I often frequent this ikea shop but today unfortunately I was really disappointed, I understand all the limitations for the pandemic but limiting access to water distributors in this period is really irresponsible, if there are controls everywhere moving one near a distributor does not cost anything , therefore you must buy the water in the bottle. As a father of a little girl I was unable to change her diaper because, always as a precaution, the toilets dedicated to changing babies was closed, in the men's bathroom there were no changing tables and therefore access only in the women's bathroom, so I had to call my wife. The question is "if she hadn't been there?" I would have changed my daughter on a restaurant table or entered the women's bathroom. In addition, always due to the pandemic, the external distributor where to fill the water bottles with the card was always closed to avoid gatherings ... unfortunately I do not conceive these initiatives.
For the kitchen, if you need to take ONE piece type shelves you have to wait to make an order with a kitchen specialist. You can't go directly to the store despite having to pick it up from the warehouse by hand. Kitchen specialists are very slow with people who come without plans for their kitchen despite taking the number for 'small orders'. I waited 30 minutes despite a row from one.
