Pretty much everything that you would need for a home is there. Quite a lot of good and quirky items too. One thing though is it is a bit of a maze and confusing on how to purchase somethings but staff members were happy to help.

Bought a sofa bed and a double bed. Put it together myself. The instructions were step by step. You don't need any tools it comes with everything . So pleased with how easy it was. Would definitely buy there again.

There furniture & items are great.

There furniture & items are great.
BUT
Their Staff AND Customer service dept were a total waste of space, They did not have the item I wanted (Which was fine) they said they could offer another item (which Was also fine) After another 30 Mins as we filled out the order she said by the way its not complete, The covers for the sofa will be here in approx two weeks, If we were told at the start we would have left at that point, Very very poor

Good social distancing measures in place. Can't really fault ikea. Staff were great and helpful as always. And queue wasn't too bad to get in the store. And only had to wait 5/10 mins in a queue at the end to pay.

I like the way the walk around the store meanders around, seeing all the innovative designs, the only thing is you pop in for 3 items and end up with 14. I've never eaten there but it smells good.

Glad they provide maps and directions, as was at risk of getting lost several times. Sure I passed the same bedroom display 3 times. But apart from that, staff and customer services excellent, great choice of products, and hotdogs and meatballs delicious. Plan for a full day to get round it all.

Ikea has good products at cheap prices and the shop, although big, is easy to navigate and you no longer have to walk the entire length of it to get out. The restaurants and creche make it a great shop to come to if you have kids and the staff were extremely helpful.

Love Ikea - have done since being introduced to the Warrington Store, long before Straiton existed. We always find customer service to be very good but on Saturday past we were attended by a young guy, Greig - or - Grieg, who was excellent. He attended us initially regarding sofas we intend to buy. He was very informative, knowledgable and answered all questions. We moved on to look at the Lappviken range of lounge units and, lo & behold, again Grieg assisted us. How lucky were we. He answering our many questions and made a computer plan of our requirements. Excellent service from the young man - I hope when it comes to purchasing, Grieg will be around to finalise our requirements.
