I purchased several furniture from Ikea, booked the delivery which as we know, despite being paid, took place quickly (after three weeks) and yet the day of delivery was missing the sofa!

Nobody warned us, we had taken all weekend to fix a new house and instead once the first furniture was delivered, the transporters told us they had nothing else for us.
I had to call customer service because nobody let us know anything is still today, after three days and three calls to the call center still no one can tell us when they will be delivered!

Only 2 stars for parking ... Why create parking spaces for families if anyone invariably parked? If you do this to some employees, he replies that he can't do anything about it. Ikea we all know nothing to say .... but in this round that boring .... I make the premise that I live in Como not in Milan. As usual before leaving to make purchases (not being close) I check the inventory of the things I have to buy on the site ... I usually go to Corsica but since many products were not there then I choose carugate of which it gave a certain availability ... pity that when I get to the market to pick up the furniture, two products that on the site gave me availability were actually finished, they told me the wrong inventory .... and not for 2 or 3 pieces but well 10/12 .... what to say ... if you offer a service, do it well or don't do it !!

Simple setup and good availability of their own, also controllable online (but better to exchange two words with the guys for safety)!
