I go out, call a kitchen designer and get an appointment you in the afternoon and order a well-made kitchen from him. I then returned to Ikea to express my dissatisfaction and the weakness of their system with my order form. I had an arrogant interlocutor in front of me who told me said "we are not kitchen designers, we do large distribution". I point out that given the amounts having an hour of time with an advisor is a minimum union. I am told "it's the same with kitchens at 15,000 euros that 'we are being ordered.'
