those who love to assemble their own furniture. There are also LED bulbs at acceptable prices.
Valid in everything x everything. To report a flaw. When you are in the DIY furniture recovery department, in my case the reference numbers (shelf and place) taken from the exhibition did not match. I found the goods with the item numbers.
It could also be a good shopping center but from my point of view there are some aspects to improve: the outdoor parking lots are not very wide, inside it is too hot and the long and winding path between the various departments is very annoying if a person has little time and want to make purchases quickly; then there is too much queue and waiting at the cash desks.

Historic Ikea. Everything you can expect from IKEA is present in this store. Including the unbearable confusion of Saturday and Sunday. Avoid these days if you can.
Cleanliness and courtesy to be improved. The baby parking area is managed by ikea staff who have no experience with children. Increasingly tight schedules. Choosing a kitchen in an hour is a real challenge!
Too much confusion at the moment. It's very annoying to have to go down to the basement to reach the first floor. Everywhere there seems to be an upheaval. Moreover the automatic paying desk was not working so there were long queues to pay. I think the problems due to covid could be managed in a more efficient manner.
If you ask me who I am a man, the average of the stars is necessarily 2: 4 stars for the buffet and some gastronomic specialties, zero stars x the burden that represents the fact of accompanying the companion in a maze of furniture and objects that never end and that I don't know for what reason, as soon as I turn around I find myself in the cart !!!!
Professionalism under the minimum of decency. I paid for a delivery on the floor, but since some products were not available, they made a second delivery. They left this second delivery in the middle of the road. My advice: rent a van and take your furniture as soon as you can, better avoid their ancillary services.
I understand that it is not easy to work closely with the human race all day long .... but some salesmen should understand that we are not all rude ... of Consequence before answering badly that at least they try to understand what person they have before them. ... otherwise they would change jobs.
Ikea very careful, much less security, at the Bistrot I left my cell phone to take the tray and on the way back I no longer found it. I asked the staff, the only person present ... I informed the supervisor who took notes ... I I invited them to see the cameras not to report the theft in Ikea to the police, but they didn't give a damn. So I urge you to be careful to place objects on Carugate bistro shelves.
The restaurant itself also goes well, despite being confusing in some places ... but with customer service we are not right, being able to put 0! I have an item to be returned, the date fixed by courier and this signals to Ikea that has gone twice and I do not c'ero..nonostante I remained locked in the house unable to do my errands to receive the courier! This was repeated for 3days and I reported by phone to the customer service that did not happen (they assured me that they would ask the carrier intercom pictures to prove it is truly past ... well, never made nor received pictures, or call citofonata !!!). I called your customer service 6 times in total, paid for the pick-up at home and I find this bulky merchandise in the living room. You rely on inefficient couriers, you do not help or protect your customers, I have really closed with you and I will certainly not speak well of it. And if you do not solve this thing rest assured that I will entrust to the competence of bodies for the protection of consumers. Congratulations!
I don't particularly like these places but I have to give credit to the staff, especially the people at the Project desks, to be very competent and very fast.
