Great products if you survive the walk round the store with small children left to push at speed small trolleys into you, and the rude man outside shouting at us 3 women struggling to pack our car with the big boxes purchused and a big metal barrier in the way! why is it situated there with the added hazard of a slope to wards the car port with heavy trollies ??may be a while before I return

There was just too many shoppers not following one way system and not wearing masks. I am astounded at the numbers not wearing masks, we must have severe breathing problems in Scotland. I have asthma, but still wear a mask.

Lovely experience as always, beautiful range and delicious food!
The only thing I can possibly fault about ikea is there's no dairy free version of the meatball sauce (I'm intolerant to caseine rather than lactose, unluckily).
Wish I had a car, my house would be full of decent furniture (!)

Starting with breakfast, great choices and amazing prices, served look warm but you can heat up in microwave at baby facilities.
We all know IKEA does amazing furniture, lighting, bedding etc, but they also have a great wee cafe and shop once you go through checkouts. This is the place to buy Ikea's well known meat balls, sauce and jam its all the same thing you get in their restaurant but with the joy of eating as much as you want at home where the family who can't get to IKEA can savour it with you. Apple cider, toffees, crisps, biscuits etc from Ikea's mother land available at inflated prices but you can out way that with a cheep hotdog meal deal.
IKEA, great place to shop and eat with plenty parking and if you are a member you have Costco right next door. (with cheap petrol for members)

It is what it is: a temple of affordable household planning with a subtle Scandinavian touch. The service is friendly although sometimes hard to catch, possibly a physical manifestation of its DIY spirit.

The items we got are great and the staff out on the floor was helpful. However at the till the staff member had a shocking attitude and was very cheeky to my family and the woman before us. My mother has memory issues and forgot she had a IKEA bag on her walking frame while me and my sister placed items on the belt. The staff member ripped the bag off my disabled mothers frame and frightened with her aggressive manner and shouted at her for having the bag. So we reported to another member of staff who seemed very uninterested about the issue. I doubt I will get my mother back there any time soon.

Easy to find. Big car park, well laid out and easy to get around. Can skip the showroom if needed an just go to market place as soon as you yo in. Staff are very friendly an happy to help. Bargain corner worth a look. And not much queuing as plenty of tills on. Vending machine did brake while getting a drink but manager sorted the problem.

I love IKEA! The cafe is brilliant and very reason priced. There are plenty of Hugh chairs so I never have to worry about them having one for my daughter. With every adult meal you can lick up a food pouch for your little one which is very handy
The shop itself is great to walk around. I find it very difficult to leave IKEA without picking up something new as I always see so many useful things! The top floor that has all of the displays is fun to walk around as it helps to give you lots of ideas on how to decorate your home.

A classic Ikea as many others. Lots of stuff at competitive prices. Always clean and tidy. Labels are clear and deeply esplicative. It is not easy not to buy some stuff. Sometimes there're excellent promotions on furniture and beds.

The IKEA in Edinburgh is always one of my favourite places to get inspired on new looks at home or new ways of making the most out of my medium-small flat. It is a two-floor building with the upper floor as the show rooms and Cafe, and the More

Since we have moved to Edinburgh, we had to go to Ikea 3 times already. It is quite a big one and the staff are super friendly and helpful. We moved from London and it's a massive difference. As against to several London Ikeas the Edinburgh one is very clean and efficient. Staff are always at hand and the food is fresher.

This was a first visit to an IKEA store and found it very well laid out and spacious store. Very easy to find the items wanted, easy to pay and take home. Very pleased with the help offered by the staff in the store.

It's IKEA, so not really that many surprises other than the tigers in the jungle. Shop is good and fun for all the family. Creche is great! The bistro and cafeteria are popular, but pretty messy and disappointing compared to for example ikeas in Scandinavia. Restaurant has no real potatoes, chips served cold, children's meals are too expensive for what you get, and everything is just slapped on plates. Bistro is dirty and hotdogs are showed no love, ice cream machines really messy. Toilets also unpleasant. So shopping experience is good, but the food/bistro/restaurant is often a disappointment.

It's an IKEA store. They're all pretty much the same. However the staff at this store are appropriately helpful and friendly. There is plentiful parking and the place is reasonably easy to find.
