Mathieu Romero Review of IKEA Brest Guipavas

Call the store in early July to find out how to order a kitchen. No one deigns to answer the phone. Passage on July 15 to order a kitchen. After a queue, I am told that we must either design the kitchen on a computer and that someone will come and see if "everything is fine" (it reminds me of the college years). I refused and indicated that I had to go to an advisor for the design of the kitchen given the amounts involved. My unfriendly interlocutor told me that I had to make an appointment. Either, I consent to an appointment being made and request that it be fixed. I am told that it is up to me to make my appointment later on the internet (I think I am dreaming, which company has software that does not allow an employee to block an appointment. I go out, call a kitchen designer and get an appointment you in the afternoon and order a well-made kitchen from him. I then returned to Ikea to express my dissatisfaction and the weakness of their system with my order form. I had an arrogant interlocutor in front of me who told me said "we are not kitchen designers, we do large distribution". I point out that given the amounts having an hour of time with an advisor is a minimum union. I am told "it's the same with kitchens at 15,000 euros that 'we are being ordered.' Look, the person who is not a kitchen designer cooks at 15,000 euros and above all finds customers willing to pay 15,000 euros and design their own kitchen without passing a technician for the quantity survey. I therefore totally advise against Ikea and their completely interchangeable salespeople with the most filthy arrogance and bad faith.
