DISASTER: The return is really MISERABLY organized. From 5 counters there were only 2 !!! open. At a counter, 3 employees negotiated a return with a customer for 20 minutes. None of the Ikea people made any effort to use other colleagues for support. I find this behavior to be INSOLE towards customers.

A normal Ikea. Products etc everything as you know it. On weekends, of course, very crowded.

Super quality, fresh ideas. Unfortunately, a lot of Indians sneak up very close to you! Read out RFID?

It is a cheek to leave customers with defective goods standing in the cold for over an hour in order to get their rights.

Wonderful new ideas for a self-building bed found. Here is something for everyone in the offer. And very nice also the proposals for home furnishings in the exhibition.

What can one say to the IKEA furniture store? Huge, with lots of parking and its own restaurant. You can always find a bit more than you are looking for, but that's exactly why you like IKEA so much. If you go, it's best to plan half a day. Except if you go with children. Then best to pack a tent and clothes for three days

Very dangerous shop! One plans to buy something specific and on the way home is much more in the car than planned Parking is huge and even when busy, the crowd spreads quite well. So far, always in a reasonable time an employee at hand had on demand and questions.

We picked up our Click and Collect order yesterday.
I think it's great that even during the restrictions in the Corona period, it was still possible to order there and that pickups could now take place. On Instagram the day before I had heard about the waiting times being very long, so I was set for the worst. However, I have to say that it happened so quickly. It was just 30 minutes from the time we got in line with the car at the underground car park until we had loaded it all into the car and started driving again. And you also have to praise the employees. Both employees with whom we had contact were super nice and accommodating. Really great. So a big compliment, everything went well and we are completely satisfied.

Many furniture at relatively reasonable prices. Big advantage to all other furniture houses is that everything is in stock! But you have to make sure that you do not buy more than you can transport, unless you use the offers delivery service! In the end, I still have a hot dog with me, they are firmly planned!

If you have to complain to IKEA, you head off to the service desert. I ordered a desk during the pandemic. On the day of collection I was then able to find out on site that the frame is no longer available, but the table top would be available here. Then I returned the tabletop and had it confirmed on site.
The repayment for the set came immediately and the repayment of the plate required two calls to the hotline and two written submissions. Only then did the money come for the record. I was promised over the phone to reimburse the service fee, but I'm still waiting for it today.

Who doesn't know Ikea you get exactly what you expect. Food is ok in the canteen. There is furniture and co for every budget.

Bad logistics. This Ikea is constantly out of stock, you have to wait for the time window at which a delivery has finally arrived to buy something or you are looking for something from the competition.

Just eaten there. You just may not eat asparagus at Ikea. But looked irresistible. Bockhart the poles. The sauce was pretty acidic. The unfriendly and listless "filler" forgot to fill up the salmon. We were absolutely delighted that IKEA finally properly signposted the abbreviations through the exhibition and no longer shamefully hidden them. Otherwise the usual feel-good shopping with a customer and child-friendly restaurant.

I made the mistake to buy there on Saturday. Waited 45 minutes at the cash register. Otherwise everything was fine.

The biggest shopping place for indoor and outdoor furniture, kitchen stuff, household stuff, decorations, lighting, bedroom, living room, dining room, study room, balcony, gardening, electrical equipment...basically everything you can imagine in a home can be found here in a huge variety. Options from cheap to expensive items on all products. Would recommend every one living close to Munich to visit this....!!

Giant department store! Good selection, only the tour is very long. However, the people at the hot dog booth after the cash registers totally ripped me off ... I ordered some hot dogs with a panini and pieces. When the employee handed me the food in a box, I wanted to get out as quickly as possible, because you are not allowed to eat in the building (because of Corona) and when I was outside, I only noticed that he wasn't giving me the two Gave particles :( And again I didn't want to walk through the whole Ikea.

Always worth the trip, as very functional furniture is offered, the quality assessment needs experience, simple real wood furniture unbeatable, trendy furniture now much more expensive than a few years ago

Ikea needs no introduction of course.. They are your value for money furniture store. The good thing is this place is already inside the City limits and you can easily access it by public transport with your city ticket.

They have an affordable big restaurant and child friendly facilities inside. Their goods return policy and interest free payment in installment policies are one of the best. The place could be crowded on Saturdays. The choices of furniture in certain categories are limited though. Also their designs are quite standard.

Many parking spaces, easily accessible. Otherwise just IKEA.

Relatively confusing, there are not many workers there to ask where what is because it is so huge. Otherwise, the opportunity to find something sooner or later is low so man finds almost everything a bit difficult. The food is relatively OK there is also a ice cream machine is relatively delicious.

The typical Ikea range clearly arranged but the employees have little time for one.

The last! One can only advise against going there. Unfriendly, overwhelmed employees, some of whom don't even understand German, a restaurant where you queue for a good 10 minutes, even if you just want to drink a coffee (there is only one queue for everyone), a toilet with 1 (!) Urinal and 1 (!) Clo and 1 (!) Hand wash basin, endless passages through all kinds of exhibitions (as always, but there was no Corona !!) that you MUST go through. Everything is paved with signs and there are regular announcements, but hardly anyone keeps the 1.5 m distance - least of all the staff themselves. - Fortunately we didn't have to exchange anything, otherwise we would have been allowed to stand in the more than 50 meter long queue in the open air (!) In wind and rain. Sorry IKEA, I was your customer for 30 years, but that was the last visit!

Probably the WORST attitude that we have witnessed among IKEA shops in Europe. We have ordered thousands of Euros worth of Ikea products from ikea.de. On one of the orders, many items were missing. On the other one, they have missed agreed delivery date 2 times and kept on postponing delivery by automated emails.

Montage (Assembly) service is another story. They have charged us and never showed up. No notice, no apology, nothing. We have now been waiting for almost 2 months for their service to come and assemble our PAX wardrobes.

Money aside, this is literally theft as they have been stealing our time with undertakings that they could not fulfill!

Almost impossible to reach Ikea hotline and even if you do, nobody bothers to speak English. They also never answer our emails.

Hard to believe but this is obviously how Ikea Germany treats non-German speaking Expats!

There are so many nice little things, really cheap.
There was a lot going on today, but it was still fun.
