My vote is only for the after sales, if you find the right staff maybe solve, if you find staff who does not want to, you don't solve and they treat you badly too! I consider the after sales essential for a company, they are super organized and ready as a company but the problems are created by the listless employees, I recognize that being able to follow problems all day can cause stress but a customer who has a problem with a product purchased and paid for it must be treated according to correctness policies.
